China Pharmacy 2005;0(17):-
OBJECTIVE:To establish an HPLC-CSP (chiral stationary phase) for the determination of plasma levels of enantiomers of fluoxetine. METHODS: Enantiomers of fluoxetine were separated on a Chirobiotic V column. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-acetic acid-triethylamine (100∶0.04∶0.04) with a flow rate of 1 mL?min-1. The detection wavelength was set at 226 nm.Clozapine was used as the internal standard. RESULTS: Under this chromatographic condition, both R-norfluoxetine and S-norfluoxetine had no interference on the enantiomers of fluoxetine and the internal standard. The calibration curve was linear in the range of 8.1~432 ng?mL-1(r=0.999 8) for R-enantiomer and in the range of 10.8~432 ng?mL-1 (r=0.999 2) for S-enantiomer. The relative recovery of R-fluoxetine and S-fluoxetine in plasma were 97.2%~101.9% and 98.7%~102.2%, respectively. RSD of intraday and interday ranged from 2.6% to 5.3% and from 7.7% to 8.9% for R-fluoxetine, and from 2.1% to 6.7% and from 8.0% to 10.6% for S-fuoxetine, respectively. CONCLUSION: The method is simple, reliable and sensitive, and applicable for the determination and pharmacokinetic study of the enantiomers of fluoxetine in plasma.

International Eye Science 2016;16(6):1132-1134
? AIM: To investigate the differences between synoptophore and triple prism strabismometry and its possible cause.?METHODS: There were 347 patients with horizontal concomitant strabismus involved, in which 76 patients were esotropia, 37 patients were male while 39 were female, with average age of 13. 27 ± 7. 77 years old. There were 271 patients with exotropia, 131 cases were male while 140 were female, with average age of 15. 43 ± 8. 42 years old. All the patients were examined by synoptophore and prism plus shaded strabismometry in a long distance of 6m. Datas were analyzed by SPSS 17. 0.?RESULTS:In the exotropia patients, the conversions of circular degree(°) and prism degree(△) were:1°=0. 29△ ~1. 78△, which was statistically significant with intermittent strabismus (P=0. 001). While in the esotropia patients, the conversions were:1°=2. 01△ ~2. 15△.?CONCLUSION: The diversity between the two methods is enlarged with the increase of squint angle for exotropia patients. While in esotropia patients, the diversity decreased with the increase of squint angle. Synoptophore equipped with +7. 00D, defects of the triple prism itself and proximal convergence during exam may be the reasons for the diversity.

Chinese Journal of Clinical Oncology 2016;43(19):860-864
Objective:To investigate the expression of C-X-C chemokine ligand-14 (CXCL14) and epidermal growth factor receptor (EG-FR) in human gastric cancer and to analyze the relationship of CXCL14 with clinicopathological features. Methods:The expression of CXCL14 and EGFR was detected by Immunohistochemical SP method in 121 cases of gastric cancer tissue, 62 cases of the adjacent non-tumor gastric mucosa, and 60 cases of allogeneic non-tumor gastric mucosa. Results:The positive rates of CXCL14 and EGFR expres-sion were 80.17%and 48.76%in gastric cancer, respectively, and both were significantly higher in the adjacent non-tumor gastric mu-cosa and allogeneic non-tumor gastric mucosa. The differences were significant (P<0.01). Overexpression of CXCL14 was closely corre-lated with the depth of cancer invasion, differentiation, and clinical stage, and the differences were significant (P<0.05). Overexpres-sion of EGFR was correlated with cancer differentiation, lymph node metastasis, and clinical stage. The differences were significant (P<0.05). Based on the Spearman correlation analysis, the expression of CXCL14 and EGFR in gastric cancer was positively correlated (rs=0.195, P<0.05). Conclusion:Abnormal CXCL14 expression in gastric cancer may be associated with the occurrence and development of gastric cancer. CXCL14 expression is positively correlated with EGFR expression, suggesting that the two have a synergistic effect in gas-tric cancer development.
