Chinese Mental Health Journal 2002;0(07):-
Objective: To explore the effect of psychotherapy in treating middle school students with IAD (internet addiction disorder). Methods: 23 cases of middle school students with IAD had been treated by cognitive therapy or behavior therapy. The IAD scale, SCL-90 scale and SDS scale were used to evaluate the effect before and after therapy. Results: After therapy, the total scores and most dimensions scores in IAD scale, SCL-90 scale and SDS scale decreased significantly than that before therapy. Conclusions: Psychotherapy especially cognitive therapy and behavior therapy is an effective in treating middle school students with IAD.

Chinese Journal of Analytical Chemistry 2014;(9):1314-1319
A rapid and sensitive method has been developed for the simultaneous determination of four selenium species Se(Ⅵ), Se(Ⅵ), selenomethionine, and Se-methylselenocysteine in Se-enriched yeast by liquid chromatography-hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry (HPLC-HG-AFS). The isolation of the analytes from yeast samples was accomplished by proteaseⅩⅣ and trypsin enzymatic digestion. The target compounds were separated on a PRP-X100 anion exchange column and analyzed by HG-AFS. The mobile phase was 20 mmol/L (NH4)2HPO4. Good linearity was obtained for all the selenium species, with linear correlation coefficients higher than 0. 9996. The LODs of the four species were between 0. 5 and 5. 0 μg/kg. Average recoveries for the four analytes were in the ranges of 82 . 5%-101 . 2%, with intra-and inter-day RSD lower than 8. 6% and 14. 5, respectively. The proposed analytical method is simple, sensitive, with low operation cost, making it applicable for the determination of the selenium species in Se-enriched feeds.

Objective To compare the inducing effect of three kinds of connective tissue from amnion, fetal mesentery and intestinal submucosa on the differentiation of fetal BMSCs in vitro. Methods The epithelium on three kinds of connective tissue were sampled and EGF and IGF-1 in these tissue clumpes were detected.DAPI-P3-BMSCs were planted on the surface of three kinds of connective tissue to culture. There were connective tissue induced groups, connective tissue and EGF and IGF-1 induced groups,EGF and IGF-1 induced as control group. The tissue clump was collected at 8 d、10 d、12 d,to compare their inducing effect on the differentiation of BMSCs.Results All of BMSCs induced by three kinds of connective tissue and growth factors expressed CK or EMA.The effect of unite-induced groups was stronger than those groups induced by only connective tissue,P

ObjectiveTo explore the influence of electrical stimulation on nervous cells.MethodsOn 5th day the brain primitive nervous cells of rat brain, in vitro culturing, were divided into 4 groups, in order of control group, electrical pole control group, low stimulation group, and high stimulation group. The cells were stimulated with electro-acupuncture apparatus for 7 days, 30 minutes once, twice a day. On 10th day, the cells were observed microscopically for 3 days and taken photos.ResultsElectrical stimulation is helpful to raise the survival rate of cell. Conclusions Electrical stimulation influences morphological change of nervous cells during culturing.
