In view of the problems existing in the physiatry teaching of rehabilitation therapy specialty, the characteristics of the work-shop mode, which is a kind of teaching mode popularized in domestic and international higher education, was analyzed. The workshop mode was introduced into the practical teaching of physiatry, and the main organization form of practical teaching was put forward and put into practice. The results showed that the workshop mode improved the students' abilities of practice, self learning, expression, interpersonal communication and innovative consciousness, etc.

AIM: To study the effect of selective A1 adenosine receptor agonist, 2-chloroadenosine (2-CA), and non-peptide phosphoantigen isopentenyl pyrophosphate (IPP) on the intracellular reactive oxygen species (ROS) at the level of signaling event. METHODS: M1 cell line, derived from a subclone of the SV40-transformed xeroderma pigmentosum (XP) cell line, was treated with 2-CA, 8-br-cAMP, IPP at 37 ℃ incubator for 30 min, and intracellular ROS was measured by flow cytometry and CytoFluorometer. RESULTS: Under an appropriate control, 2-CA and IPP reduced intracellular ROS by 20%-30%. CONCLUSION: The data revealed that 2-CA and IPP inhibited cellular oxidant formation at the level of signaling event, suggesting both may have some anti-oxidant properties in vivo.

ObjectiveTo study the effect of 8-Br-cAMP and isopentenyl pyrophosphate (IPP) on the ex pression tau protein in various neural cell lines at the level of signal transdu ction. MethodsNG108-15, PC12 and SH-SY5Y cells were treated with 8-Br-cAMP and IPP in the 37?C incubator for 30 min, then the tau-enriched samples were analyzed by West ern blot. ResultsSH-SY5Y cells only expressed the isoform of tau protein with the lowest molecul ar weight; PC12 cells mainly expressed high molecular weight tau, and several ot her isoforms of tau; NG108-15 expressed a little of isoform of tau. In the expe rimental conditions, the expression of tau was altered with 8-Br-cAMP and IPP in NG108-15, SH-SY5Y and PC12 cells. Conclusions8-Br-cAMP and IPP does not alter the expression of tau in NG108-15, SH-SY5Y and PC12 cells.
