OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for further development of Internet drug transaction services in China. METH-ODS:The data of online drugstores with top 20 approvals data and sales amount were collected bu the Internet,the normative man-agement was evaluated. Meanwhile,questionnaire was conducted to survey and analyze the cognition,buying drugs and correspond-ing requirements of some Shanghai citizens for Internet drug retail. RESULTS:By Jun. 12,2015,totally 307 retail chain drug-stores(online drugstores)had got the License of Internet Drugs Transaction,only 62 online drugstores(20.2%)were in full compli-ance with the normative management;the top 19 online drugstores supplied averagely 1 072±815 OTC medicines,including 259± 165 chemical drugs and 813 ± 650 Chinese traditional medicines,and the top 3 were jianke.com (3 658 species),J1.com (2 071 species)and 360 kad.com(1 523 species). Totally 216 questionnaires were sent out,and 183 were effectively received with effec-tive recovery of 84.7%. The 183 surveyed citizens showed high cognition in distinguishing the authenticity of online drugstores (75.4%) and the authenticity of drugs (67.1%),but low cognition in online drugstore opening qualifications and Internet selling drugs;only 22.4% had the experience of buying drugs online,the degree of satisfaction towards online shopping,from the highest to the lowest,were drug price(62.5%),professional consultation of pharmacists(50.0%),variety of drugs(45.0%),quality of drugs(37.5%),delivery time(35.0%),etc.;the most probably purchased medicine category were vitamins and minerals(63.9%) and medicines for common diseases(40.4%). CONCLUSIONS:Currently the demands and confidence of online drugs shopping of Shanghai citizens are still scarce. Though the access of retailing prescription drugs would spur the Internet drug business,the condi-tion is still immature. It is suggested to sell prescription drugs in a limited way and improve their access threshold,promote Medi-care settlement to multi-faceted promote the orderly development of Internet drug transaction services.

AIM: To study the effects of Cripto gene on vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) of colon carcinoma cells.METHODS: Cripto siRNA was designed and constructed.Colon cancer LS-174T cells were divided into 4 groups: control group and different dose (3.125,6.25 and 12.5 nmol/L) of siRNA groups.After transfected for 24,48 and 72 h,colon cancer cells were harvested to carry on the next tests.Expression of Cripto mRNA was determined with real-time PCR,and immunofluorescence isothiocyanate(FITC) labeling assay and Northern blotting were performed to examine the expression of protein and mRNA of VEGF,respectively.The cells in control group and cells transfected with 12.5 nmol/L siRNA were inoculated into nude mice respectively.30 days after inoculated,the mice of two groups were executed,and immunohistochemical(ICH) assay was used to evaluate the VEGF protein of mice tumor.RESULTS: siRNA down-regulated the Cripto mRNA in a dose and time dependent manner.Protein and mRNA of VEGF in transfected cells reduced in a dose and time dependent manner.Compared to control,the expression of VEGF protein from ICH assay was lowered significantly(P

Objective To investigate the remineralization effects of the Aominqing dental desensitizer and the fluoride dentifrice on the demineralized enamels. Methods Sixty-three teeth were randomly divided into three groups after demineralization , then was remineralized for eight days by using Aominqing dental desensitizer, fluoride dentifrice (1.1 g/L), and deionized water, respectively. The thin sections of teeth were analyzed under the con-focal laser scanning microscope (CLSM). The morphology of the surface of teeth was observed under the scanning electron microscope (SEM). Results Under CLSM, the evaluation parameter area of the fluorescent lesion (A,μm2) processed by Aominqing and by fluoride was (3.19 ± 0.19) × 104, (3.61 ± 0.26) × 104 μm2, respectively. The total fluorescence (TF) was (0.61 ± 0.09) × 106, (0.89 ± 0.15) × 106, average fluorescent of the lesion(AF) was (18.98 ± 1.56), (24.65 ± 2.39), and the above parameters were all less than those in the blank control group [A=(4.89 ± 0.24) × 104 μm2,TF=(1.78 ± 0.21) × 106, AF = 36.29 ± 2.57] (P < 0.01). The evaluation parameters in the Aominqing group were less than those in the fluoride dentifrice group(P < 0.05). Under SEM, the surface of the group processed by Aominqing was the smoothest, compared to the fluoride dentifrice group and the blank control group. Conclusions Both Aominqing dental desensitizer and fluoride dentifrice (1.1 g/L) have the remineralization effects on the demineralized enamels, and the former has a stronger effect.

Objective To discuss different effect of periocular injection and subconjunctival injection in treatment of iridocyclitis. Methods Eighty people with iridocyclitis were divided into group A and group B according to their admission order. Group A adopted periocular injection and group B was given subconjunctival injection. The incidence of complication was compared between the two groups. Results Significant difference existed in complications and related factors between two groups after treatment, periocular injection proved to be superior to subconjunctival injection. Conclusions Periocular injection is a desirable treatment method for iridocyclitis. It is easy to operate, safe, rapid and with less pain, so it is worthy of clinical application.

Objective To discuss the advantages and disadvantages of the mammography and ultrasound examination for breast cancer diagnosis.Methods Totally 84 breast cancer patients enrolled in our study.All of the patients underwent mammography before surgery,and 69 of them received both mammography and ultrasound examination.The data were studied retrospectively.Results 84 foci were found totally on mammography and were all diagnosed above ACR BIRAD grade 4 by X-ray.Two of the 13 cases smaller than 2 cm in diameter were diagnosed as grade 3 by ultrasound.Eleven cases with microcalcification were diagnosed as grade 2（1case）and 3（1case）by ultrasound.Only 1 of the 6 cases shown as distortion was diagnosed as 5 by ultrasound.Conclusion X-ray has the superiority to ultrasound for distortion and microcalcification.For the mass smaller than 2 cm in diameter,both of X-ray and ultrasound may underestimate.

Objective To investigate the influence of nasal continuous positive airway pressure (nCPAP) treatment on cardiovascular risk factors in patients with obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea Syndrome (OSAHS). Methods Thirty-one patients with newly diagnosed OSAHS were divided into 3 groups based on the status of nC-PAP treatment: group 1,10 patients with nCPAP > 4 hrs/night;group 2:9 patients with nCPAP < 4 hrs/night;group 3:12 patients without nCPAP treatment. Serum cardiovascular risk factors (i. e. ,C-reactive protein(CRP), total cholesterol, triglycerides, highdensity lipaprntein cholesterol (HDL-C), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, apo-lipoprotein A-I (ApoA-1), and apolipoprotein B (ApoB) ) were measured at baseline and 6 months after nCPAP treatment. Results ① There was no significant difference on age,body mass index,blcod pressure,Epworth sleepi-ness scale (ESS) and saturation of blood oxygen (SPO_2) between the 3 groups (P>0.05). ②In group 1, ESS, SPO_2 minimum SPO_2 were significantly improved (3.20±2.80,93.80±2.01 and 84.10±6.17, respectively) compared to baseline (13.30±5.20,88.60±4.14 and 69.60±11.80, respectively) (P<0.01). Moreover, in group 2, there were significant improvement on ESS, SPO_2 and minimum SPO2 (4.95±2.67,94.20±1.46 and 85.20±4.97, respectively) compared to baseline (12.80±5.50,89.10±5.11 and 73.70±12.50, respectively) (P<0.01). ③In group 1 ,significant decreases in the levels of CRP,total cholesterol was observed (P=0.021 and 0.038). ④In group 2, group 3 there were slightly decrease of CRP after treatment, but the difference did not reach statistieal significance. Conclusions Good compliance to nCPAP treatment decreases the serum levels of cardiovas-cular risk factors, indicating a beneficial effect on the overall cardiovascular disease prevention and control.

[Objective] To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Buxin Huoluo Capsule (BHC) for coronary heart disease (CHD) and to explore its anti-lipid-peroxidation mechanism. [Methods] One hundred and seventy-five cases of CHD were treated with BHC and 121 cases with isosorbide dinitrate (ID) . Effects of BHC on angina pectoris, electrocardiograph, superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity and lipid peroxides (LPO) level were observed. [Results] In BHC group, the total effective rate in relieving angina pectoris was 88.0 % and that in improving electrocardiogram was 80.0 % , the difference being not significant as compared with ID group. As for the reduction of frequency of angina pectoris and the decrease of dosage of nitroglycerin, BHC were superior to ID. Objective:To evaluate the effectiveness of Minqing Ao dental desensitizer in the treatment of early childhood caries (ECC).Methods:41 0 teeth with ECC in 1 1 0 cases were divided into 3 groups.Minqing Ao dental desensitizer,fluoride toothpaste and ordinary toothpaste without fluoride were respectively used in group A,B and C.The laser fluorescence value(LFV)was meas-ured and compared before treatment,2,4,6 weeks and 6 months after treatment.Results:2 weeks after treatment,the LFV was not significantly changed in the 3 groups.4 weeks after treatment LFV in group A was decreased(P<0.01 ),the LFV in group A was lower than that in group B(P<0.05)and in group C(P<0.01 ).While there was no significant difference between group B and C(P>0.05).6 weeks after treatment LFV in group A and B was decreased(P<0.01 and P<0.05),there was significant difference be-tween each 2 groups(P<0.05).6 weeks and 6 months after treatment LFV in group A was lower than that in group B(P<0.01 ),and in group B was lower than that in group C(P<0.01 ).Conclusion:Minqing Ao is effective for treatment of early childhood caries.

From the N-terminal amino acid sequence of the Aspergillus niger F044 lipase,a potential homologous gene A84689 to the anl(the gene encoding the Aspergillus niger lipase)was found by means of bioinformatics.Based on the nucleotide sequence of the A84689,primers were designed to amplify anl.Nucleotide sequencing of the genomic anl gene revealed an open reading frame of 1 044 nucleotides,containing three introns(54,45 and 51 nucleotides).The deduced amino acid sequence of the anl gene corresponds to 297 amino acid residues including a signal sequence of 27 amino acid residues.The cloned cDNA coding for mature Anl(the protein of the Aspergillus niger lipase)was overexpressed in Escherichia coli BL21(De3),and the recombinant Anl was purified.The denatured recombinant Anl by 8mol/L urea was refolded in vitro by dilution and DEAE Sepharose Fast Flow chromatography.
