ObjectiveTo investigate the incidence of the intense mental disorder of the diagnosed population, prepared for the prevention and cure of psychosis in the community.MethodsAn national prevention and cure of psychosis table was carried out family by family to diagnose, with the group consisted of the leader of village, psychiatrists, doctors being engaged in the prevention and cure of mental disorders, cadre of village.ResultsIn the 1528133 population, 10266 were diagnosed as mental patients, with the rate of diagnosis of 6.72‰. Of that non-therapists were 6649, account for 64.77%; in the 3617 ever-therapists, 2487 had ever recurred, with the recurrcence rate of 68.76%.ConclusionThe prevention and cure and scientific research of psychosis should be paid more attention.

Objective To improve the knowledge for flow direction of renal spleen circulation in Budd Chiari syndrome and effects in treatment. Methods Two Budd Chiari syndrome patients with reno splenic venous shunt were treated by PTA, and the circulation directions were investigated. Results One case with hepatic vein occlusion showed the circulation from left renal spleen vein to IVC; another case with IVC stenosis proximal to heart showed the flow direction from spleen left renal vein to varices and finally to SVC. The circulation disappeared after treatment with PTA.Conclusions The direction of circulation in different types of Budd Chiari with portal hypertension may be different and should be identified clearly for a suitable management.

China Pharmacist 2015;(2):273-274,275
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of paroxetine combined with olanzapine in the treat-ment of depression complicated with sleep disorders. Methods: Totally 150 cases of sleep disorder patients were selected, and then randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 75 ones in each. The control group was given paroxetine treat-ment, the observation group was given paroxetine combined with olanzapine treatment, and the treatment course was four weeks. The sleep latency, total sleep time, wake-up time and the number of awakening in the two groups were recorded, and the HAMD scale score and treatment efficacy were compared. Results:Compared with those in the control group, the sleep latency, total sleep time, wake-up time and the number of awakening in the observation group were obviously improved (P<0. 05). The clinical cure rate, the HAMD scale score and the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups all had significant differences (P<0. 05). Conclu-sion:Paroxetine combined with olanzapine in the treatment of depression with sleep disorders shows fast efficacy, which can improve the sleep disorder symptoms and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions significantly.

Chinese Journal of Digestion 2010;30(10):759-761
Objective To assess the clinical efficacy and safety of testa triticum tricum purif (trade name: fiberform) in treating constipation during pregnancy. Methods With multicenter, prospective and self-controlled study method, in four domestic hospitals 140 pregnant ladies with constipation were enrolled according to recruiting criteria. The patients were treated by orally taking Festa Triticum Tricum Purif 3. 5 g every time, twice a day. Before and after taking medicine, constipation symptoms and the characters of feces were observed and quantized with score to identity its efficacy and side effects. Results After Testa Triticum Tricum treatment, dyporsia was relieved and the characters of the feces were improved significantly. Taking Testa Triticum Tricum for 7 days and 14 days, the effective rate was 90.0% and 93.6% respectively. Before and after taking medicine, the difference in constipation symptoms was statistical significant. No side effects were observed during Testa Triticum Tricum Purif treatment. Conclusions Fiberform is effective and safe for functional constipation treatment.

Chinese Journal of Analytical Chemistry 2001;29(4):406-409
A high performance liquid chromatographic (HPLC) method using triethylamine (TEA), copper *" acetate and L-proline as the chiral mobile phase (CMP) and the enantiomric analysis of thyroxine (T4) are described. The influence of the mobile phase parameters including the TEA concentration, manipulation pH, concentration of Cu*", concentration of L-proline, temperature of column and flow rate of eluent on the enantiomers separation of thyroxine was studied. The HPLC-CMP is a simple method for separation and determination of D,L-T4 in drug or in human plasma. It can be used to therapeutic drug or adverse drug reactions monitor.

Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2016;20(51):7684-7689
BACKGROUND:Valvular interstitial cel s are the main components of the heart valves. Myofibroblasts, as a kind of valvular interstitial cel s, can express alpha-smooth muscle actin and type I col agen fiber, and hold differentiation potential. These cel s cannot only play a support role in the valve structure, but also play a regulatory role in the process of the valve normal physiological and pathological responses.
OBJECTIVE:To obtain a reliable method of separation, primary culture and identification of myofibroblasts laying a foundation for further study on the cardiac valvular calcification.
METHODS:Aortic valve myofibroblas extracted from porcine hearts were primary cultured by trypsin and col agenase combined digestive method, common enzyme-digestion method and tissue-culture method, respectively. The myofibroblast activity and morphology were observed using microscope, and myofibroblasts were identified using light microscope and immunocytochemistrial method.
RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Myofibroblasts had a higher activity and purity cultured by trypsin combined with col agenase II digestion method. Aortic valve myofibroblasts were positive for alpha-smooth muscle actin and negative for von Wil ebrand factor under fluorescence microscope, suggesting that myofibroblasts were successful y obtained.

Objective To investigate the effects of miR-335-5p on the proliferation and apoptosis of osteoblasts which were exposed to high glucose condition, and explore its possible molecular mechanisms. Methods MC3T3-E1 osteoblasts were divided into four groups:control group(5. 5 mmol/L glucose), high glucose group(HG group, 22. 0 mmol/L glucose), agomir-335-5p group(transfected with agomir-335-5p and exposed to 22. 0 mmol/L glucose) , and agomir negative control group( agomir NC group, transfected with agomir negative control and exposed to 22. 0 mmol/L glucose), cultured for 7 days. Cell proliferaton, cell apoptosis, expressions of miR-335-5p and dickkopfhomolog1(DKK1)mRNA,proteinlevelsofDKK1andcysteinylaspartate-specificproteinase-3(caspase-3) were detected using MTT, flow cytometry, quantitative realtime PCR and western blot, respectively. Results Compared with control group, the expression of miR-335-5p mRNA and cell proliferation in HG group were significantly decreased(P<0. 05), while cell apoptosis and the protein levels of DKK1 and caspase-3 were increased significantly(P<0. 05), the expression of DKK1 mRNA did not change (P>0. 05). The miR-335-5p mRNA expression and cell proliferation in agomir-335-5p group were higher than those in HG group and agomir NC group(P<0. 05). However, Cell apoptosis and the protein levels of DKK1 and caspase-3 in agomir-335-5p group were lower than those in HG group(P<0. 05). Conclusion High glucose inhibits the proliferation and induce the apoptosis of MC3T3-E1 osteoblast through decreasing the expression of miR-335-5p and subsequently increasing the DKK1 expression.
