Objective To investigate the effect of cyanidin-3-glucoside extracted from Chinese bayberry on the proliferation. migration and invasion ability of the gastric cancer cell lines MGC803 and SGC7901 in vitro, and explore the possible mechanism of the preventive effects of C3G on tumor metastasis.Methods After treatment by C3G, the growth inhibiting of C3G on MGC803 and SGC7901 was determined by MTF assay, cell migration and invasion ability was evaluated with transwell chamber. Expression of Matrix metalloproteinase 2( MMP-2 )mRNA and protion on cells were analyzed by RT-PCR and Western blot.Results C3G significantly inhibited the proliferation of MGC803 and SGC7901 cells in a concentration and time-dependent manner as measured by MTT method ( P ＜0. 01 ), and the IC50 were: MGC803:24 h IC50 =6. 27 μg/ml;SGC7901:24 h IC50 = 5.42 μg/ml. After the cells were treated with C3G, the migration and invasion ability of MGC803 and SGC7901 cells decreased significantly ( P ＜ 0. 01 ) the number of invasive cells in 24 hours of the negative control MGC803, SGC7901 group was ( 207 ± 9 ) and ( 115 ± 9 ),respectively, while in C3G 10 μg/ml group the number of invasive cells decreased to( 24 ± 5 ) , ( 14 ± 6). In addition, the expression of MMP-2 mRNA and protion decreased abviously ( P ＜ 0. 01 ), all that was in a concentration-dependent manner. Conclusions In vitro, C3G has a concentration- and time-dependent growth inhibiting effect on MGC803 and SGC7901 cells, and may prevent metastasis by affecting migration and invasion ability of tumor cells. This action may be mediated by down-regulation of MMP-2mRNA and protein.

Object To assess the genetic diversity among ten natural populations in Ophiopogon japonicus (L f ) Ker Gawl and O. bodinieri Levl (Liliaceae) in Sichuan Province Methods Forty random decamer primers were screened for Random Amplified Polymophic DNA (RAPD) fragments Results Based on cluster analysis of 515 DNA bands amplified by 11 primers, a DNA molecular dendrogram was established, and the relationship of the populations and seeds between O japonicus and O bodinieri was set up Conclusion 1 Distinct genetic differences and extensive genetic diversity are presented among the samples The genetic differences are related to morphological differences, but not to geographic regions; 2 Quite genetic differences are presented between O japonicus and O bodinieri, it suggests that they have farther relationships

Objective To explore the antitumor mechanism of xianhe yanling recipe( XHYLR ). Methods The mechanism of action of 241 compounds contained in the Chinese medicine, XHYLR was studied by using computational pharmacological. Methods including molecular docking,biotechnology network,chemical space technology and the prediction of absorption,distribution,metabolism,excretion and toxicity( ADME/T). Results Most of the compounds in XHYLR had good drug-like properties. Distribution of 241 compounds in chemical space also revealed that these compounds showed similar anti-tumor activity. It suggested that the prescription of XHYLR was reasonable. The phenomena that one molecular interacted with multiple target proteins and several molecules interact with one target protein were observed in XHYLR. For example,the COX-2 interacted with 40 micromolecules,and catechin interacted with five targets including COX-2. Conclusion These results are helpful for understanding the complicated mechanism of anti-tumor activity of XHYLR.

OBJECTIVE:To establish the quality standard for Compound huaihua granules.METHODS:Sophora japonica,salvia miltiorrhiza,and Lonicera joponica in the formulation were identified qualitatively by TLC,and the content of rutin in Sophora japonica was determined by UV spectrophotometry.RESULTS: The TLC spots were clear and well-separated.The linear range of rutin was 2.904～14.52 ?g?mL-1(r=0.997 7) and its average recovery was 98.43%(RSD=0.55%,n=6).CONCLUSION: The established standard is suitable for the quality control of Compound huaihua granules.

Objective To investigate and confirm the value of minimal invasion of separation between specific subcutancous layers of rats.Methods Thirty-two male SD rats were randomized into four groups,group 1:normal incision plus separation beneath superficial fascia; group 2:normal incision plus subdermal separation; group 3:normal incision plus extended separation beneath superficial fascia ; group 4:extended incision plus separation beneath superficial fascia.Blood sampling was taken preopeatively,2 h,12 h,24 h and 48 h postoperatively.The increase of serum IL-6 and neutrophil elastase levels were compared between different groups.Results Compared with each other,the increase of serum IL-6 and NE levels in group 1 vs 3 and group 2 vs 4 was not different significantly (P value was 0.074,0.096 and 0.747,0.897,respectively).However,the increase of serum levels in group 1 vs 2,1 vs 4,3 vs 2 and 3 vs 4 was different significantly (P ＜ 0.01).Conclusion Operation of separating beneath superficial fascia plus small skin incision in rats conduces to relatively minimal invasion.

BACKGROUND:Periarticular multimodal drug cocktail injection for pain management after total knee arthroplasty (TKA) has been reported,but there are few studies concerning its effect on the range of motion and volume of drainage postoperative,and difference to nerve block.OBJECTIVE:To compare the analgesic effect of periarticular multimodal drug injection and nerve block in TKA.METHODS:Fifty-eight patients undergoing primary unilateral TKA in the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University from 1 June 2016 to 31 October 2016 were randomly assigned to experimental and control groups (n=29 per group),followed by received a periarticular intraoperative injection of a 100 mL mixture containing ropivacaine,epinephrine,morphine,and normal saline,and preoperative combined femoral and sciatic nerve block,respectively.Subsequently,the Visual Analogue Scale scores,and range of motion,volume of drainage,hospitalization time,number of the patients given remedial analgesia and complications were compared between two groups.RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:(1) The Visual Analogue Scale scores at rest in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group at 3 days after surgery (P ＜ 0.05).(2) The Visual Analogue Scale scores on movement in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group at 1,2 and 3 days after surgery (P ＜ 0.05).(3) There were no significant differences in the range of motion,volume of drainage,hospitalization time and number of the patients give remedial analgesia between two groups postoperatively (P ＞ 0.05).(4) None appeared with obvious nausea,vomiting and other complications in the two groups.(5) These results indicate that the analgesic effect of periarticular multimodal drug injection is superior to nerve block,and the former is easy to operate,economical and practical.
