1.Clinical maintenance analysis and research of Elekta precise accelerator
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 1993;0(06):-
This article analyses and summarizes the clinical maintenance work of Elekta Precise Linac in five years.Afer the further research on its performances and errors,a better way is found to solve the main problem of clinical electronic linac,i.e.the way to reduce the Stop Rate of Linac in Radiotherapy.

6.Research and thinking on road traffic injury.
Acta Academiae Medicinae Sinicae 2007;29(4):455-458
The risk factors of traffic crash include drinking/drunk drive, accident proneness, fatigue driving, speeding, and poor vehicle quality. This article introduces the protection, emergency treatment, and basic scientific research of road traffic injury (RTI). As a public health issue, RTI is preventable, and personal factor is a key problem. It is important to establish an accurate and comprehensive RTI database, which may provide necessary information for the epidemiological research and crash prevention. The author also gives some suggestions on road traffic safety development in our country.

7.Application of Antibacterial Drugs for Special Use and Bacterial Resistance in Our Hospital before and af-ter the Implementation of Network Online Approval Process
China Pharmacist 2017;20(3):509-512
Objective:To analyze the indicators and resistance rate of antibacterial drugs for special use in our hospital before and after the implementation of network online approval process to provide reference for the management and rational use of antibacterial drugs for special use. Methods:A retrospective analysis was performed, and the consumption amount, sales amount, utilization ratio, AUD, submission rate of microbial specimen and resistance rates for the main pathogenic bacteria of antibacterial drugs and ones for special use were investigated during 2012 and 2015 in our hospital. Results:The approval process of antibacterial drugs for special use developed from handwork to network online. The consumption amount of antibacterial drugs increased slightly year by year from 2012 to 2015 in our hospital, the mean expense of antibacterial drugs for the inpatients increased from 1602. 85 yuan to 1888. 63 yuan, and AUD increased from 54. 50 DDDs/(100 persons × d) to 65. 47 DDDs/(100 persons × d). The sales amount proportion of antibacterial drugs for special use (13. 90%) was the lowest in 2013, and the highest (17. 34%) in 2015, and AUD increased from 4. 85 DDDs/(100 person × d)to 6. 37 DDDs/(100 person × d), and the submission rate of microbial specimen before the treatment increased from 85. 5% to 90. 0%. The main pathogenic bacteria were Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumonia, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Acinetobacter baumannii, and their ratio had slight change. Except Staphylococcus aureus, the resistance rate of the other four pathogenic bacteria kept increasing, and the resistance rates of Acinetobacter baumannii to cefepime and carbapenems were over 50%. Conclusion:The approval process management of antibacterial drugs for special use must be strengthened in order to truly a-chieve reasonable use of antibacterial drugs for special use.
8.Comparison of the diagnostic value of four tests for superior labrum anterior and posterior lesions of the shoulder
Chinese Journal of Orthopaedics 1999;0(04):-
Objective To compare the diagnostic value of four signs for superior labrum anterior and posterior (SLAP) lesions of the shoulder. Methods The physical examination was performed randomly on 81 cases with abnormalities of the shoulder. There were four tests, including Kibler anterior sliding test, Liu crank test, O'Brien active compression test and Kim biceps load test Ⅱ. The arthroscopic examination were also performed. The result of the arthroscopic examination was considered as a golden standard, so that we could estimate the diagnosis value of the four tests according to the method of evaluation of diagnosis test on clinical epidemiology, their sensitivity, specificity, positive and negative predictive value, accuracy. Results There were 21 cases diagnosed as SLAP lesions by arthroscopy. The diagnosis value of Kim biceps load test Ⅱ was the highest among the four tests, in which 19 of true positive, 59 of true negative, 1 of false positive, only 2 of false negative case; while the sensitivity was 90.48%, specificity was 98.33%, positive predictive value was 95.00%, negative predictive value was 96.72%, and accuracy was 96.30%. However the sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, negative predictive value and accuracy of Kibler anterior sliding test were 76.19%, 96.67%, 88.89%, 92.06%, 91.33%; and those of Liu crank test were 85.71%, 93.33%, 81.82%, 94.92%, 91.35%; those of O'Brien active compression test were 80.95%, 91.66%, 77.27%, 93.22%, 88.89%. Conclusion Kim Biceps load test Ⅱ may be the best for clinical diagnosis of SLAP lesions of the shoulder.
9.Progress of nerve guidance channels incorporated neurotrophic factors
International Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2006;0(02):-
This review discusses several strategies that have been employed to enhance the regenerative effectiveness of artificial nerve guidance channels. These strategies include the use of scaffolds, the integration of contact-mediated cues within the tubular construct, and incorporation or delivery of exogenous growth factors into the conduit lumen uniformly or in a gradient form. Animal and clinical studies are reviewed to explain some of the ideas involved in developing a guidance channel of the future.
10.Antagonistic Effect of Compound Danshen Tablets on Nephrotoxicity Induced by Cyclosporine A
China Pharmacy 2007;0(32):-
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the antagonistic effect of Salvia miltiorrhiza on cyclosporine A (CsA)-induced chronic nephrotoxicity. METHODS: 54 patients underwent renal transplantation were divided into 3 groups according to dosage of salvia miltiorrhiza: CsA+high-dose of salvia miltiorrhiza group, CsA+loe-dose of salvia miltiorrhiza group (trial group) and CsA control group (control group). Plasma concentration of CsA, serum creatinine (Scr), blood urea nitrogen (Bun), 24 h urines and 24 h urinary protein were recorded. The parameters of morphology and hemodynamics were compared among 3 groups. The differences of index among 3 groups were analyzed statistically. RESULTS: The level of Scr, Bun and 24 h urinary protein in CsA+high-dose of salvia miltiorrhiza group were decreased significantly while 24 h urines was increased, compared with other 2 groups. There was significant difference among 3 groups (P0.05). The intrarenal blood flow and renal arterial resistance index were increased significantly in CsA+high-dose of salvia miltiorrhiza group. CONCLUSION: High-dose of salvia miltiorrhiza combined with CsA can reduce the CsA-induced nephrotoxicity perfently.
