Objective To study the effect of transvaginal ultrasound on the size of gestational sac and drug abortion, and to explore the relationship between the effect of drug abortion and the gestational sac size.MethodsIn our hospital in July 2016 were treated 50 cases of drug abortion of pregnant women as the research object in the process in February 2015, a retrospective analysis of 50 cases of pregnant women, patients were divided into gestational sac and greater than 10 and less than 10mm to 25mm 25mm three.Transvaginal ultrasound was performed before taking the medicine.After 7 days, the patients were examined by transvaginal ultrasound.The results showed that 7 patients had abortion failure, and the other 5 patients had incomplete abortion.ResultsTransvaginal ultrasound monitoring results can be obtained, the gestational sac size of less than 10 mm in patients with a total of 13 cases, abortion in patients with failure of the 2 cases, incomplete abortion in 4 cases, complete abortion in 7 cases, abortion failure probability was 15.4%.The gestational sac size ranged from 10mm to 25mm in a patient with a total of 25 cases, with a miscarriage of failure in a total of 2 patients, incomplete abortion in a total of 2 patients, complete abortion in a total of 21 patients, and a miscarriage probability of failure of up to & 8%.The gestational sac size is greater than 25 mm in patients with a total of 12 cases, the abortion of the failure of the patients in the 4 cases, incomplete abortion in the 2 cases, complete abortion in the 6 cases, the probability of abortion failure was 33.3%.Therefore, there was a significant difference between the three groups in the rate of abortion failure (P<0.05).ConclusionThe process of drug abortion in pregnant women, the use of transvaginal ultrasound monitoring, can monitor the situation of pregnant women with gestational sac in a certain extent, and that the effect of drug abortion, is conducive to the treatment and the subsequent operation, thereby reducing the pain of patients, improve the success rate of miscarriage.

ObjectiveTo summarize the experience of gastric D2 operation and evaluate the feasibility and safety of peripheral vascular choroid of lymph node dissection.Methods A retrospective study was adopted to analyze the redical D2 operation procedure and operation results 24 advanced gastric cancer cases,summarizing the experience of D2 radical gastrectomy operation for gastric cancer.The number of resected lymph nodes,operation bleeding volume,postoperative complications were analyzed to evaluate the feasibility and safety of operation.Results All 24 cases undergoing D2 radical gastrectomy operation of advanced gastric cancer were successful,and got the R0 resection.A total of 634 lymph nodes were excised in all the cases,averaged 26.42.A totle of 206 metastatic lymph nodes were found,metastasis rate being 32.49％.Operation bleeding volume was averaged 264.58 mL.The postoperative complication rate was 25％,anastomotic bleeding in 1 case,input loop jejunum fistula of esophageal jejunum anastomosis in 1 case,hyperamylasemia and 2 cases reflux esophagitis in 2 cases respectively.Conclusions D2 radical gastrectomy operation of gastric cancer is safe and feasible on the basis of mastering perigastric anatomy and master of lymph node excision technology and anatomical hierarchy separation.

Objective To evaluate the prognosis-related factors of colorectal cancer patients with positive PD-L1 expression in liver metastases after hepatectomy. Methods We reviewed retrospectively the clinical data of 68 colorectal cancer patients with positive PD-L1 expression in liver metastases receiving personalized comprehensive treatment which was mainly consisted of surgical resection. We observed the results and prognosis after surgical resection and analyzed related factors. Results Univariate analysis showed that no radiotherapy, N stage, RAS mutation status, T stage, dMMR, Duck stage, disease free interval from primary to metastases≤12 months and largest hepatic tumor diameter > 5 cm had obvious significance (all P < 0.05). Multivariate logistic analysis regression revealed that without dMMR (P=0.012), Duck A stage (P=0.000), disease free interval from primary to metastases > 12 months (P=0.020) and largest hepatic tumor diameter < 5 cm (P=0.006) were independent protective factors for the prognosis of colorectal cancer patients with positive PD-L1 expression in liver metastases after surgical resection. Conclusion Personalized comprehensive treatment which is mainly consisted of surgical resection still has a good effect on colorectal cancer patients with positive PD-L1 expression in liver metastases after hepatectomy. Without dMMR, Duck A stage, disease free interval from primary to metastases > 12 months and largest hepatic tumor diameter ≤5cm are independent protective factors for patients' prognosis.

Objective:To evaluate the diagnostic and therapeutic effect of percutaneous intranodal lymphography in patient with chylous leakage.Methods:The clinical data of percutaneous intranodal lymphography in patients with chylous leakage from January 2019 to November 2019 in Cancer Hospital Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences were retrospectively analyzed. A total of 8 patients (5 males and 3 females, median age 64 years old) were enrolled. Four patients were iatrogenic chylothorax, 3 patients iatrogenic chyloperitoneum, and 1 patient chyloperitoneum with unknown cause. All 8 patients were received inguinal lymph nodes puncture under ultrasound guidance, and contrast agent iodinated oil was injected for lymphography. The procedure complications were recorded and the follow-up data were collected for efficacy assessment.Results:The percutaneous intranodal lymphography was successfully performed in all patients (8/8). The median amount of iodinated oil used was 17.5 ml; the median operation time was 88 min, without complications found during the procedure. The results of percutaneous intranodal lymphography was positive in 5/8 cases, of which chylothorax and chyloperitoneum was 4/4 and 1/4, respectively. Four cases with chylothorax showed contrast extravasation at different level of thoracic duct, and 1 case after pancreatic cancer resection showed contrast extravasation at L3-4 level. The chylous leakage was treated in 5 patients (5/8) during and resolved after percutaneous intranodal lymphography, with 3 chylothorax and 2 chyloperitoneum cases, respectively.Conclusion:Percutaneous intranodal lymphography is a safe and effective lymphography method for the diagnosis of chylous leakage, and also has application values in the treatment of chylous leakage.

Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC),commonly known as primary liver cancer,is a major cause of malignant tumors and cancer-related deaths in China,accounting for approximately 85％of all cancer cases in the country.Several guidelines have been used to diagnose and treat liver cancer.However,these guidelines provide a broad definition for classifying advanced liver cancer,with an emphasis on a singular approach,without considering treatment options for individual patients.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a comprehensive and practical expert consensus,specifically for China,to enhance the diagnosis and treatment of HCC using the Delphi method.The classification criteria were refined for Chinese patients with HCC,and the corresponding optimal treatment regimen recommendations were developed.These recommendations took into account various factors,including tumor characteristics,vascular tumor thrombus grade,distant metastasis,liver function status,portal hypertension,and the hepatitis B virus replication status of patients with primary HCC,along with treatment prognosis.The findings and rec-ommendations provide detailed,scientific,and reasonable individualized diagnosis and treatment strategies for clinicians.

Bio-based polyamides are environment-friendly polymers. The precursors of bio-based polyamides come from bio-based materials such as castor oil, glucose and animal oil. Bio-based polyamides precursors include bio-based amino acids, bio-based lactams, bio-based diprotic acid and bio-based diamines. In this paper, we discussed the route of the precursors of bio-based polyamides that come from bio-based materials. We discussed the properties of bio-based polyamides. Bio-based PA11and bio-based PA1010 are well-known bio-based polyamides; we discussed the origin materials of the precursors, the route of manufacturing bio-based PA11 and PA1010, and their modifications status. The variety, classification and commercial production of bio-based polyamides were described in details, as well as bio-based polyamides development in China.

BACKGROUND: To determine the prevalence and prognostic impact of hepatopulmonary syndrome (HPS) in patients with unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) undergoing transarterial chemoembolization (TACE). METHODS: Fifty-four patients with unresectable HCC undergoing TACE between December 2014 and December 2015 were prospectively screened for HPS and were followed up for a maximum of 2 years or until the end of this prospective study. RESULTS: Nineteen of the 54 (35.2%) patients were considered to have HPS, including one (5.3%) with severe HPS, nine (47.4%) with moderate HPS, and nine (47.4%) with mild HPS. The median overall survival (OS) was 10.1 (95% confidence interval [CI], 3.9-16.3) months for patients with HPS and 15.1 (95% CI, 7.3-22.9) months for patients without HPS, which is not a significant difference ( P  = 0.100). The median progression-free survival was also not significantly different between patients with and without HPS (5.2 [95% CI, 0-12.8] vs. 8.4 [95% CI, 3.6-13.1] months; P  = 0.537). In the multivariable Cox regression analyses, carbon monoxide diffusing capacity (hazard ratio [HR] = 1.033 [95% CI, 1.003-1.064]; P  = 0.028) and Child-Pugh class (HR = 1.815 [95% CI, 1.011-3.260]; P  = 0.046) were identified to be the independent prognostic factors of OS. CONCLUSION Mild or moderate HPS is common in patients with unresectable HCC undergoing TACE, but it does not seem to have a significant prognostic impact.

The expert consensus reviews current literatures and provides clinical practices for thermal ablation of GGN. The main contents include: (1) clinical evaluation of GGN, (2) procedures, indications, contraindications, outcomes evaluation and related complications of thermal ablation for GGN and (3) future development directions.
