1.The effect of MRI in the follow-up after HIFU
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 1986;0(03):-
Objective:To study the effects of MRI in the follow-up after HIFU.Methods:The tumor-like proliferation of monkey uterus was treated with high intensity focused ultrasound(HIFU)then followed up with magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) to observe the change of signals of treated region. Results:The blood flow signals were not observed in treated region with MRI after HIFU.The volume of treated region decreased gradually, which was consistent with the results of pathology and B-ultrasound.Conclusion:MRI is efficient in follow-up for the change of signals of treated region after HIFU and can reflect the histological change of treated region precisely.
2.Effects of hysterectomy on psychology and defecation
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 1987;0(01):-
Objective:To evaluate alteration of sexual function and defecation after hysterectomy with two different operation techniques. Methods: Total hysterectomy was performed in 31 patients(groupA) ,and inlrafascial hysterectomy was carried out in 31 patients. Alterations of sexual function and defecation after operation were investigated by using a questionnaire. Results : The incidence of anxiety and depression during intercourse was 50. 8% ; 45% of patients complained of decreased libido and decreased quality of coitus. There existed no signficant difference between group Aand B. The defecation habit was altered in 45% of cases. The incidence in group A was higher than in group B. Conclusion :The hysterectomy led to alteration of sexual function . It was necessary to give guidance of sexual surgery technique and intrafascial hysterectomy was a better choice.
3.Investigation and skill training of communication between refresher doctor of gynaecology and obstetrics and patients
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2006;0(07):-
Objective to get the message of the state of refreser doctor patient communication and put forward the solution.Method 200 patients were investigated who were hospitalized in the department of gynaecology and obstetrics of the seconed affiliated hospital of Chongqing Medical University, and the state of the doctor patient communication as well as the affecting factor were questionnaired. Results 182 questionnaire was reclaimed, the ratio of reclaim was 91%.50.3% patient considered the advanced study doctor communation was satisfactory,41.2% patient considered the communicatin is common,8.5% patient considered the communicatin is dissatisfing.65.3% patient considered the service attitude affected the communication,42.3% patient considered the speech of the doctor effect the communication,41.2% patient considered the behavior of the doctor effected the communication. Conclusion the refresher doctor was deficient in the doctor patient communication, and the training was required in the service attitude, speech and behavior arts.
4.A survey and analysis on symptoms of menopausal women: 583 cases
Chinese Journal of Endocrine Surgery 2016;10(3):216-220
Objective To investigate the main symptoms and the health care consciousness of the menopausal women. Methods From Jul.2013 to Oct.2014,a one-on-one,face-to-face questionnaire was conducted in selected menopausal women in Gynecology Clinic of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University. Results There were 583 valid questionnaires overall.349 women had natural menopause, and the average age was(48.7±3.4) years.66.72% women appeared menstrual disorders in premenopausal stage, presenting longer cycle and fewer menstrual quantity.82.50% (481/583) women had menopausal symptoms, with hot flashes (57.46%,335/583) as the most, followed by insomnia (50.60%,295/583).Kupperman score showed 7.03% (41/583)patients were the severe degree.Among the patients with menopausal symptoms,234 cases went to menopause clinics on their own initiative and 36 cases visited other department first and then transferred to menopause clinics.Among patients with college or above degree,51.27% (101/197)received menopausal hormone therapy (MHT),significantly higher than those with poor educational background. Conclusion Vasomotor symptoms such as hot flashes were still the main symptoms of menopausal syndrome.Although some menopausal patients had intentions to seek medical care by themselves, there sre still some patients lacking health care consciousness, which is more commonly seen in patients with lower level of education.Menopausal education promotion is needed.

Journal of Third Military Medical University 2003;0(19):-
Objective To study the role of HMGA2 in the occurrence and the progression of uterine leiomyomas. Methods Fifty cases of uterine leiomyomas who met the inclusion criteria(aged 30-50 years old, free from hormone at least for 6 months before surgery,no other diseases, postoperative pathological diagnosis as uterine leiomyoma) admitted to our hospital from January to July 2003 were studied. The expression of HMGA2 mRNA in uterine leiomyomas and neighbour normal myometrium was detected by ISH.Results HMGA2 mRNA was strongly expressed in 30 cases of uterine leiomyomas but not expressed in neighbour normal myometrium. There was no difference in HMGA2 mRNA between proliferative stage and progestational stage. Conclusion The increased expression of HMGA2 in uterine leiomyomas may be important in the occurrence and the progression of uterine leiomyomas.

Chongqing Medicine 2014;(21):2712-2715,2719
Objective To assess the curative effect of different therapeutic regimen in perimenopausal and postmenopausal pa-tients with depressive disorder ,in order to guide clinical work .Methods Relevant literatures were collect by retrieving a number of online database ,,screen documents independent ,the randomized controlled trial(RCT) and cohort study were included ,and carried on the quality evaluation and data extractione ,then completed the Meta analysis .Results 19 papers were inclouded (2 312 cases) , including 10 RCT papers and 9 cohort papers .There was no statistically significant difference for cure rate (RR=1 .15 ,P=0 .07) , the difference of effective rate had statistically significant (RR=1 .17 ,P=0 .005) .Hormone in combination with antidepressants compared with hormone replacement therapy :the difference of cure ratio (RR=1 .73 ,P=0 .003) and effective rate (RR=1 .52 , P<0 .01) all had statistically significant .The difference of effective rate between antidepressants and hormone replacement therapy had statistically significant (RR=1 .37 ,P=0 .003) .Hormone replacement therapy compared with placebo :the difference of cure rate had statistically significant(RR=2 .17 ,P=0 .03) ,the difference of effective rate had no statistically significant (RR= 0 .78 ,P=0 .15) .Conclusion Although the hormone replacement therapy has a positive effect on the mood ,it′s promoting effect on the anti-depressant of perimenopausal and postmenopausal women is uncertain .

Journal of Third Military Medical University 2003;0(23):-
Objective To explore the feasibility, efficiency and effect of wide-type p53 gene transfected into cervical cancer HeLa cells by ultrasound microbubble intensifier. Methods Based on the optimum parameter of ultrasound wave irradiation (0.5 W/cm2 ,30 s) selected in pre-experiment,HeLa cells were divided into 5 groups:(A)simple plasmid group,(B)plasmid-ultrasound group,(C)plasmid-ultrasound-microbubble group,(D)plasmid-liposome group,(E)blank control group. At 24-48h after transfection, the transfection efficiency was detected by fluorescence microscope, the mRNA expression of p53 was detected by RT-PCR,the cell cycle was detected by flow cytometry, and the inhibition rate of cells growth was detected by MTT assay. Results Fluorescence microscopy showed that the expression of green fluorescent protein in group C was higher than that in group Band group D (P

The cephalic dystocia education is an important part of obstetric education. According to current educational environment, the teaching method of multimedia combined with problem-based learning is conducive to resolving the dilemma of dystocia education. Dystocia education is designed to follow the cases as the main line and the problem as a guide, with the full integration of theory and practice. This teaching model has been recognized by the majority of foreign students, and it is worth recommending.
