2.Clinical efficacy of rosuvastatincombined with oxycodone sustained release tablets in patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer and its effects on serum IL-6 and TNF-αlevels
Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2017;37(2):193-195
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of rosuvastatin combined with oxycodone sustained release tablets in patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer and its effects on serum IL-6 and TNF-αlevels.Methods 62 cases with advanced non-small cell lung cancer from May 2014 to May 2016were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table, each group with 31 cases.Control group were treated with oxycodone sustained-release tablets, and observation group were treated with rosuvastatin and oxycodone sustained-release tablets. The levels of serum IL-6 and TNF-αwere compared pre-and post-treatment betweene two groups. The effective dose, the number of painful pain, the NRS score, the improvement of quality of life of oxycodone hydrochloride sustained-release tablets after treatment and adverse reaction rate were observed. Results After treatment, serum IL-6, TNF-αlevels in two groups were significantly lower than pre-treatment (P <0.05), and which in observation group were significantly lower than control group (P<0.05).Compared with control group, the effective dose of Oxycodone Hydrochloride Prolonged-release Tablets, broke out pain, NRS score in observation group were significantly higher ( P <0.05 ) .The effective rate of cancer pain treatment in observation group was 96.77% (30/31), significantly higher than 74.19% (23/31) of control group (χ2 =12.269, P<0.0001).The improvement of quality of life incontrol group was 32.25%, significantly lower than 80.64% in observation group (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between two groups. Conclusion Rosuvastatin combined with oxycodone sustained release tablets in treatment with advanced non-small cell lung cancer were effective, and can reduce the patient's serum IL-6, TNF-αlevels effectively.
3.Screening of Anti-CpG DNA Traditional Chinese Medicine Using Biosensor Technology

100 RU), and 19 such as biotae folium et ramulus, lycium bark and rhubarb had higher contents of active substances that of specific affinity to CpG DNA. CONCLUSION: It is feasible to screen traditional Chinese medicine by biosensor technology. Nineteen kinds of TCM contain the active non-tannin substance with specific affinity to CpG DNA.
4.The emerging role of nuclear factor erythroid 2-related factor 2 signaling pathway in diabetic chronic complications
Chinese Journal of Endocrinology and Metabolism 2017;33(3):185-189
Oxidative stress played an important role in the development of diabetes and its complications. Nuclear factor erythroid 2-related factor 2 (NRF2) pathway is one of the most vital endogenous antioxidant pathways. Accumulated evidences indicated that the relationship between diabetes and NRF2 pathway attracted more and more attention in recent years. Our group has devoted ourselves to the researches concerning the chronic complications of diabetes and NRF2 pathways. This review highlighted our recent progresses in the underlying mechanism of the protective role of NRF2 in diabetic nephropathy, diabetic ulcers and diabetic amyotrophy. Finally, the possibility of NRF2 agonists applied to clinical therapy for diabetic chronic complications was explored.

Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2015;(18):2917-2922
BACKGROUND:Breviscapine has been shown to impact the reproductive capacity in rats with type 2 diabetes mel itus, but few reports concerned its mechanism of action.
OBJECTIVE:To study the effects of breviscapine on proliferating cel nuclear antigen and proto-oncogene c-fos expression in testis of type 2 diabetes mel itus rats.
METHODS:Total y 36 healthy male rats were randomly divided into control group, model group and breviscapine group with 12 rats in each group. In the model group and breviscapine group, rat models of type 2 diabetes mel itus were established by continuous intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin. Blood glucose reaching 16.7 mmol/L in rats was considered as the standard of model induction. In the control group, rats were given an equal volume of citrate buffer solution by single intraperitoneal injection. In the breviscapine group, rats were administered breviscapine 10 mg/(kg?d) for 4 consecutive weeks by intraperitoneal injection. Rats in the other two groups were injected with an equal volume of physiological saline at the same time point.
RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:After 4 weeks of intervention, serum testosterone testing, immunohistochemistry and PCR results showed that serum testosterone levels, proliferating cel nuclear antigen, c-Fos protein and mRNA expression:control group>breviscapine group>model group (P<0.05);blood glucose concentration:the control group
8.Medicinal vesiculation combined with quick cupping at Shenque (CV 8) for allergic rhinitis with syndrome of yang deficiency: a randomized controlled trial.
Chinese Acupuncture & Moxibustion 2014;34(9):853-856
OBJECTIVETo compare the clinical efficacy differences between medicinal vesiculation combined with quick cupping at Shenque (CV 8) and regular medication for allergic rhinitis with syndrome of yang deficiency.
METHODSEighty-two cases were randomly divided into an observation group (42 cases) and a control group (40 cases). The observation group was treated with medicinal vesiculation combined with quick cupping at Shenque (CV 8). The medicinal vesiculation was applied at Feishu (BL 13), Gaohuang (BL 43), Fengmen (BL 12), Mingmen (GV 4) on the dog days in the summer, one treatment on the 1st dog-day, 2nd dog-day and last dog-day respectively with an interval of 10 days between two treatments. Three treatments were taken as one course, and totally one course was given. The quick cupping was applied at Shenque (CV 8), once a day, ten treatments were taken as one course, and totally three courses was given. The control group was treated with oral administration of loratadine and nasal spray of budesonide. The loratadine was given 10 mg per time, once a day for continuous 14 days; budesonide was given once a day, ten treatments were taken as one course, and totally three courses was given. The clinical efficacy in two groups after treatment was observed, and the contents of immune globulin E (IgE), interleukin-4 (IL-4), interleukin-5 (IL-5) and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) in peripheral serum were measured before and after the treatments.
RESULTSOf all the 82 patients, 79 cases completed the treatment, and 1 patient in the observation group and 2 patients in the control group dropped out. The effective rate was 87.8% (36/41) in the observation group, which was superior to 78.9% (30/38) in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, both groups effectively reduced the contents of IgE, IL-4, IL-5 and TNF-α, and the observation group had superior effect on reducing IgE and IL-4 to the control group (P<0.05).
CONCLUSIONThe medicinal vesiculation combined with quick cupping at Shenque (CV 8) have better effect for allergic rhinitis with syndrome of yang deficiency than oral administration of loratadine and nasal spray of budesonide.

Chinese Journal of Hypertension 2007;0(03):-
Background Essential hypertension (EH) and type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) are frequently co- existed.Previous studies proved that EH can cause arrythmia, whereas, the arrythmia and the structure changed in hypertensive patients coexisted with T2DM are scarely reported. Objective To study the characteristics and mech- anism of arrhythmia in essential hypertension (EH) patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM).Methods One hundred sixty eight patients were groupped as follows:EH group (n=65),T2DM group (n=31),EH+T2DM group (n=52),and normal group (n=20).The clinical data, echocardiographies and 24-hour dynamic eletroear- diogram were determined in all patients. Results 1)Arrhythmia incidence in EH+T2DM group was a statistically higher compared to EH group and T2DM group(P
