Objective To observe the effect of air disinfection with chlorine dioxide(ClO2)in the saps and determine the concentration change in order to ensure the safety for people to enter the saps. Methods The disinfection was done at the concentration of 1 000 mg/L and the spray dose of 10 ml/m3 and then to count the total bacteria and fungi with the cascade impactors in the saps before and after air disinfection and to monitor the concentration of ClO2 with the air ClO2 monitor(iTX).Results The 94.6% of the total bacteria and 92.1% of the fungi died in 30 minutes after disinfection. The concentration of ClO2 in the air decreased from 10 mg/m3 to 0.8 mg/m3 81 minutes later and to 0.3 mg/m3 96 minutes later, after 120 minutes,it was 0 mg/m3.Conclusion The air disinfection effect of ClO2 used at the dose of 10 ml/m3 and the concentration of 1 000 mg/L is satisfactory.96 minutes after disinfection, the concentration of ClO2 is safe for human health.

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of the soft-shell technique with domestic materials during the cataract phacoemulsification. Methods Eighty-two eyes of 76 patients with the mature cataract phacoemulsification were divided into 3 groups randomly, including 28 eyes using the soft-shell technique with sodium tvlose and sodium hyaluronate (the domestic group),and 28 eyes using DuoVisc (Viscoat+ProVisc) (the import group), and 26 eyes using sodium hyaluronate (the common group). Results The average naked vision was 0.50 ± 0.22,0.51 ± 0.27,0.27 ± 0.21 respectively on the first day after operation. There was no signiticant difference between the domestic group and the import group (P>0.05 ), while the first two groups and the common group had significant difference (P < 0.05). The average naked vision was 0.61 ± 0.17,0.63 ± 0.18,0.58 ± 0.18 respectively 7 days after operation. There was no statistical difference among the three groups (P > 0.05 ). The rate of corneal endothelial cells 1 month after operation was 7.1% in the domestic group,7.0% in the import group and 15.9% in the common group. It was clear that the rate in the domestic group and the import group was much lower than that in the common group. Meanwhile, the difference existed statistically between the two groups and the common group (P < 0.01 ). However, the difference between the domestic group and the import group had no statistical significance. Conclusion The soft-shell technique with domestic materials is as safe and effective as that with the import materials in protecting the corneal endothelial cells during the cataract surgery in patients with the mature cataract.

Extranodal NK/T cell lymphoma is a kind of disease that is associated with EB virus infection and characterized by progressive distruction and necrosis of the nasal cavity and midline facial tissues, with histological features of diffuse lymphomatous cells inflitrate and inflammatory cells as abackground or angiocentric and angioinvasive inflitrate. The prognosis is poor,as it is highly aggressive and it can progress rapidly. This article mainly discusses and reviews the progress in treatment methods.

Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 1996;0(06):-
After an account of the background to the practice of letting patients pick their doctors in the Third Central Hospital of Tianjin, the paper points out the positive impact of the practice, comments on the specific measures, and narrates the results that have been achieved. These include: ①enhanced awareness of self management on the part of the staff; ②increased cohesion of the hospital; ③higher efficiency; ④greater initiative on the part of the scientific and technical personnel as a result of the reform; ⑤social recognition of the reform; and ⑥a higher level of professional ethics building. Lastly the paper discusses the hospitals experience in adopting the practice of letting patients pick their doctors.

Journal of Environment and Health 1993;0(03):-
Objective To understand the air pollution by microorganisms in the underground spaces. Methods 51 underground spaces were investigated, the impact and sedimentation sampling methods were employed and the total bacterial count, mycetes, streptococcus and anaerobes in air were determined. ELESA was used to detect aflatoxin B1 in aspergillus flavus isolated from air. Results The total bacterial count in the air in underground spaces accorded with the military health standard. In the semi-closed spaces, the mycetes counts were 5 950 cfu/m3 and 9 500 cfu/m3 in aisle and rooms respectively, significantly higher than those in control group (P

Objective To summarize the clinical effect of transpedicular Dynesys dynamic fixation for treating degenerative lum-bar disease. Methods 34 cases of degenerative lumbar disease were treated by transpedicular Dynesys dynamic fixation and per-formed the retrospective analysis. The VAS score of lumbago was (6.01±0.98),the VAS score of skelalgia was (5.47±0.63), ODI was(64.47 ±2.06)%.The cranial intervertebral space height in the fixed segment was(12.01±1.08)mm,the intervertebral space height in the fixed segment was(11.47±1.13)mm;the caudal intervertebral space height in the fixed segment was(11.95± 1.06)mm;the intervertebral motion range of the cranial segment in the fixed segment was(8.11±1.21)°,the intervertebral motion range of the fixed segment was(8.47±1.63)°,the intervertebral motion range of the caudal segment in the fixed segment(7.86± 1.36)°.39 intervertebral spaces in 27 cases adopted the decompression combined with Dynesys fixation, the single intervertebral space in 7 cases was performed with Dynesys fixation alone. Results All patients smoothly pulled through the perioperative period. No complications of wound infection, leakage of cerebralspinal fluid and nerve inj ury occurred, wound infection, leakage of cerebro-spinal fluid and nerve injury. All patients were followed up for 25-45 months, averaged 31.2 months. The VAS score of lumbago at the last time of follow up was (1.85±1.03),the VAS score of skelalgia was(1.54±0.18),ODI was(11.42±1.51)%,the cranial intervertebral space height in the fixed segment was(11.85±0.93)mm,the intervertebral space height of the fixed segment was (11.34±1.02)mm,the caudal intervertebral space height in the fixed segment was(11.62±0.97)mm;the intervertebral space motion range of the cranial segment in the fixed segment was(8.85 ± 1.33)°,the intervertebral space motion range of thye fixed segment was(4.54±1.78)°,the intervertebral space motion range of the caudal segment in the fixed segment was(7.62±1.21)°. Conclusion Transpedicular Dynesys dynamic fixation for treating degenerative lumbar disease can confine and reserve the motion range of the fixed segment, lessen lumbago and skelalgia, improve the function of waist and leg and have no obvious influence on the adjacent segment, its short-term therapeutic effect is satisfactory, but long-term therapeutic effect needs the clinical observation of long time and large amount cases.
