Objective To explore the effect of educational mode on children' s social adaptive capacity (SAC) through investigating its change of children into kindergarten one year later. MethodsFor this study, participants were divided into three groups, namely study group (SG), control group Ⅰ ( CG Ⅰ ) and control group Ⅱ( CG Ⅱ ). ①SG :30 ~ 47-month-old children at their entrance at one kindergarten of Xi' an city were study by the follow-up study method. There were 119 participants in this trial except 22 lost- visitors. The scores of children's SAC were evaluated at their entrance time and one year later respectively, according to the Social Adaptation Scale for Infant-Junior Middle School's Student Revised by Zuo Qi-hua. ②Control group(CG) :The children, whose classes were randomized,of five classes were divided into CG Ⅰ and the other four classes were CG Ⅱ. There were 107children aged at 30 ~ 46 months in CC Ⅰ , 94 children aged at 42 ~ 59 months in CG Ⅱ. The scores of their SAC were also evaluated according to the same scale on September 2006. The cross-section investigation were used to CG Ⅰ and CG Ⅱ. Results① The mean total score of SAC in SG was higher at one year later ( 10. 52 ± 0.77 ) than that at their entrance time( 10.22 ±0.52) (P<0.01) ,and the total score of SAC in SG was lower at their en trance time than that of CG Ⅰ (10.49 ±0.06)(P<0.01 ). ②There was no significant difference in children's SAC between SG at the final stage( 10. 52 ± 0.77 ) and CG Ⅱ(10.40 ± 0.67 ) (t = 1.500, P > 0.05). ③There were no significant difference in children's SAC between boarding care mode( 10.34 ± 0.68 ) and day care one( 10.32 ±0.56) (t = 0.182, P > 0.05 ). ④There were no significant difference in children' s SAC between male ( 10.42 ±0.73) and female( 10.51 ±0.68) in the kindergarten.. ConclusionThe gathered living mode can promote the child SAC development, and the boarding care mode or day care one in one year has no effect on children' s SAC.

Objective To investigate the expression of bradykinin as a substrate of CD26/DPP Ⅳ in rats with ischemia/reperfusion injury following lung transplantation (LTx). Methods Thirty-six syngeneic male SD rats were randomly allocated into control group and experimental group (n= 18each), and 36 rats served as donors. In control group and experimental group, the lungs were flushperfused and preserved with LPD and LPD+ CD26/DPP TV catalytic inhibitor (AB192) respectively, and LTx was performed 18 h after cold ischemia Histopathological studies were also done on the same locus of lung specimens and staining for bradykinin. The different proteins were separated by means of immobilized PH gradient-based two-dimensional gel electrophoresis. The differential expression of bradykinin was compared by Western blotting. Results The expression of bradykinin in control group was significantly higher than in experimental group. As compared with experimental group, bradykinin expression was significantly up-regulated in control group (P <0 . 05 ). Conclusion Inhibitor of CD26/DDP Ⅳ enzymatic activity significantly ameliorated ischemia/reperfusion injury in the early stage after LTx, which is probably associated with inhibition of the protein expression of bradykinin.

Objective To study the effects of electrical stimulation of efferent vagus nerve on the endotoxic shock in rabbits. Method Sixteen Newzealand rabbits were randomly divided into 2 groups, namely group S as the stimulation group and group C as the control group). Rabbits were subjected to bilateral cervical vagotomy and had challenge with intravenous injection of lipopolysaccharide (LPS) (E. COLI O111: B4 , DIFCO, USA) in a dose of 600 μg/kg. The distal end of the left vagus nerve trunk was connected to an electric stimulator with bipolar electrode and controlled by an acquisition system. Stimuli with stable voltage (10 V,5 Hz,5 ms) were applied twice to the nerve for 10 minutes just before and after the administration of LPS in group S. At the time before and after the infusion of LPS 30 min,60 min, 120 min, 180 min,240 min and 300 min respectively, the heart rate(HR)and the mean arterial blood pressure (MABP) in each animal were recorded, and blood samples were taken for measuring serum tumor necrosis factor-αa(TNF-α) and interleukin-10 (IL-10). Results Compared with group C,the electrical stimulation of efferent vagus nerve could significantly attenuated the LPS-induced hypotension and de-creased the contents of TNF-α[(38.12±7.85) pg/mL vs. (55.12±7.89) pg/mL, P <0.01], but increased the contents of IL-10[(55.12±9.37)pg/mL vs. (40.15±5.44) pg/mL, P <0.01]afar LPS challenge. Conclusions The stimulation of the efferent vagus nerve can down-regulate systemic TNF-α, production and attenu-ate the development of shock after LPS challenge.

Chinese Journal of Clinical Oncology 2017;44(1):52-58
Objective:Population-based cancer registration data were used to analyze stomach cancer epidemiology in China. Meth-ods:Stomach cancer data were retrieved from the National Central Cancer Registry Database, and incident and death cases were esti-mated. The trend of stomach cancer was analyzed. Results:Approximately 424,000 new cancer cases and 298,000 cancer deaths oc-curred in China in 2012. The incidence and mortality rates of stomach cancer in urban males and females remained stable in 2000-2012, whereas the rates in rural males increased and less changes were observed in rural females. After age standardization, both inci-dence and mortality rates significantly decreased. The five-year age-standardized relative survival rate was 27.4% (95%CI: 26.7%-18.1%) in 2003-2005. Conclusion:Stomach cancer is a common cancer, which has heavy burden in China, particularly in rural areas. Ef-forts should be exerted for the prevention and control of the disease.
