Objective:To investigate the medical equipment quality control work which need to be improved in Shanghai medical institutions, and evaluate the acceptability of hospital management team on regional medical equipment quality control checks and standard, so as to seek the corresponding solutions. Methods: The 92 copies of self-designed medical equipment management standard questionnaire was distributed, 76 valid questionnaires were reveived, the received rate of 83%.Results: Only 70% of the people thought the major difficulty is the shortage of medical equipment management staff; 97% thought the quality control has great impact on improvement of medical equipment management. Quality control center determined the annual topics about the problems and needs to form the problem oriented, team based, expert resource collaborative working model. And studied and formulated three specifications and recommendations templates. We carried out a four-month intensive training and received critical acclaim. Conclusion: Medical equipment management staff proposed new requirements. Questionnaire objectively reflected the difficulties in the quality control inspection work, but also pointed out the direction for the future management of the quality of promotion. It provided the thought to improve the quality management and to enhance management methods and training models in the future.

Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2004;0(09):-
The cost-benefit analysis of medical equipment investment has been paid much more attention by the hospitals' decision makers. The overall planning should been strengthened before the introduction of equipments and doing a good job in market research contributes to exert equipments' effectiveness. The equipment use and management being strengthened can significantly reduce the costs and improve the efficiency and effectiveness, and furthermore,end-of-life equipment management are also important factors to reduce costs. The investigation is based on the same one among Grade II hospitals in Shanghai in 2007. Referring to the result of similar investigation in 2005,analysis and thinking from different aspects are showed to offer some reference in the future device assets management of hospitals.

AIM: To investigate the constituents of the effective fractions from Shenshao Xinxin Prescription(Radix et rhizoma ginseng;Radix paeoniae rubra;Radix puerariae lobatae). METHODS: The compounds were isolated by column chromatography on silica gel, polyamide, sephadex gel and their structures were determined on the basis of their spectroscopic evidence including UV,FAB-MS and NMR data. RESULTS: Eight compounds had been isolated and identified as daidzein,4′-O-methyl-daidzin,genistin,PG-3,puerarin,paeoniflorin,daidzein 8-C-Apiosyl(1→6) glucoside,4′,7-diglucoside. CONCLUSION: The compounds obtained were the alcohol-soluble compounds from Shenshao Xinxin Prescription.

Chinese Journal of Geriatric Heart Brain and Vessel Diseases 2017;19(6):569-572
Objective To study the association between platelet distribution width (PDW) and other indexes in coronary heart disease (CHD) patients with heart failure (HF).Methods Five hundred and ninety-one CHD patients with HF were divided into control group with their NT-proBNP<300 ng/L (n=228),mild HF group with their NT-proBNP=300-3000 ng/L (n=191),and severe HF group with their NT-proBNP>3000 ng/L(n=172).Their blood and echocardiographic parameters were recorded. Results The PDW was significantly shorter in 3 groups after treatment than before treatment (0.129±0.031 vs 0.133±0.027,0.133±0.030 vs 0.141± 0.029,0.139±0.028 vs 0.148±0.029,P<0.05,P<0.01),and was significantly longer in mild HF group and severe HF group than in control group and in severe HF group than in mild HF group after tgreatment (P<0.05,P<0.01).Multivariate stepwise regression analysis showed that PDW was positively associated with NT-proBNP and LAD (P=0.001,P=0.000) and negatively associated with LVEF (P=0.003).Conclusion PDW increases with the severity of HF in CHD patients and can thus play an auxiliary role in assessing the severity of their HF.

Objective To make use of the characteristics of presenting and processing tumor antigen of Dendritic cells pulsed with recombinant human Hsp70 and Mage-3 peptide to enhance killing capability of breast neoplasms. Methods Autologous dendritic cells were isolated from PBMC and then stimuiated in vitro with GM-CSF and IL-4.Dendritic cells were loaded with Mage-3 peptide;at the same time Hsp70L1 was added. The specific groupings each induce generation of tumor specific cytotoxic assay with ELISA. Results DCs pulsed with Mage-3 peptide enhanced the growth expansion of CTL, and promoted the secretion of cytokines such as TNF-αand IL-6. DCs pulsed with recombinant human Hsp70 and Mage-3 peptide had cytotoxicity against human breast cancer cells MCF-7.Conclusions DCs pulsed with recombinant human Hsp70 and Mage -3 peptide have higher biological activities. Modified DCs can stimulate the proliferation of lymphoeytes, present effectively tumor antigen to stimulate generation of speeific CTLs. Dendritic cells pulsed with recombinant human Hsp70 and Mage-3 peptide have high ability to kill breast cancer cells.

Chinese Journal of Clinical Oncology 2013;(15):888-892
Objective:This work aims to use the characteristics of dendritic cells (DCs) pulsed with recombinant human HSP70, which can present and process tumor antigens, to enhance the killing activity of cytotoxic t lymphocytes (CTLs) against breast neoplasms. Methods:Autologous DCs were isolated from peripheral blood mononuclear cells and then stimulated in vitro with granulocyte macrophage-colony stimulating factor and interleukin-4. The DCs were loaded with A549 tumor cell freeze-thaw lysate, and rhHSP70 was added as an immune adjuvant. The specific groups were subjected to tumor-specific cytotoxic assay, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, and fluores-cence-activated cell sorting. Results:DCs pulsed with A549 tumor cell lysate enhanced the growth expansion of CTLs, upregulated CD40 and CD80 populations in CTLs, and augmented Th1 cytokines. In addition, the cytotoxicity of specific CTLs against A549 was highly enhanced. The above indications became more obvious after the addition of rhHSP70. Conclusion:DCs pulsed with freeze-thaw cell lysates derived from breast cancer can enhance growth expansion of lymphocytes. They may serve as an effective tumor antigen to stimulate the proliferation of specific CTLs, which are very effective in activating specific T-cell responses against breast cancer cells in vitro. The improved anti-tumor immunity response by DC-based vaccines may be related to the maturation of the DCs promoted by rhHSP70.
