Clinical Medicine of China 2010;26(9):992-993
Objective To understand the clinical characteristics during clinical diagnose and treatment of young women patients under 35 years with cervical cancer. Methods The clinical data of 95 cervical cancer patients under 35 years was reviewed and analysed retrospectively. Results The percentage of the patients at this age set was 18. 59% ,accounting for almost one fifth of all the same period patients with cervical cancer. The most common primary clinical representation was sexual bleeding of vigina (90.53% ,86/95) ;28 cases (29. 47%, 28/95) were misdiagnosed by naked eye examination and local treated as cervicitis; 13 cases (13. 68%, 13/95) with severe pathological changes were missed diagnosed by biopsy under colposcopy ;53 cases (55. 79% ,53/95) had their ovary preserved by one or two and had no metastasis or recurrence with carcinoma. Conclusions Sexual intercourse bleeding is the most common manifestation of young women with cervical cancer, which demands more attention. The biopsy under colopscopy has certain limitations, and should be performed along with conization while necessary. It is safe and feasible to retain ovary in cervical cancer patients before Ⅱ stage.

Journal of Clinical Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery 2016;30(3):251-253
Synovial sarcoma is a rare tumour found in soft tissue; it is a mesenchymal spindle cell tumour that is not related to the synovial membrane. This tumour has a low incidence, and the most frequent place of occurrence is the lower extremities in young adults. Synovial sarcoma of the head and neck accounts for 3%-5% of sarcomas in this anatomical region. The tumor in the nasal cavity is less than 1%. The treatment of choice for synovial sarcoma of the head and neck is complete surgical excision of the tumour mass followed by adjuvant radiotherapy.

Journal of Third Military Medical University 2003;0(17):-
Objective To investigate the actions of PAR1 agonists and thrombin on the secretion of monocyte chemoattractant protein (MCP)-1 from human lung epithelial cells. Methods A549 cells were cultured in a 12-well culture plate. The challenge was performed by addition of various concentrations of PAR1 agonist peptides SFLLR and its reverse peptides RLLFS, thrombin or thrombin inhibitor named hirudin into each well, respectively. After 2 h or 16 h, the reactions were terminated by removal of the supernatant from each well. A sandwich ELISA was used to determine the levels of MCP-1 in supernatants. Results Following 16 h incubation, SFLLR could induce concentration-dependent secretion of MCP-1. The maximum release of MCP-1 was nearly 12-fold more than baseline release. The reverse PAR1 agonists had little effects on MCP-1 release. Thrombin could induce concentration-dependent secretion of MCP-1. As low as 3 000 U/L thrombin could induce MCP-1 release from epithelial cells, and the maximum of accumulated release of MCP-1 was observed with 10 000 U/L thrombin, which was 5-fold more than baseline release. Thrombin inhibitor hirudin could inhibit thrombin induced secretion of MCP-1. The time course showed that the actions of PAR1 agonist peptides SFLLR and thrombin initiated at 2 h and reached their peak at 16 h. Conclusion PAR1 agonist peptides and thrombin are potent secretogogue of MCP-1 release from cultured human lung epithelial cells, and PAR1 antagonists and thrombin inhibitor may possess the ability to inhibit airway inflammation.

Journal of Preventive Medicine 2024;36(2):165-168
Objective:
To learn the status and influencing factors of 0-3-year-old children's development screening in Tongzhou District, Beijing Municipality, so as to provide the reference for early intervention measures.
Methods:
Data of children who were born from September 1, 2020 to August 31, 2022 and had received Denver Developmental Screening Test (DDST) in Tongzhou District Community Health Service Center before September 1, 2023 were collected through the Beijing Maternal and Child Healthcare Information System, including basic birth information, mother's situation and DDST results. The screening positive rates of DDST among children were analyzed, and factors affecting positive DDST were identified using a multivariable logistic regression model.
Results:
A total of 27 783 children aged 0-3 years were included, with a median age of 0.91 (interquartile range, 0.71) years. There were 14 320 boys (51.54%) and 13 463 girls (48.46%). There were 2 471 preterm births (8.89%) and 2 248 mothers with health problems during pregnancy (8.09%). The positive rate of DDST was 2.25%. Multivariable logistic regression analysis showed that gender (boy, OR=1.228, 95%CI: 1.045-1.444), preterm birth (OR=2.417, 95%CI: 1.890-3.092), low birth weight (OR=2.583, 95%CI: 1.980-3.371) and maternal health problems during pregnancy (OR=2.012, 95%CI: 1.591-2.545) were factors affecting positive DDST among children at ages of 0 to 3 years.
Conclusions
The positive rate of DDST among children at ages of 0 to 3 years was 2.25% in Tongzhou District. Gender, preterm birth, low birth weight and maternal health problems during pregnancy may affect positive screening for developmental delay.

China Oncology 2006;0(09):-
Background and purpose:To explore the possibility of genetic re-expression silenced by DNA aberrant hypermethylation which is a common epigenetic modification in carcinogenesis. 5-Aza-CdR, an inhibitor of DNA methylation, was used to determine the effects of expression of tumor suppressor gene E-cadherin in tumor cell lines. Methods:Methylation specific PCR(MSP) was utilized to examine methylation status of E-cad gene on breast carcinoma cell line MDA-MB-435 before and after the treatment with 5-Aza-CdR. Immunohistochemistry(IHC) was used to test the expression of E-cad protein. Semi-quantitative RT-PCR method was used to detect the changes of E-cad mRNA.Results:1).E-cad methylation was positive(116bp) and unmethylation was negative on MDA-MB-435 cell before the treatment with 5-Aza-CdR. After being treated with 5.0umol/L 5-Aza-CdR for 3 days, methylation turned negative and unmethylation positive bands(97bp) were detected. 2).The E-cad protein expression was not detected by immunohistochemistry on MDA-MB-435 cell before the treatment, while E-cad staining was positive on the cell membrane after the treatment. 3). The E-cad mRNA failed to be amplified in cells before the treatment. After incubation at variable concentrations of 0.5 ?mol/L, 1.0 ?mol/L, 2.0 ?mol/L and 5.0 ?mol/L 5-Aza-CdR for 3 days, respectively, E-cad mRNA expression was detected on the fourth day in a dose-dependent manner. Correlation between the mRNA expression level and the agent concentration was observed. Conclusions:The demethylation agent 5-Aza-CdR can reverse the aberrant E-cad methylation status in MDA-MB-435 and re-expressed E-cad mRNA and protein.

Chinese Journal of Medical Physics 2009;26(6):1549-1553
Objective: Fetal monitoring is extremely important in perinatal care. Analysis of cardiotocogragh(CTG) can suppose if the fetus is lack of oxygen, distressed, acidosis, etc. in order to take measures timely. Methods: We have designed Meticare analysis software package to analyze 867 pieces of CTG data, and researched the relationship between short term variation (STV) and basal heart rate(BHR) by statistics, and short time monitoring analysis based on STV. Results: The amplitude of fetal heart rate curve variation(long term variation) tended to decrease when BHR increasing, with the negative correlation and regression equation STV = 9.866-0.02×BHR. Positive correlation exists between 5 and 10 mimute-STV, with the regression equation STV_(10min)=2.861-0.596×STV_(5min).Conclusion: STV calculated by 5 minutes CTG data can forecast the one by 10 minutes data as a reference demanded by Dawes & Redman criterion. If fetal doppler contains STV analysis function, out-patient fetal heart auscultation will be more significant. After 30 weeks pregnancy, with the STV decreasing, fetal distress, asphyxia, low birth weight, and even mortality increasing. BHR increasing should cause attention that STV might decrease, when monitoring with no analysis functional devices or fetal dopplars.
