ObjectiveTo study the effect of “Six Healing Sounds” by analizing the changes of physical condition and stamina of the patients after using it.MethodsAll volunteers were divided into two groups:the exercise group and the contrast group,studied the idexes of physical conditions before and after 6 month exercise.ResultsAfter 6 months,the data of weight and BMI of those who were in the exercise group was getting lower,together with their physical condition and ability to motion getting better.Conclusion“Six Healing Sounds” is good for keep fit and provide a better physical condition for people.

Objective To investigate the effects of kidney transplantation in sensitized recipients receiving conventional human leukocyte antigen(HLA) and cross-reactive groups(CREG) matching.Methods The HLA and CREG matching were used to select the best donors for 82 recipients with high titer of panel reactive antibody(PRA),and adjunctive application of plasma exchange and intravenous immunoglublin were conducted.Results The successful rate was 90%(74/82) and mortality rate was 1%(1/82).The incidence of hyperacute rejection,accelerated acute rejection,acute rejection and delayed graft function was 4%(3/82),6%(5/82),28%(23/82) and 21%(17/82),respectively.The incidences of acute rejection in groups of broad sensitized,HLA class Ⅰantibody positive recipients,HLA antibody positive recipients of post-transplantation and donor specific antibody were higher than those in groups of mild sensitized,HLA classⅡantibody positive recipients,HLA antibody positive recipients of pre-transplantation non-donor and specific antibody respectively(all P

[Objective]To explore the effects of invigorating the kidney,promoting qi and activating blood method in repairing articular cartilage defects in rabbits with chodrocytes induced by bone marrow matrix stem cell.[Method]The complexes from seeding of chondrocytes and allograft chondrocytes encapsulated in collagen gel and cultured in Guyanding drug serum into CPPf/PLLA scaffolds were cultured in vitro for 3 weeks. Some complexes were observed with the phase-contrast microscope or scanning electron microscope and others were allotransplanted into articular cartilage defects in rabbits.The specimens harvested at 4,8,12 weeks were analyzed by observation,histology and type Ⅱ collagen immunohistochemistry.[Result]The induced chondrocytes were embedded in scaffolds evenly the formation,smoothness of the surface and integration with adjacent tissues of the hyaline cartilage-like tissues,distribution of type Ⅱ collagen in the matrix of the induced chondrocytes group were better than all those in the chondrocyte group.[Conclusion]The method of invigorating the kidney,promoting qi and activating blood has superiority in repairing articular cartilage defects over the traditional method.

Objective To summarize the nursing points for patients with mid-stage hepatocellular carcinoma who are receiving radiofrequency ablation (RFA) combined with 131I-chTNT treatment. Methods The clinical data of 12 patients with mid-stage hepatocellular carcinoma, who were encountered at authors’ hospital during the period from Aug. 2009 to Sep. 2011, were retrospectively analyzed. RFA combined with 131I-chTNT was carried out in all patients. Preoperative prophylactic anti-allergy medication and protection measure for the thyroid were employed. After the operation strengthened radiation protection and close observation for complications were conducted. The results were analyzed. Results After active treatment and proper nursing, the tumor shrank in all patients. All the patients were followed up for 5 - 48 months with a median follow- up time of 31 months. The median overall survival time was 43 months. No serious complications such as bone marrow suppression or thyroid dysfunction occurred. Conclusion For the treatment of mid-stage hepatocellular carcinoma, 131I-chTNT combined with RFA has satisfactory therapeutic effect. Close observation for the occurrence of complications and careful nursing can improve the quality of life and prolong the survival time.

Objective To explore the role of apoptosis and Fas, bax and bcl-2 proteins in the pathogenesis of testicular carcinoma. Methods Cell apoptosis was determined with TUNEL and flow cytometry, and the expression of Fas, bax and bcl-2 proteins were detected by cellular immunofluoresence technique in 56 cases of testicular carcinomas. Results Apoptotic index was closely correlated with the pathological type and lymph node metastasis of testicular carcinomas(P0.05). The apoptotic index was positively correlated with Fas and bax expression, and negatively correlated with bcl-2 expression (P

0.05). Conclusion Brachytherapy ,when used to increase the dose effect,may enhance the local effect without any change in the overall survival.

Objective To investigate the role of two isoforms of human progesterone receptor A (hPR-A) and B(hPR-B) in the development of uterine leiomyoma, their distribution and expression in leiomyoma were detected. Methods The tissues of leiomyoma and normal myometrium from 30 uteri, which were excised for leiomyoma, were used for the localization and quantification of protein of the two isoforms. Immunohistochemistry and Western blot were applied respectively. Results Both hPR-A and hPR-B were nuclear receptors. Concentrations of hPR-(A+B) and hPR-A in leiomyoma were higher than those in normal myometrium (295 796? 90 856,256 275?98 560; P =0 042, P =0 000 563). Both isoforms were presented in leiomyoma and normal myometrium, with a consistent dominance of hPR-B over hPR-A. More expression of hPR-A was found during secretive phase than proliferative phase, not only in leiomyoma but also in normal myometrium ( P =0 037, P =0 024). Conclusions The development of uterine leiomyoma seems to be related with the progesterone receptor isoforms, especially hPR-A.

Objective:To explore the protective effect of ischemic postconditioning on myocardium during emergency percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) in patients with ST segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) . Methods:According to different treatment method ,a total of 82 STEMI patients ,who hospitalized in the depart-ment of Cardiology of Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from Jan 2011 to Dec 2012 and received PCI within 12h ,were divided into ischemic postconditioning group (n= 42) and pure reperfusion group (n= 40) . Heart function etc .were evaluated in both groups .Results:Compared with pure reperfusion group ,there were sig-nificant rise in complete ST segment resolution rate (55.0% vs .81.0% ) and left ventricular ejection fraction [ (0.5 ± 0.1) vs .(0.7 ± 0.1)] ,significant reductions in arrhythmia rate (60.0% vs .21.4% ) ,wall motion score index [WMSI ,(2.0 ± 0.7) scores vs .(1.3 ± 0.6) scores] ,myocardial infarction size [MIS ,(15.1 ± 7.1)% vs .(9.9 ± 5.3)% ] ,radionuclide myocardial perfusion defect extent score [ES ,(0.4 ± 0.1)% vs .(0.2 ± 0.1)% ] and severity score [SS ,(2.3 ± 1.1)% vs .(1.8 ± 1.2)% ] in ischemic postconditioning group ,P<0.05~ <0.01 .Conclusion:Is-chemic postconditioning can significantly improve extent of myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury and protect myo-cardial tissues in STEMI patients .
