Objective To identify the clinical features and risk factors of rheumatoid arthritis-associated interstitial lung disease (RA-ILD).Methods The clinical and laboratory data of 595 patients with RA hospitalized in Chaoyang Hospital.550 cases of patients were performed pulmonary high-resolution CT examination.Risk factors were analyzed with logystic regression analysis. Results ① There were 237 (39.8%)patients with RA-ILD.13.5% of RA-ILD occurred before the dia-gnosis of RA,69.7% of RA-ILD occurred within ten years after the diagnosis of RA,16.8% of RA-ILD occurred more than ten years after the diagnosis of RA.② The most common manifestations of HRCT were reticular opacity (57.8%),pleural thickening (57%),ground-glass opacity (53.2%),followed by septal thicke-ning,nodules,bullae,cellular-like changes and bronchiectasis.③ Pleural disease, bronchiectasis, pulmonary hypertension in RA patients were associated with RA-ILD.④ Compared with the RA-N-ILD patients,RA-ILD patients had a higher proportion of male patients, higher rate of smoking, older mean age at onset, shorter duration, more swollen joints higher levels of lactate dehydrogenase, globulin, erythrocyte sedimentation,C-reactive protein and rheumatoid factor, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The forced vital capacity, forced expiratory volume in one second, carbon monoxide diffusion rate was lower, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that age, smoking, elevated lactate dehydrogenase,RF-positive rate were relevant factors of RA-ILD.Conclusion ILD is common in RA,and most of it occurrs within ten years after the diagnosis of RA,and often coexists with other lung disease.Age,smoking, elevated lactate dehydrogenase,RF-positive rate

The paper constructs the evaluation index system for novelty retrieval organizations according to the demand of quality evaluation in these organizations .This index system and its weight coefficients were determined using Delphi and Analytical Hierarchy Process ( AHP) methods. The whole evaluation index system based on novelty retrieval regulations , comprises of four first-level indicators and fourteen second-level indicators .The index system facilitates the construction of novelty retrieval organizations and the improvement of novelty retrieval quality .It also provides reference for setting evalua-tion standards of military medical novelty retrieval organizations .

Objective To evaluate the endothelial function in diabetic patients by high resolution sonography. Methods The intima-media thicknesses (IMT) of the bilateral carotid artery, femoral artery and the iliac artery of 22 elderly patients and 142 non-elderly patients with diabetes mellitus (DM) and 20 elderly and 20 non-elderly healthy persons were measured. The changes of the diameter of brachial artery were determined by measuring the diameter of brachial artery during reactive hyperemia and after sublingual nitroglycerin. Results The increased percentage of the brachial artery diameter under reactive hyperemia was significantly lower in elderly patients with DM (10. 03?6. 39)% than that in the elderly healthy control (15. 87?4. 79)% (P 0. 05). The IMT in elderly patients with early-stage DM incrassated significantly(P

Objective To evaluate the biological safety of 125I-filled carbon nanotubes covered with metallic esophageal stent with regard to the normal esophagus before clinical application. Methods 125I-filled carbon nanotubes covered with metallic esophageal stent was prepared.Eighteen of New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into three groups with 6 rabbits in each group.Three groups of stents,non-radioactive,low radio-activity ( 3.7 - 5.6 MBq),and high activity ( 11.1 - 13.0 MBq ) were placed in the midpiece of esophagus of rabbits.Esophagus opacification and three-diamensions DSA were performed at 0.5 h,7,14 and 30 d after insertion of the stents, respectively. The rabbits were killed at 30d after insertion of the stents, and histologic examinations of the esophageal walls were performed. Results In non-radioactive and low activity groups,1 of 6 rabbits died of wound infection at 1 and 3 d after surgery due to pulmonary infection, respectively. All specimens were obtained from 16 rabbits.Microscopically,in all rabbits of low activity and high activity groups, there were membrana mucosa necrotic and swell and breakage of the muscle fiber in esophageal submucosa and muscularis, submucosal inflammation, which were more severe in high activity group. In low activity group, one esophagus ectal membrane was involved, however, esophageal perforation did not develop. In high activity group,3 of 6rabbits esophageal perforation had developed,in which one esophagus mediastinum fistula developed, without inflammation. In non-radioactive group,it was almost normal in mucosa layer,a small amount of inflammatory cells were found in submucosal layer, and part of muscle fibers was fractured and no pathological changes of necrosis was found. Conclusions Radioactive 125I carbon nanotubes covered metallic stent with low activity(3.7 -5.6 MBq) can be used as intraluminal palliative brachytherapy, which is safe and effective.

Objective:To optimize the determination technology for the total amino acids in Runing pills. Methods:The process was optimized by L9 (34 ) orthogonal design using the hydrolysis temperature, hydrolysis time and hydrochloric acid concentration as the evaluation factors, and the content and yield of total amino acids as the evaluation indices. Results: The optimal determination condi-tions were as follows:the hydrolysis temperature was 110℃, the hydrolysis time was 22 h and the hydrochloric acid concentration was 6 mol·L-1 . Conclusion:The optimal determination technology can be applied in the total amino acids from Runing pills, which pro-vides the basis for the further research of Runing pills.

Objective To discuss the effects of carvedilol on the heart function and glucolipometabolism in elder patients with diastolic heart failure. Methods 76 elder patients with diastolic heart failure were randomly divided into treatment group(n=34) and control group(n=42),all the patients were given routine treatment of diastolic heart failure, the patients in treatment group were given carvediol in addition( from little dose to more ),the course of treatment was 3-6 months. The parameters of the diastolic function of heart before and after treatment in two groups were determined by ultrasonic cardiogram and uninjured cardiodynamic machine. And the levels of fasting blood glucose, triacylglucerol(TG),cholesterol in two groups were detected. Results After treatment the total effective rate in treatment group was higher than that in control group( P

From the perspective of portable monitoring devices,we use an analog front-end AFE4490 design a module of Non-invasive blood oxygen measurement, used to collect human pulse wave signal and peak (valley) value detection and then use the principles of non-invasive oximetry calculated oxygen saturation (SPO2). This design of noninvasive oximetry module has the characteristics of small size, low power consumption, and the results of test show that the measurement of oxygen saturation are correct.
