The primary problems in preventive medicine teaching in clinical medicine are analyzed,and some countermeasures are proposed,including understanding the important strategic status of preventive medicine,strengthening teachers construction and im- proving teaching ways so as to promote teaching effect of preventive medicine.

AIM: To investigate the angiogenesis in the process of sarcoma 180 (S_(180)) tumor transplantation and changes of regulator factors, and explore the possible mechanism. METHODS: The S_(180) transplanted tumor in the Km mouse was used to detect the tumor angiogenesis by immunohistochemical examination of FⅧ. The levels of VEGF (V) and endostatin (E) in serum and the homogenate of tumor tissue were measured by ELISA and EIA, and the correlation between tumor weight and microvessel count (MVC) and morphology in tumor was also analyzed by multiple ANNOVA method. RESULTS: MVC, the relative count of total vessels and relative total vessel area increased with the development of transplanted S_ 180 . VEGF level in tumor tissue were higher at the 10th and 15th day than the 5th day after tumor transplantation. Endostatin in the tumor tissue and serum both reached the highest level at the 15th day, V/E ratio did not changed in this process. Furthermore, MVC, average vessel area and relative total area had a significant correlation with tumor weight. CONCLUSION: MVC increases in the development of S_(180) transplantation tumor and is related with the tumor weight; the positive regulator of angiogenesis in the tumor tissue is up-regulated during tumor growth, and the regulators in the tumor tissue maintains a relative balance.

Objective: Recent studies have suggested that congestive heart failure(CHF) is related to neuroendocrine system and cytokines,and its activation contributes to myocardial remodeling and leads to the development and progression of CHF.Tumour necrosis factor-?(TNF-?) is one of the most important factors.This study intends to establish the animal model of isoproterenol(ISO)-induced CHF in rats and to study the changes of serum TNF-?.Methods:Male SD rats were randomly allocated to the ISO-induced CHF group(n=50) receiving two subcutaneous injections of 170mg ISO per kilogram of body and the healthy control group(n=10) receiving two subcutaneous injections of 0.25ml normal saline.At 18th week,the hemodynamic parameters including HR,LVSP,LVEDP and ?dp/dtmax were assessed.TNF-? in plasma were all detected.Results:Compared with the control group,the LVSP、?dp/dtmax significantly decreased and the HR,LVEDP enlarged notably in CHF group(P

From the perspective of portable monitoring devices,we use an analog front-end AFE4490 design a module of Non-invasive blood oxygen measurement, used to collect human pulse wave signal and peak (valley) value detection and then use the principles of non-invasive oximetry calculated oxygen saturation (SPO2). This design of noninvasive oximetry module has the characteristics of small size, low power consumption, and the results of test show that the measurement of oxygen saturation are correct.

Objective To investigate the influence of lentivirus mediated short hairpin RNA(shRNA)target to human papilloma virus(HPV)16 E6 on invasive ability of cervical cancer Caski cells.Methods Lentivirus was produced after shRNA target to human papilloma virus(HPV)16 E6 and to nonsense was cloned to lentivirus work vector.Infection ratio was assessed by assay of EGFP positive cells of Caski.Total mRNA of E6 was determined by RT-PCR after Caski cells were infected by lentivirus.The change of E6 protein expression was analyzed by Western blot.The invasive ability of Caski cells was assayed employing Transwell.Results The optimal MOI (Multiplicity of infection)of lentivirus to Caski was 2.5.Total mRNA and protein of E6 were decreased (by 70%and 63%)in interfering group compared with control group.The invasive ability of Caski cells also reduced after infected by lentivirus.Conclusion shRNA mediated by lentivirus can inhibit expression of HPV16 E6 and invasive ability of cervical cancer cells.

Background and purpose: Human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER-2) is the member of tyrosine kinase receptor family. Its differential expression plays the key role in choosing targeted drug for breast cancer. This study focused on screening the breast cancer cell clones of different HER-2 expression levels, and studying the bi-ological characteristics of these cells. Methods: Breast cancer SK-BR-3 cells were clonally purified, and the expression level of soluble HER-2 (sHER-2) from the culture supernatant was detected by the ECLIA on ADVIA Centaur CP System. Cell clones with high expression (>50.0 ng/mL), medium expression (15.8-50.0 ng/mL) and low expression (<15.8 ng/mL) of sHER-2 were identified, respectively. This study observed the morphological changes of cell strains with differential expression levels of sHER-2 by cell culture. Besides, biological characteristics were compared by a series of experiments in vitro, such as clone formation, scratch assay, and transwell detection. Results: Compared with normal breast cells, sHER-2 was overexpressed significantly in SK-BR-3 breast cancer cells. Furthermore, the abilities of clone formation, mobility and invasion of sHER-2 high expression cell strain [(51.3±3.4)%, (50.0±0.6)% and (53.5±4.2)%] were signifi-cantly higher than those of sHER-2 medium expression [(42.0±3.7)%, (19.5±3.4)% and (33.2±3.9)%] or sHER-2 low expression [(26.7±2.9)%, (13.6±1.0)% and (28.9±5.4)%], and the differences were all statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Breast cancer cell strain with high expression level of sHER-2 can enhance cell proliferation, promote cell motility and other biological effects, which may lay the foundation for clinical screening of targeted drug therapies for breast cancer.

Objective To investigate risk factors decreasing cannulation success rate of trainees receiving hands-on ERCP training and to improve thelevel of ERCP training.Methods Clinical data of 1 193 ERCP cases involved in training in Xijing Hospital of Digestive Disease from December 2012 to December 2014 were retrospectively analyzed.Multivariate logistic regression analysis was performed to investigate the risk factors influencing cannulation success rate of trainees.Results There were 1 165 and 28 patients undergoing common biliary duct (CBD) cannulation and pancreatic duct(PD) cannulation respectively.The success rate of CBD cannulation by trainees was 58.5％(681/1 165)and the overall success rate was 97.9％(1 140/1 165).PD cannulation success rate by trainees was 39.3％ (11/28) and the overall success rate was 89.3％ (25/28).The overall complication incidence was 8.0％ (96/1 193)and the incidence of post-ERCP pancreatitis was 4.4％(53/1 193).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the selective cannulation by trainees was more likely to fail in patients with malignant biliary stricture(OR =0.44,95％CI:0.28-0.67,P＜0.01),benign or undetermined biliary stricture(OR =0.32,95％ CI:0.17-0.60,P＜ 0.01),suspected sphincter of Oddi dysfunction(SOD) (OR =0.28,95％ CI:0.16-0.47,P＜ 0.01),coexisting hypertension (OR =0.65,95 ％ CI:0.44-0.96,P＜0.05),RDW ≥ 48 fL (OR =0.69,95％ CI:0.51-0.92,P＜ 0.05),PLT＜ 100 × 109/L (OR=1.68,95％CI:1.05-2.71,P＜0.05).Conclusion Biliary stricture,suspected sphincter of Oddi dysfunction,coexisting hypertension,abnormal RDW and PLT were independent risk factors influencing cannulation success rate by trainees during hands-on ERCP training.
