OBJECTIVE: To investigate the antagonistic effect of Salvia miltiorrhiza on cyclosporine A (CsA)-induced chronic nephrotoxicity. METHODS: 54 patients underwent renal transplantation were divided into 3 groups according to dosage of salvia miltiorrhiza: CsA+high-dose of salvia miltiorrhiza group, CsA+loe-dose of salvia miltiorrhiza group (trial group) and CsA control group (control group). Plasma concentration of CsA, serum creatinine (Scr), blood urea nitrogen (Bun), 24 h urines and 24 h urinary protein were recorded. The parameters of morphology and hemodynamics were compared among 3 groups. The differences of index among 3 groups were analyzed statistically. RESULTS: The level of Scr, Bun and 24 h urinary protein in CsA+high-dose of salvia miltiorrhiza group were decreased significantly while 24 h urines was increased, compared with other 2 groups. There was significant difference among 3 groups (P0.05). The intrarenal blood flow and renal arterial resistance index were increased significantly in CsA+high-dose of salvia miltiorrhiza group. CONCLUSION: High-dose of salvia miltiorrhiza combined with CsA can reduce the CsA-induced nephrotoxicity perfently.

As the dressings currently used in clinic settings unflat shape in general, they can't be fitted completely on occiput, heel, elbow, knee and other body parts unflat. This paper developed one kind of foam dressing of special shape based on local anatomy. The foam dressing is waterproof and air permeable, it can cover the wound closely enough to prevent bacteria from invasion and infection. With a saturated absorption ratio of 1: 8 or higher, it can keep the wound clean and moisture by absorbing large amounts of wound inflammatory secretions and is almost completely permeable to oxygen and carbon dioxide. Assuring safety and effect meanwhile, it has better outcomes than common dressings in the same application settings.

Objective: To synthesize 10-position schiff base derivatives of emodin and study the anti-tumor activity. Methods:The 10-position schiff base derivatives of emodin were synthesized through emodin reacting with ammonia derivatives in absolute alcohol with acetic acid as the catalytic agent. Their structures were characterized by 1 H-NMR and ESI-MS, and the anti-tumor activity on k562 cells was determined by MTT method. Results:Three 10-position schiff base derivatives were synthesized and the structures were confirmed, and the IC50 on k562 cells was 4. 5, 3. 8 and 2. 0 μmol·L-1 , respectively. Conclusion:The 10-position schiff base de-rivatives of emodin can improve the anti-tumor activity and druggability of the parent compound, which are worthy of further study.

Objective:To explore the effect of Citalopram on clinical symptoms of chronic schizophrenia and life quality of female patients.Methods:52 female patients with chronic schizophrenia were divided into the research group(n=30)and the control group(n=22).Originally used drugs were retained for both groups , Citalopram was added in research group, and placebo was added in control, both for 12 weeks.PANSS, GQOLI-74, CGI-SI were used to evaluate the effects. OBJECTIVE:To observe clinical efficacy and safety of nitric oxide (NO) combined with sildenafil in the treatment of neonatal pulmonary hypertension. METHODS:66 cases of neonatal pulmonary hypertension were selected and randomly divided in-to observation group and control group,with 33 cases in each group. 2 groups of patients were given Dopamine injection 5 μg/(kg· min),ivgtt. Control group was given NO 5-20 ppm;observation group received oral or nasal feeding of Citric acid sildenafil tab-lets,0.5-1.0 mg/kg,96 h,on the basis of control group. Both group received 3 d of treatment. Clinical efficacy of 2 groups were observed as well as the level of PaO2,PaCO2,SaO2,PAP,NO,ET-1,HIF-1α,EPO and Ca2+before and after treatment. The inci-dence of ADR was compared between 2 groups. RESULTS:Total effective rate of observation group was 96.97%,which was sig-nificantly higher than that of control group(75.76%),with statistical significance(P<0.05). There was no statistical significance in the levels of PaO2,PaCO2,SaO2,PAP,NO,ET-1,HIF-1α,EPO and Ca2+between 2 groups before treatment(P>0.05);com-pared to before treatment,PaO2,SaO2,No and Ca2+ levels of 2 groups increased significantly after treatment,while PaCO2,PAP, EPO,HIF-1,ET-1 significantly lowered and the observation group was better than the control group,with statistical significance (P<0.05). No obvious ADR was found in 2 groups. CONCLUSIONS:Sildenafil combined with NO is effective in the treatment of neonatal pulmonary hypertension and can effectively improve pulmonary hypertension and blood gas indexes with good safety.

OBJECTIVE To investigate the incidence of integrons in Pseudomonas aeruginosa strains isolated from blood samples in Peking University People′s Hospital and to analyze the correlation between integrons and drug resistance of P.aeruginosa.METHODS Forty-two strains of clinically isolated P.aeruginosa were collected.The antibiotics susceptibility was tested by K-B methods.Integrase gene of integron was amplified by PCR using degenerate primers.The integrons were classified by restriction fragment length polymorphism(RFLP) analysis of positive PCR products with Hinf Ⅰ restriction enzyme.RESULTS The drug-resistance rates of 42 strains of P.aeruginosa against 20 kinds of antibiotics ranged from 9.5% to 100%.Twenty-three strains were resistant to 12 kinds of antibiotics.Nineteen of the 42 isolates(45.2%) contained integrons,all of which were revealed as class Ⅰ of integrons by RFLP analysis.Neither class Ⅱ nor class Ⅲ of integron was detected.The positive percentage of integrons was increased by years.CONCLUSIONS Class Ⅰ integrons are widespread in isolates from blood samples in our hospital.The presence of integrons is closely associated with multi-drug resistance of P.aeruginosa.

Objective To provide anatomic basis for sensation restoratiou of distally based island flap pedicled with nutrient vessels of superficial peroneal nerve by use of lateral sural cutaneous nerve. Methods The origin, course and distribution rule of lateral part sensory nerve of leg were dissected and observed in 40 antisepticized adult cadaveric limbs. Results ①Lateral sural cutaneous nerve originated from common peroneal nerve 7cm above apex of fibular head, descended short distance along common peroneal nerve, then passed through pepliteal fascia to facies lateralis cruris,along the way it sent out 1-3 terminal branches, which distributed over the skin of Ⅰ , Ⅱ area in the posterior lateral leg. ②Superficial peroneal nerve originated from common peroneal nerve 1.9cm below apex of fibular head, descended forward between peroneus longus and fibula, then descended between peroneus longus and peroneus brevis, and sent out branches to the two muscles. The nerve bole (pure sensory nerve branch) descended straight between peroneus brevis and anterior cmral intermuscular septum, at the juncture between Ⅱ、Ⅲ area in facies lateralis eruris, passed through deep fascia to subcutaneous tissue, then sent out medial dorsal cutaneous nerve of foot and intermediate dorsal cutaneous nerve of foot, which distributed over the skin of dorsum of foot and Ⅲ area in facies lateralis cmris. Conclusion It may be available in sensation restoration of distally based island flap pedicled with nutrient vessels of superficial peroneal nerve through anastomosis of lateral sural cutaneous nerve bole with sensory nervous ramification of recipient site.
