2.EFFECT OF NALOXONE ON .KEMORRHAGIC SHOCK RELATED TO SYMPATHO-ADRENOMEDULLARY SYSTEM
Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 1987;0(03):-
Morphine antagonist naloxone (3mg/kgiv ) induced a rise in blood pressure, pulse pressure & respiratory rate in the rat under hemorrhagic shock. It also improved the survival rate. ?Receptor antagonist pheno-xybenzamine ( 1 mg/kg iv ) or adrenalectomy abolished the beneficial effects of naloxone. Reserpine ( 1 mg/kg ip for 5 d) which depleted catecholamines of periphal sympathetic nervous system could not abolish naloxone effects. Resrpine plus adrenalectomy abolished naloxone actions again. It is suggested that the effect of naloxone on the blood pressure is mainly due to release of catecholamine from adrenalmedu-llary. The results of isolated adrenal perfusion indicated that naloxone could not induce a rise in catecholamine concentration of perfused liquid. It is suggested that the action of naloxone on catecholamine release may not be a result of direct action upontbe chromaffin cells.
3.Study on tumor formation of HBV X gene-transformed hepatocyte in nude mice
Journal of Chinese Physician 2013;(5):590-594
Objective To investigate whether HBx alone is sufficient to directly transform the nontransformed immortalized human liver cell line QSG7701 and induce hepatocellular carcinoma in vivo, and to explore preliminarily the pathogenic mechanism of transplantation tumor in nude mice. Methods The pCMVX/QSG7701 cells were vaccinated into subcutaneous tissue of nude mice. The pRcCMV2/QSG7701 and QSG7701 Cells were used as control. At the fifth weeks after vaccination, the nude mice were killed to observe whether a tumor was formed. The activity state and food intake of the nude mice was recorded. The texture, volume, and metastasis of transplantation tumor were observed grossly. The transplantation tumor was observed microscopically on the hematoxylin and eosin (HE) staining section.Immunohistochemical surfactant protein (SP) method was used to analyze the protein expression of mutant p53 and C-Myc genes. Results The transplantation tumor was occurred in all of the six nude mice vaccinated with pCMVX/QSG7701 cells at the second week after vaccination. No metastatic tumor was found in other organs.Transplanted tumor was not formed in all of the negative control groups.HE staining analysis confirmed that the character of transplanted tumor was hepatocellular carcinoma.p53 and C-Myc proteins were expressed in pCMVX/QSG7701,pRcCMV2/QSG7701,and QSG7701 cells, and their expression levels in the pCMVX/QSG7701 cells were significantly higher than those in the pRcCMV2/QSG7701 and QSG7701 cells, respectively(P <0.01).Conclusions HBx alone is sufficient to directly transform the non-transformed immortalized human liver cell line QSG7701 and induce hepatocellular carcinoma in vivo through up-regulating the expression of mutant p53 and C-Myc genes.
4.Application of Surface Electromyography in Abnormal Gait Analysis for Stroke (review)
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2016;22(10):1159-1162
The abnormal gait after stroke was mainly related to the decreasing strength with increasing tension of paretic lower limb muscles. Surface electromyography (sEMG) can respond to the neuromuscular function, that is valuable for abnormal gait analysis for stroke patients. This paper mainly introduced the anatomical basis with sEMG features of walking, the performance of abnormal gait and ab-normal gait analysis based on sEMG. It focused on the advances of sEMG in the analysis of temporal patterns and activating characteristics of muscles associated with abnormal gait, as well as abnormal gait pattern.

China Pharmacy 2016;27(18):2482-2484
OBJECTIVE:To observe the efficacy and safety of Zhenqi fuzheng granule combined with dasatinib in the treat-ment of BCR/ABL positive leukemia. METHODS:40 patients with BCR-ABL positive chronic myeloid leukemia or PH-positive acute lymphoblastic leukemia were randomly divided into control group(20 cases)and observation group(20 cases). Control group received Dasatinib tablet,CML patients in chronic period received 100 mg,once a day, orally, morning or evening;CML patients in acceleration period and blastic period received 140 mg,once a day, orally, morning or evening, swallow whole,no cut or crushed. Observation group additionally received 15 g of Zhenqi fuzheng granule, twice a day. The treatment course for both groups was 24 months. Hematologic response, cytogenetic response and molecular biological response in 2 groups were observed, fatality rate, mean follow-up time and the incidence of adverse reactions were followed-up. RESULTS:CCR in observation group was significantly higher than control group, mean follow-up time was longer than control group,CCR median time was significant-ly shorter than control group, the incidence of adverse reactions and fatality rate were significantly lower than control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). There were no significant differences in the cytogenetic response and molecular biological response in 2 groups(P>0.05). CONCLUSIONS:Zhenqi fuzheng granule combined with dasatinib is superior to dasat-inib alone in proving hematologic response and safety in the treatment of BCR-ABL positive leukemia, and similar in cytogenetic response and molecular biological response.
6.Correlation between glucose variability and coronary artery stenosis in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus
Chinese Journal of Endocrinology and Metabolism 2014;30(2):96-100
Objective To investigate the relationship between glucose variability and severity of coronary artery stenosis in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM).Methods One hundred hospitalized patients with T2DM(55 males and 45 females,39-81 years old) who had undergone angiography were included in the study from February 2012 to October 2012.They were divided into 2 groups:(1) 60 patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)as experimental group and (2) 40 patients without coronary heart disease as control group. All participants underwent selective coronary angiography to evaluate the severity of coronary artery stenosis (Gensini score) and continuous glucose monitoring(CGM) for 72 h.The correlation was analyzed between biochemical findings, and Gensini scores between the 2 groups. The comparison between 2 groups was performed with LSD test, correlation analysis with Pearson correlation and multiple stepwise regression analysis.Result Compared with the levels of largest amplitude of blood glucose excursion (LAGE),standard deviation of blood glucose (SDBG),mean amplitude of glycemic excursion (MAGE),postprandial glucose excursion (MPPGE),and absolute means of daily differences (MODD) in control group [(8.1 ± 2.1),(1.9 ± 0.5),(4.8 ± 1.3),(4.5 ± 1.4),and (2.4 ± 0.8) respectively],the levels in the experimental group[(11.3 ± 3.5),(3.2 ± 1.2),(7.0 ± 2.6),(6.4 ± 1.9),and (3.1 ± 1.3)] were higher respectively.MPPGE,MODD,LAGE,and C-reactive protein(CRP) were positively related to Gensini score(r were 0.498,0.246,and 0.227,all P<0.05),while left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) was negatively related to Gensini score(r=-0.261,P<0.05).Multiple stepwise regression analysis indicated that MPPGE and LVEF were independent risk factors of Gensini score (Y =59.727 + 11.779 × MPPGE-1.437 × LVEF).Conclusion Glucose variability in patients with T2DM and CHD was markedly enhanced.MPPGE was positively correlated with the severity of coronary artery stenosis in patients with T2DM and CHD.
