1.Research progress of kinetochore protein CENP-F in malignant tumor
Journal of International Oncology 2014;(7):500-502
CENP-Fisacell-cycledependentkinetochoreprotein,whoseexpressionandlocalization patterns are regulated in a cell cycle-dependent manner.CENP-F plays an important role in the development and progress of malignant tumor. The expression of CENP-F is up-regulated in many tumors. It serves as an important marker in cell proliferation.Studies have demonstrated that CENP-F is involved in tumor genesis, progress, invasiveness, relapse and prognosis.CENP-F might be a valuable prognostic marker and potential therapy target in cancer treatment.
2.Progress in treatment of clinical stage N2 non-small cell lung cancer
Journal of International Oncology 2010;37(6):454-457
Although the optimal treatment protocol for clinical N2-stage non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) is still uncertain, the recommended standard treatment protocol goes to radical concurrent chemora diotherapy. Concurrent chemoradiotherapy after induction chemotherapy is not superior to standard concurrent chemoradiotherapy. Neoadjuvant concurrent chemoradiotherapy followed by pulmonary lobectomy can improve overall survival ratio comparaed with preoperative neoadjuvant concurrent chemoradiotherapy. The role of concurrent chemoradiotherapy followed by consooldation chemotherapy is still controversial. Gefitinib or erlotinib failed to bring about the survival benefit from the maintenance treatment after concurrent chemoradiotherapy. Prophylactic cranial irradiation play a role merely in decreasing the risk of brain metastases, but not in the improvement of overall survival.
4.Study on Polysaccharide Content and Antitumor Activity in Different Parts of Asparagus
China Pharmacist 2015;(11):1870-1872,1873
Objective:To study the content of polysaccharide and its antitumor activity in the edible part and the disused part of asparagus. Methods:A orthogonal design of 4 factors and 3 levels was applied to optimize the solvent concentration, solid-liquid ratio, extraction duration and temperature that influencing the extraction efficiency. The difference in the polysaccharides content between the two parts was compared, and the difference in the antitumor activity against MCF-7 cells was observed with SPSS software. Results:The optimum extraction technology was used. The difference in the polysaccharide content between the edible part and disused part of asparagus was significant (P<0. 05). The antitumor activity of the two refined polysaccharides against MCF-7 cells was without nota-ble difference (P>0. 05). Conclusion:There is significant difference in the content of polysaccharide in the edible part and the dis-used part of asparagus, however, there is no significant difference in the antitumor activity in the two parts of asparagus.

Chinese Journal of Dermatology 2016;49(4):296-299
In recent years, great progress has been made in the pathogenesis of psoriasis, which has provided multiple new targets for the treatment of psoriasis, and ushered the treatment, especially topical treatment, of psoriasis to a new era. Some new targeted topical drugs with action mechanisms different from those of traditional drugs have been applied in clinical practice, which are mainly small -molecule inhibitors targeting cell signaling pathways or enzymes involved in the pathogenesis of psoriasis, such as the Janus kinase/signal transducer and activator of transcription(JAK/STAT) pathway, phosphodiesterase type 4 (PDE4), mitogen-activated/extracellular-signal-regulated kinase kinase (MEK), vascular endothelial growth factor receptor (VEGFR), tropomyosin receptor kinase A (TrKA), retinoic acid receptor-related orphan receptor γ (RORγ), and so on. At present, many phaseⅠ and Ⅱ clinical trials are conducted for these drugs. Some completed trials have shown that they have good effectiveness, safety and tolerance, providing more options for the topical treatment of psoriasis.
6.Non-viral vector-mediated high efficiency expression of manganese superoxide dismutase gene in mouse liver
Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 2000;0(11):-
AIM: To investigate the transfection efficiency of mouse liver with non-viral vector containing manganese superoxide dismutase (Mn-SOD) gene. METHODS: The eukaryotic expression vector, gWiz/Mn-SOD, encoding human manganese superoxide dismutase was constructed. The plasmids of gWiz/Mn-SOD were mixed with cationic lipids, followed by injection into mice via branch of superior mesenteric vein, to induce Mn-SOD over-expression in murine liver detected by RT-PCR, Western blotting, SOD activity and immunohistochemical staining. RESULTS: gWiz/Mn-SOD transfection resulted in the obvious expression of exogenous Mn-SOD mRNA and protein in hepatic tissues at 8 hours after injection, and elevated mitochondria SOD activity 8.4 times in transfected hepatocytes than that in non-transfected cells at 72 hours after injection. It was showed that nearly 70% of mouse hepatocytes was obviously Mn-SOD positive after transfection. CONCLUSION: High expression efficiency of Mn-SOD gene in mouse liver is achieved safely by injection of gWiz/Mn-SOD and cationic lipid mixture into branch of superior mesenteric vein. [
7.Caspase and liver diseases
Basic & Clinical Medicine 2006;0(05):-
In recent years, the study about the mechanisms of cell apoptosis has been increasingly concerned. Many liver diseases are correlated with caspase family, such as hepatic ischemia/reperfusion injury、inflammation and cancer, etc. In the article,we reviewed the importance of caspase family and the new research on the mechanisms of hepatic cell apoptosis in liver diseases.Meanwhile,we summarized the evidence concerned with apoptosis, and discussed the knowledge of therapeutic strategies.
8.Simultaneous Determination of Paeoniflorin, Tetrahydropalmatine and Osthole in Gujinwan Capsules by HPLC
China Pharmacist 2017;20(9):1694-1696
Objective:To develop an HPLC method for the content determination of paeoniflorin, tetrahydropalmatine and osthole in Gujinwan capsules. Methods:The determination was performed on an Eclipse XDB-C18 column (250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm) with the mobile phase consisting of 0. 1% phosphoric acid (adjusting pH to 6. 6 with triethylamine)-acetonitrile with gradient elution. The flow rate was 1. 0 ml·min-1 . The column temperature was 30 ℃. The detection wavelengths were set at 230 nm and 280 nm. Re-sults:The calibration curves were found to be linear within the range of 9. 56-33. 65 μg· ml-1 for paeoniflorin(r=0. 9998), 3. 65-12. 86 μg· ml-1for tetrahydropalmatine(r=0. 9999) and 5. 81-20. 45 μg· ml-1for osthole(r=1. 0000). The average recovery of paeoniflorin, tetrahydropalmatine and osthole was 98. 8%(RSD=1. 1%), 98. 4%(RSD=0. 8%) and 99. 1%(RSD=1. 4%)(n=6),respectively. Conclusion:The method is simple, accurate and reproducible, which can be used for the quality control of Gujinwan capsules.

Chinese Journal of Nosocomiology 2004;0(10):-
OBJECTIVE To study the nursing strategies for the complications of peripherally inserted central venous catheter(PICC) used in patients with leukemia chemotherapy.METHODS Seventy-one patients with PICC for anti-leukemic chemotherapy were observed. The indwelling time of catheter varied from 1 month to 8 months.RESULTS Ten patients developed PICC related complications,3 phlebitis,3 infections,3 occlusions and 1 was with bleeding.CONCLUSIONS With the characteristics of easy operation, high safety and long time indwelling,PICC has been widely used in the chemotherapy of leukemia patients. To improve safety, the nusing strategies should on strictly sterile operation, application of correct veins and catheters, careful observation and nursing.
