Results: The coexistent rate of HD with thyroid carcinoma (TC) was 22.3% respectively. The coexistent rate of HD with TC was 9.2% before 1995, and it went up to 24.7% after that year (P<0.05). Among those HD coexistent with TC patients, 66 cases were papillary carcinoma, 15 cases were follicular carcinoma, 9 cases were mixture and 3 cases were lymphoma. There were 43 cases of micro-foci thyroid carcinoma, which accounted for 46.2% of the malignancy. Unilateral or bilateral, total, subtotal or partial thyroidectomy and biopsy were the main operative procedures for the disease. Conclusion: There is a high incidence of thyroid carcinoma in patients with HD coexistent with thyroid nodules, and it is rising up recently. In the clinical treatment of HD, we should be aware of the coexistent thyroid tumors and micro-foci thyroid carcinoma.

Oridonin is ent-kaurane diterpenoid and is one of the efficacious component of Rabdosia Rubesecens ( Hemel. ) Hara in Henan province. In this experiment, the effects of Oridonin on hemody-namics of anaesthetized rabbits were studied. Hemodynamics effects of Oridonin (3.0 mg, 10.0mg/kg iv)were noticed. LVSP, ?dP/dt_max, Vpm, Lo, HR, SBP, DBF were decreased. t-dP/dt_max was increased. LVEDP did not changed. Oridonin decreased DBP more than SBP, it is suggested that Oridonin. may reduce vascular smooth muscle tone.

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of trophic feeding in preterm infants. Methods 93 preterm infants with asphyxia, prenatal asphyxia or respiratory distress syndrome who could not receive routine feeding were enrolled in this study. These patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. The hospitalized days, the time of tolerating milk feeding, regaining the birth body weight and discontinuing intravenous infusion were compared between the two groups. Objective To explore the best time interval to extubate catheter for the postoperative gastric cancer patients,and provide the basis for early extubation after operation.Methods To collect 108 cases with gastric cancer in Department of Forensic Surgery of Yuncheng Central Hospital from March 2013 to February 2014 with indwelling catheter preoperatively.According to the admission sequence,they were divided into the observation group and the control group with 54 cases in each group,the observation group began clipping catheter in 10-15 hours after operation,extubating catheter within 24 hours after operation;the control group began clipping catheter on the second day after operation,and extubating catheter during 48-72 hours after operation.The time of extubation,urinary tract irritation symptoms,resetting catheters and the incidence of early postoperative ambulation in patients of two groups were observed.Results The incidence of urinary tract irritation was lower in the observation group than that of the control group [3.7％ (2/54) vs 16.7％(9/54)],the difference was statistically significant (x2=4.960,P＜0.05).Early ambulation compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (complete compliance 52 vs.40,partial compliance 2 vs.8,no compliance 0 vs.6),the difference was statistically significant (x2 =10.565,P ＜0.05).Conclusions The method of extubation catheter within 24 hours after gastric canter operation can reduce the incidence of urinary tract irritation and improve early ambulation compliance.

At present, the immunological tolerance in transplantation induced by multi-mechanisms, to inhibit the chronic graft rejection, represents an important trend in the field of transplantation. This review summarizes the new researches about immune and non-immune factors in this field. At the same time, this review also discusses that the high-dose vitamin E, through changing the ratio of Th/Ts in vivo and not improving the level of specific-antibody, regulates the immune system. In addition, the potent antioxidation of vitamin E has advantage to release the oxidate press of tissue and the damage of blood vessels. In the end, the reporter prospects the signification of vitamin E to inhibit the chronic graft rejection and points out the potential questions.

Objective To analyze the current clinic application of severe acne treatment, and to provide evidences to improve its treatment. Methods Using sampling survey, a total of 3 012 severe acne patients who visited the dermato-logical department of 35 hospitals over the country for the first time were selected for this study. Each patient filled a ques-tionnaire about their acknowledgement, history of medical intervention and drug therapy of severe acne. Results Among all 3 012 patients with severe acne, 76.6%believed acne is a kind of skin disease, but only 35.2%of the patients went to see doctors at early stage of disease, while others choose interventions such as self-extrudation , topical medication or skin care products, herbal tea/folk recipes, beauty salons and application of coverture cosmetics. Among all severe acne patients, 2 388 cases (79.3%)had taken oral medications, which included 1 161(48.6%) patients who took anti-biotics. 394 cases (33.9%) took roxithromycine and 173 cases(14.9%) took other kinds of anti-biotics. 55.5%of all these patients who took oral medication less than 4 weeks in duration. 2 081 cases (69.1%) applied external drugs, in which includes 90 cases (4.3%) of using glucocorticoid, and 437 cases (21.0%) of using other kinds of external products. The adverse effects of topical treat-ments were commonly observed, such as erythema (512 cases, 24.6%), desquamation (683 cases, 32.8%), scab (73 cases, 3.5%) and hypersensitive (281 cases, 13.5%). Conclusion Severe acne is a disease need systematic treatment. but only mi-nority of the patients went to see doctors at early stage of disease. The current problems in treatment of severe acne include lack of target in choosing drugs, not long enough treatment course, and adverse effects of cutaneous administration.Early , safe and targeted medical attention with sufficient treatment course is encouraged.

Objective The aim of this study was to observe the growth difference and expression of cytochrome C of skin hair follicles in neonatal mice .Methods The morphology of different skin hair follicles of neonatal mice ( postnatal day 1-9)were observed by HE staining histology and cytochrome C was detected by immunohistochemistry .Results The skin hair follicles in different parts of neonatal mice showed differences not only in morphology but also in developmental pe -riods.Hair follicle growth in the back and tail skin had a nonlinear and growing period .After the nonlinear and growing pe-riod they began to grow rapidly .The tail development was slightly slower than that on the back .The hair follicles of vibris-sae were very special , and started to develop without a stable period .Conclusions The results of morphological observa-tion and cytochrome C immunohistochemistry demonstrate that differences exist in the hair follicle morphology and develop -mental times in the skin of different parts of the body in neonatal mice .
