Objective To evaluate the clinical features and prognosis of patients with complete left bundle branch block(CLBBB)following transcatheter device closure of ventricular septal defect(VSD)closure. Methods Clinical feathers of 11 patients with postoperative CLBBB in Department of Pediatric Cardiology,Guangdong General Hospital from January 2011 to December 2013 were collected and reviewed retrospectively. They were treated with dif-ferent protocol based on the appeared time of CLBBB occurrence and clinical symptoms. The patients were followed up, and the prognosis was recorded. Results The median age of 11 patients was 3. 9 years(3. 4 to 17. 5 years old). The median interval of intervention therapy to first attack of CLBBB was 2. 8 months(1 day to 25. 4 months). CLBBB oc-curred within 1 week to 1 month postoperatively in 4 patients, another 1 case suffered from CLBBB between 1 week to 1 month postoperatively, meanwhile 6 cases underwent CLBBB after 6 months postoperatively. The longest term of CLBBB attack postoperatively was 25. 4 months in 1 patient. The electrocardiograms on 5 patients returned to normal by only drug treatment. However,3 patients failed to recover with drug therapy,2 of them undertaken surgical procedure to re-move the occluder associated with VSD repair,1 patient recovered to normal and another converted to incomplete right bundle branch block. One of them refused to undertake surgical procedure and still bothered with persistent CLBBB. Another 3 cases did not receive special treatment due to the later attack of CLBBB(≥6 months)without clinical symp-toms. By the end of observation, the electrocardiogram(ECG)in 4 patients returned to normal,4 patients presented with persistent CLBBB. One patient's ECGs were presented with right bundle branch block. After ECG successfully returning to normal ECG by drug therapy,2 patients relapsed during follow - up,and 1 of them developed to an enlarging left ven-tricle and heart failure which led to death. Conclusions CLBBB may occur in short or long - term after VSD closure. ECG may become normal after early and appropriate treatment postoperatively. Systolic dyssynchrony and cardiac dys-function may be caused by persistent CLBBB. Therefore, patients with CLBBB after VSD closure should be treated ap-propriately without delay, and more frequent and longer follow - ups are required.

Tianjin Medical Journal 2013;(9):904-905
Objective To discuss the impacts of different doses of alcohol on the level of microparticles (EMPs) of rat endothelial cells. Methods Sixty male SD rats were randomly allocated into four groups:high dose group (group A), me-dium dose group (group B), low dose group (group C) and the blank contrast group (group D). There were15 rats in each group. Rats were fed alcohol for 8 weeks. Flow cytometer was used to measure the level of circulating CD31+/CD42-EMPs in four groups, and which was compared with the alcohol dosage. Results Compared with group D, the level of circulating EMPs was significantly increased in group A and B (P<0.05). There was no significant change in the level of circulating EMPs in group C (P>0.05). Conclusion The moderate and high doses of alcohol are harmful to the function of vascular en-dothelial cells in rats, which show a significant dose-effect relationship. The low dose of alcohol shows no effect on the func-tion of vascular endothelial cells in rats. The protective effect of alcohol needs further investigation.

Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 2003;0(12):-
Acid-sensing ion channels( ASICs )are ubiquitously expressed both in periphery nervous system, where they are involved in nociception, mechanosensation, inflammation ,cardiac angina, and in central nervous system, where they are essential to a variety of physiologic and pathophysiologic processes, such as synaptic plasticity ,learning ,memory and ischemic brain injury. Here in the article, we present a collection of key points about ASICs, ranging from molecular identity and expression, regulatory mechanisms responsible for channel gating to their multiple functions. Finally, a future prospect for the investigation of ASICs is outlined.

Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 1994;0(12):-
Free lysine in a preparation of queen bee's embryo was isolated using cation exchange resin- The Q-aminoand carboxyl group of lysine was complexed with cupric ion and the E-amino group reacted with FDNB(Fluoro-dinitrobenzene). After acid treatment and extraction with ether, the absorbance of the solution at 395nm was determined by spectrophotometry. Variation coefficient of the determination was less than 6% and the recovery of lysine was 95 % ~ 110 %.
6.The research actualities of drug eluting-stents and the developing trend.
Chinese Journal of Medical Instrumentation 2005;29(6):446-448
The development of drug eluting-stents has been a breakthrough for the prevention of PCI postoperative restenosis, and the correlative researches have not yet stopped and are still the focus of the world. We review, in this article, the history of drug eluting-stents researches, analyze the research actualities and the problems existing, and forecast the developing trend in the future.

BACKGROUND:Clinical resection of thoracolumbar spinal tumor has a great impact on the spinal stability. Positive internal fixation is required clinicaly in order to maintain the spinal stability. The use of titanium mesh implantation can provide a firm internal fixation folowing resection of tumors. OBJECTIVE:To explore the spinal stability undergoing titanium mesh implantation with internal fixation folowing thoracolumbar tumor resection. METHODS:Twenty-four patients with thoracolumbar tumor admitted at the Central Hospital of Suining City from September 2013 to September 2014 were randomly selected and given tumor resection folowed by titanium mesh implantation with internal fixation. After treatment, patients were folowed up for 1-12 months to observe and analyze the neural functional recovery and spinal stability of the patients. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Al the 24 patients successfuly completed the operation treatment, and there was no case of death at the end of folow-up. During the folow-up, patient's clinical symptoms and neural function were significantly relieved, and Frankel classification was significantly improved after treatment. Regular X-ray examination showed that there was no change in the position of titanium mesh and anterior internal fixation system. There was also no titanium mesh colapse, internal fixation fracture and loosening, and the spinal stability was stil excelent. These findings indicate that patients were not changed, and did not appear because the amount of loose, good spinal stability. Resection of thoracolumbar tumors showed that the thoracolumbar spinal reconstruction with titanium mesh implantation combined with internal fixation folowing tumor resection can obtain good clinical effect and excelent biocompatiblity.

Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2016;20(6):765-770
BACKGROUND:Dihydroartmisinin can promote apoptosis of glioma cels GL261, but its effect on glioma stem cels is stil unknown. OBJECTIVE:To investigate the preliminary mechanism that dihydroartemisinin inhibits migration and invasion of glioma stem cels. METHODS: Glioma stem cels were isolated from mouse malignant glioma cel lines GL261. Immunofluorescence analysis was conducted to identify the characteristics of glioma stem cels. Migration and invasion abilities of glioma stem cels were analyzed by Transwel assay. The mRNA expressions of Tol-like receptor 2, matrix metaloproteinase-2 and matrix metaloproteinase-9 were examined by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:The characteristics of glioma stem cels were identified by CD133 and Nestin staining. The migration and invasion of glioma stem cels were attenuated by dihydroartemisinin dose-dependently. Moreover, the mRNA expression of Tol-like receptor 2, matrix metaloproteinase-2 and matrix metaloproteinase-9 was also decreased by dihydroartemisinin in a dose dependent manner. These results suggest that dihydroartemisinin inhibits the migration and invasion of glioma stem cels probably through attenuation of Tol-like receptor signaling pathway.
