Environmental physiological method adopted, the ergonomic experiment is to seek the best parameter of the protective hood structural size, on which the structure design of the protective hood will be based, through the analysis of the organic relationship between the microenvironment of power air-purifying medical protective hood and the body's physiological characteristics. The changes of such indexes due to different air currents are analyzed as the oxygen, carbon dioxide, temperature and humidity in the microenvironment. The changes of testees' physiological parameters and their responses to psychological loads and body strengths are paid attention to. The results show the hood can meet the testees' demands with proper air current.

Objective Using zebrafish to analyze the effect of water temperature on the recovery of spinal cord in-jury. To detect the cell proliferation and changes of gene expression at the injury site during the process of recovery. Meth-ods Surgical operation was performed to induce spinal cord injury ( SCI) on adult fish. Water at a series of temperature was applied to culture the fish. Swimming ability was adopted to observe the recovery of spinal cord injury following surger?y. Vibration sections and immunohistochemistry were performed to observe the cell number post SCI at different stages. The changes of gdnf and nos gene expression were determined by real?time PCR. Results The water temperature changes from 28℃ to 32℃ did not affect the swimming ability of non?injured and sham?injured fish ( P>0. 05 ) . The swimming ability recovered mostly in 8 weeks post spinal cord injury. At 32℃, the swimming ability recovered faster than at 28℃ or at 30℃(P<0. 05). The cell proliferation increased obviously following spinal cord injury (P<0. 05). The proliferation of cells surrounding the spinal cord in jury was more extensive in SCI fishes incubated in 32℃ water than in 28℃ or 30℃ water ( P<0. 05). Real?time PCR assay showed that gdnf was up?regulated in all groups post SCI at 24 h, and 7 and 14 days (P<0. 05). The nos expression was up?regulated in all groups following SCI in 24 h (P<0. 05) and 7 days. There was no sig?nificant difference between the SCI group and sham?injury group (P<0. 05), while after 14 days, the expression of nos was reduced in the SCI group compared with the sham?injury group (P<0. 05). Conclusions A slight increase of incu?bating water temperature can accelerate the recovery of spinal cord injury in zebrafish.

Objective To observe the effects of sevoflurane pretreatment on lung metastasis of mouse Lewis lung cancer (LLC)cells. Methods Mouse LLC cells were inoculated in culture plate. After being cultured for 24 h the cells were randomly divided into four groups:group control (CC), group 1% sevoflurane (SC1),group 2% sevoflurane (SC2),and group 3% sevoflurane (SC3).Cells of group SC1-3 were exposed to 1%,2%,3% sevoflurane for 4 h respectively, cells of group CC were exposed to 95%O 2-5%CO 2 mixture air,and were then cultured for another 24 h.The invasive activity of cells was determined by Transwell assay. The migration of cells was evaluated by wound scratch assay. The expression of MMP-2 and MMP-9 in cells were detected by ELISA.Thirty-two C57BL/6 mice were divided into four groups (n = 8):group control (CM),group 1% sevoflurane (SM1),group 2% sevoflurane (SM2),and group 3% sevoflurane (SM3).LLC cells of group SC1-3 were injected into caudal vein of mouse in group SM1-3 respectively.Cells of group CC were injected into mouse of group CM.Lung metastasis inhibitory rates were evaluated after 3 weeks. Results Compared with group CC,the invasive activity and migration of cells in group SC1-3 were decreased significantly, group SC1 >group SC2 >group SC3 (P <0.05 );the protein expression of MMP-2 and MMP-9 was significantly down-regulated with sevoflurane concentration increased, group SC1 >group SC2>group SC3 (P <0.05).Compared with group CM,lung metastasis inhibitory rates of group SM1-3 were increased significantly, group SM1 < group SM2 < group SM3 (P < 0.05 ). Conclusion Sevoflurane can inhibit the lung metastasis of mouse LLC cells, which maybe through down-regulating the expression of MMP-2 and MMP-9 in mouse LLC cells.

Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2015;32(4):892-899
In this paper, we propose an image-based key frame gating method to reduce motion artifacts in intravascular ultrasound (IVUS) longitudinal cuts. The artifacts are mainly caused by the periodic relative displacement between blood vessels and the IVUS catheter due to cardiac motion. The method is achieved in four steps as following. Firstly, we convert IVUS image sequences to polar coordinates to cut down the amount of calculation. Secondly, we extracted a one-dimensional signal cluster reflecting cardiac motion by spectral analysis and filtering techniques. Thirdly, we designed a Butterworth band-pass filter for filtering the one-dimensional signal clusters. Fourthly, we retrieved the extremes of the filtered signal clusters to seek key frames to compose key-frames gated sequences. Experimental results showed that our algorithm was fast and the average frame processing time was 17ms. Observing the longitudinal viewpictures, we found that comparing to the original ones, the gated sequences had similar trend, less saw tooth shape, and good continuity. We selected 12 groups of clinical IVUS sequences [images (876 +/- 65 frames), coronary segments length (14.61 +/- 1.08 mm)] to calculate vessel volume, lumen volume, mean plaque burden of the original and gated sequences. Statistical results showed that, on one hand, both vessel volume and lumen volume measured of the gated sequences were significantly smaller than those of the original ones, and there was no significant difference on mean plaque burden between original and gated sequences, which met the need of the clinical diagnosis and treatment. On the other hand, variances of vessel area and lumen area of the gated sequences were significantly smaller than those of the original sequences, indicating that the gated sequences would be more stable than the original ones.
