Objective:To study the relationship between emotional intelligence and coping efficacy of college students.Methods:220 college students in Guangdong province were selected as a sample to complete Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire and Coping Efficacy Scale.Results:①In the Emotional intelligence scores,the lower-grade students were higher than the higher-grade;cadre students were higher than the non-cadre students.②In the Coping efficacy scores,cadre students were higher than the non-cadre students'.③Emotional intelligence was positively correlated with coping efficacy,and competence perception;self-confidence degree and cognition level were mainly contributed to emotional intelligence.Conclusion:Emotional intelligence is positively correlated with coping efficacy.

Objective To investigate the characteristics of lymph nodes metastasis in papillary thyroid carcinoma (PTC) and to discuss surgical approach.Methods All patients underwent total thyroidectomy,central lymph nodes and lateral lymph nodes dissection in Department of Thyroid Surgery,the First Hospital of the Jilin University,from Dec.2011 to Dec.2012.Results With the increase of the number of positive central lymph nodes,lateral cervical lymph node metastasis rate increased as well and accompanied multi region metastasis trend.In 102 cases of lateral positive cervical lymph node patients,55 cases were in level Ⅱ,accounting for 53.92％,62 cases were in level Ⅲ,accounting for 60.78％,76 cases were in level Ⅳ,accounting for 74.51％,and 17 cases were in level V,accounting for 16.67％.In lateral lymph nodes metastasis,we found level Ⅳ was the most vulnerable area,followed by level Ⅲ,level Ⅱ and level Ⅴ.Conclusions Prophylactic central lymph node dissection should be performed in PTC patients.Patients with central lymph node metastasis especially with the number of positive lymph nodes ＞ 3 should be performed ipsilateral level Ⅱ-Ⅴ lymph node dissection.

Objective To investigate the effects of breviscapine injection on intestinal mucosal barrier damage induced by intestine ischemia-reperfusion (IIR). Methods 44 old SD rats were randomly divided into four groups:sham,intestine ischemia-reperfusion(IIR),EB+IIR,LN+IIR. Breviscapine injection 20 mg/(kg·d) was given intraperitoneally in EB+IIR group. L-NAME(100 mg/kg)was given intravenously 30 min before surgery in LN+IIR group. Rats were subjected to superior mesenteric artery occlusion consisting of 45 min of ischemia and 4 h of reperfusion;sham laparotomy served as controls. Intestine pathology was assayed by H&E staining. Concen-trations of SIgA,iNOS,eNOS and NO in intestinal mucosa,also endotoxine in plasma,were determined by ELI-SA. Results IIR induced serious intestinal mechanical and immune barrier damage ,evidenced as poor intestine pathology,depression of intestinal SIgA and eNOS levels,elevation of intestinal iNOS/NO levels. However,brevis-capine injection pretreatment could promote eNOS/NO production ,down-regulated iNOS expression ,leading to ele-vating SIgA concentration in intestine ,attenuate endotoxemia induced by IIR. The protection was canceled when application of L-NAME. Conclusion Breviscapine pretreatment attenuates ischemia-reperfusion-induced intestinal mucosal barrier damage via promoting eNOS/NO production.

Objective There is a huge demand for rehabilitative services in Chongqing whereas detailed information regarding local clinical services and rehabilitative professionals are unknown. Therefore, a cross-sectional survey was conducted to generate a profile of current rehabilitative status in Chongqing for reference of relevant local parties and peers in other provinces of China to create a larger picture of rehabil-itation in China. Methods The survey began in early January of 2015 and ended on October 20th of 2015. With two categories of information, including background of rehabilitation professionals and rehabilitative clinical services, the self-made questionnaire was sent via email to rehabilitation therapists working in local clinical settings which fulfilled the inclusion criteria. The reminder was sent once a month to those who did not yet replied. The software SPSS 20.0 was used to analyze the data descriptively. Results 7 out of 13 in-volved clinical settings responded with an overall response rate of 53.8%. 98 out of 122 copies were adopted based on filling requirement. The result revealed 68.4%(n=67) of the participants were junior practitioners, 57.1%(n=56) of them had less than 5 years experience and 45.9%(n=45) were holding a diploma with little research experience. As for clinical services, assessment of ROM (94.9%, n=93) and manual muscle testing (94.9%, n=93) were mostly used. The physical therapy service was more prevalent than occupational therapy services. The clinical field mostly involved was adult rehabilitation (77.6%, n=76). Bedside training in the acute phase (81.6%, n=80) and one-to-one treatment (92.9%, n=91) was the most commonly seen mode of service in the departments. Conclusion The local rehabilitative professionals were featured by their young age with comparatively low educational level, qualification and weak research skills. The clinical services they provided were yet quite basic and simple. Thus, a set of policies regarding education and profession in rehabilitation therapy should be facilitated instantly and it also calls for the establishment of local academic society for rehabilitation therapists, thus promoting an all-round development of rehabilitative profession.

To explore the clinic characters,treatments and prognosis of patients with primary bone lym-phoma( PLB ) .The clinical symptoms, signs, X -ray features, pathological morphology, immunophenotype and treatment of 7 patients with PLB were analyzed retrospectively and the pertinent literatures were reviewed.The re-sults showed that the main complains of 7 cases of PBL were local pain.The CT showed osteolytic bone destruc-tion and soft tissue swelling.There were 3 cases of diffuse large B cell lymphoma,1 case of Burkitt-type lympho-ma,1 case of periferal T-cell lymphoma,1 case of anaplastic large cell lymphoma,and 1 case of Hodgkins lym-phoma.2 patients presented with stageⅠ,4 with stageⅡ,and 1 with stage 3.The therapeutic procedure includes local radiotherapy combined with chemotherapy and targeted therapy.The clinical presentation of PLB is not spe-cial.The diagnosis and identification of histological type of PLB should be established by histopathological and im-munohistochemistry examinations.Early diagnosis and active therapy could improve the prognosis of PLB.Combi-nation therapy including radiotherapy and chemotherapy is the optimal treatment for PLB.

[Objective] To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Buxin Huoluo Capsule (BHC) for coronary heart disease (CHD) and to explore its anti-lipid-peroxidation mechanism. [Methods] One hundred and seventy-five cases of CHD were treated with BHC and 121 cases with isosorbide dinitrate (ID) . Effects of BHC on angina pectoris, electrocardiograph, superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity and lipid peroxides (LPO) level were observed. [Results] In BHC group, the total effective rate in relieving angina pectoris was 88.0 % and that in improving electrocardiogram was 80.0 % , the difference being not significant as compared with ID group. As for the reduction of frequency of angina pectoris and the decrease of dosage of nitroglycerin, BHC were superior to ID. Different antiepileptic drugs (AEDs) may cause similar adverse effects, one of which is diplopia. However, the AEDs causing diplopia and the dose-response effect of each drug remains uncertain. In this study, we compared several second-generation AEDs to find out whether they would contribute to the risk of diplopia and their effect-causing dose. A meta-analysis was performed on 19 studies in agreement with our inclusion criteria. The results showed that eight commonly used second-generation AEDs (gabapentin, levetiracetam, oxcarbazepine, lamotrigine, pregabalin, topiramate, vigabatrin and zonisamide) could cause diplopia. The reported odds ratios (ORs) ranged from 1.406 to 7.996. Ranking risks from the highest to the lowest ORs of the eight AEDs of any dose resulted in the following order: use of oxcarbazepine (7.996), levetiracetam (7.472), lamotrigine (5.258), vigabatrin (3.562), pregabalin (3.048), topiramate (2.660), gabapentin (1.966), zonisamide (1.406). Taking into account the ORs above, we can conclude that second-generation AEDs of any dose may cause diplopia. However, the levetiracetam-caused diplopia needs to be further studied according to the data (OR, 7.472; 95% confidence interval, 0.375-148.772). These findings ask for better concerns about patients' quality of life when giving antiepileptic treatments.

Objective To analyze the correlation between miR-31 and ESCC in expression of miR-31 in the plasma of ESCC in Xinjiang Kazak and Han nationality patients. Methods The plasma samples were collected respectively from patients with ESCC in 20 cases and healthy subjects in 20 cases. The relatively expression of miR-31 was detected by real-time Q-PCR. Results The expression of miR-31 with ESCC were higher than those of the normal control group, which related to the degree of tumor differentiation in Kazak ESCC patients (P < 0.01); the levels of miR-31 relative expression in Kazak were higher than that of Han (P = 0.008, P = 0.027). Conclusion miR-31 may be involved in the occurrence of ESCC in Han and Kazak nationality. miR-31 might be another risk factor in high incidence of ESCC in Kazak than Han nationality.
