International Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2017;38(7):921-923
Objective To investigate the change rule of common coagulation indicators and platelet parameters in the patients with chronic viral hepatitis, liver cirrhosis and liver failure. Methods One hundrend and twenty patients with liver diseases in our hospital from January 2015 to June 2016 were selected and divided into chronic viral hepatitis group (46 cases),liver cirrhosis group (Child-Pugh class A,B,C,44 cases) and liver failure group (30 cases).Contemporaneous 30 persons undergoing healthy physical examination served as the healthy control group. The coagulation indicators (PT,PTA,APTT,TT, Fg,D-D) and platelet parameters (PLT,MPV,PDW, PCT) were detected in all subjects. Results Except TT,Fg and D-D had no statistical difference between the healthy control group and chronic viral hepatitis group (P>0.05),PT,APTT and TT in the chronic viral hepatitis group, liver cirrhosis group (Child-Pugh class A,B,C) and liver failure group were gradually extended,PTA and Fg were decreased and D-D value was increased, the difference in pairwise comparison was statistically significant (P<0.05).The PLT value in the chronic viral hepatitis group, liver cirrhosis group (Child-Pugh class A,B,C) and liver failure group was decreased gradually, while the MPV and PDW values were gradually increased, showing significantlystatistically significant difference (P<0.05),the PCT value in the liver cirrhosis group and liver failure group was lower than that in the chronic viral hepatitis group(P<0.05).Conclusion The regularity change of coagulation indicators and platelet parameters occurs in different periods of chronic liver disease progression, which provides some reference for clinical diagnosis, treatment and prognosis judgment.

Chinese Journal of Sports Medicine 2010;(1):46-50
Objective The aim of the study is to investigate whether the progressive incremental exercise can induce the change in bone maximum force. Methods One hundred and seventy healthy SD rats, aged 3 months, were used as samples after adaptive exercise for one week, and then they were divided to a basic control group(C_0),8 control groups and 8 exercise groups according to the training duration(2W,4W,6W,8W,9W,11W,13W and 15W).Based on Bedford and our pre-study.the longest training duration of the rats was 15 weeks. The maximum force(F) of femoral bone and the 2nd lumbar vertebrae(L_2)were tested by three-point bending test and compressive test separately. Results It was shown that there was no pronounced difference in F of femoral bone between con trol groups and exercise groups. But significant differences in F of L_2 were found between the control groups and exercise groups(P<0.001).Conclusions Changes in different degree were found in the F of femoral bone and L_2 during the process of growth. The differential effects of incremental exercise on F were caused by the difference in training intensities and in the bone types.

OBJECTIVE:To review the current situation and the trend of development of drugs for chronic hepatic diseases,so as to provide the information for rational use of these drugs METHODS:By using the methods of sequences of total sales volumn and DDDs,the main drugs for chronic hepatic diseases used in 8 hospitals of Xinxiang during the period 2001~2003 were analysed RESULTS & CONCLUSION:The total sales volumn and DDDs of the liver-protective drugs always occupied the front row of drugs for chronic hepatic diseases, and the use of compound glycyrrihizin(Stronger Neo-Minophagen C) is rapidly increasing

Chinese Journal of Forensic Medicine 2002;0(06):-
Objective To explore the applicability of the histological features of plexiform bone and osteon banding to species identification. Methods 35 ground cross sections of the tibial midshaft collected from 10 human cadavers, 10 pigs, 5 cattle, 5 dogs, and 5 sheep, were observed under light microscope at 100-fold magnification. Results Plexiform bone and osteon banding were mostly observed in nonhuman bones, whereas rarely in human bones. Additionally, histological structures also varied with different individuals within a species. Conclusion The plexiform bone and osteon banding are the two important characteristics for certifying nonhuman bone in species identification.

Chinese Journal of Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine 2006;0(10):-
Objective To compare diffenrent amounts of the glycyrrhizic acid extracted by two methods-decoct method and Ammonia-water method. Methods The best extraction conditions including amount of affusion water and solvent, extraction time, boiling time, crash time, vibrating time and concentration of ammonia were choosed by orthogonal design.Amounts of the glycyrrhizic acid were determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry at 252 nm wavelengh.Result The best extraction conditions from decoct method were that amount of affusion wate was 200 mL,extract 2 times, boiling time was 5 min, crash time was 20 s.The best extraction conditions from Ammonia-water method were that amount of 0.4% ammonia was 200 mL,vibrating time was 2 h,extract 2 times. The extraction rate of Ammonia-water method was 32%,and the extraction rate of decoct method was 26%.Conclusion For glycyrrhizic acid extraction and purity,Ammonia-water has superior efficient than decoct method at the best conditions.

ObjectiveTo review the surgical technique and outcome of intracranial angiographically occult vascular malformations (AOVM) hemorrhage. Methods40 patients with spontaneous intracranial hemorrhage episodes and accepted microsurgery were analyzed retrospectively. ResultsAll AOVMs were successfully resected. No operative death occurred.36 patients were followed up for mean 28 months. CT and/or MRI revealed no residual lesions. Most neurological complications improved postoperatively. 1 case demonstrated rebleeding in surgical site 48 months after operation. Another case, a follow-up MRI scan revealed a contralateral denovo lesion 44 months after operation.ConclusionA current neurosurgical procedure is a satisfactory method to prevents AOVMs rebleeding. Long-term follow-up evaluation is necessary despite the lesion has been totally resected.

Objective To compare the safety and effect of the phacoemulsification (PHACO) versus extracapsular cataract extraction (ECCE) in patients with intumescent senile cataract. Methods 200 eyes from patients with intumescent cataract were included and randomly divided into 2 groups:PE group (108 eyes, received PHACO) and ECCE group (92 eyes, received small incision ECCE) respectively.Superior quadrant sclera tunnel incisions were made with stabs of 2.8 mm diameters.Trypan-blue was used to show the anterior lens capsular membrane. In the PHACO group,a 4 mm diameters continuous curvilinear capsulorhexis (CCC) was made, which was enlarged to 6-7 mm after the intraocular lenses (IOL) implantation. For the ECCE group,a 8 mm-diameter CCC was made. Then the lens nucleus was either phacoemulsificated or delivered and IOL was implanted. The complications during and after surgery and the visual outcomes were recorded and statistically analyzed by SPSS 13.0 software. Results Age,sex and the hardness of the nucleus were comparable between the two groups. The best corrected vision acuity (BCVA) was 0.05 and worse in all patients before surgery. While 3 days after operation,in PE group,105 eyes (97.2%,105/108) gained postoperative vision 0.05 and better, and 82 of them were better than 0.3; in group ECCE,97.2% (89/92) of the operated eyes gained vision 0.05 and better,72 (78.3%,72/92) eyes were better than 0.3.No statistical differences were found between the two groups in postoperative vision recovery. While, there were more failure rates of the CCC,tear of the anterior and posterior capsular, loss of the vitreous and iris injury rate in the ECCE group than in the PE group (20.7% vs.8.3%,17.4% vs.12.0%,7.6% vs.0.9%,15.2% vs.0%,P=0.01,P=0.00,P=0.02,P< 0.001).Prolapse of iris and discoria were found in ECCE group. Conclusions With small CCC,phacoemulsification can lead to better surgical outcomes than small incision ECCE procedures, and the operative and post-operative complications are less in PE group than in ECCE group.
