1.Diagnosis and managements of intracranial aneurysms with three-dimensional CT angiography
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 2003;0(06):-
Objective:To explore of clinical value of three-dimensional computed tomography angiography(3D-CTA) in the etiological diagnosis and management of intracranial aneurysm. Methods:One hundred and fifteen patients with spontaneous SAH admitted from September 2007 to August 2008 were examined with 3D-CTA,and were examined with digital subtracted angiography(DSA),and eighty nine patients were found suffering from intracranial aneurysm which underwent DSA.Repeated 3D-CTA was performed 1 week after clipping in eighty one patients or embolization in eignt cases. The findings of 3D-CTA were compared with the results of DSA.Results:A total of ninty seven aneurysms in eighty nine cases were detected by 3D-CTA,but DSA revealed ninty three anurysms.DSA confirmed the findings of CTA except for five cases of small anterior communicating aneurysms and three cases posterior communicating aneurysms which were demonstrated by 3D-CTA and verified by surgery but missed by DSA and four cases which were found by DSA and verified by surgery but missed by 3D-CTA.The sensitivity of 3D-CTA to diagnose the intracranial aneurysms is 95.6% and the specificity is 100% and the accuracy is 96%.The diagnose accordance rate among 3D-CTA and DSA and/or surgery is 88.1%.Conclusion:3D-CTA and 2D-DSA and/or surgery have high diagnose accordance rate, and we should combine the two diagnostic techniques to examine intracranial aneurysms accurately.
2.Treatment of Partial Epilepsy with Oxcarbazepine in 64 Children
Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2004;0(07):-
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and adverse events of oxcarbazepine(OXC) on the children with partial epilepsy.Met-hods Sixty-four children with partial epilepsy were divided into 2 groups.Forty-one newly diagnosed patients who had never accepted standard therapy entered monotherapy group, and 23 patients who had many anti-epileptic drug(AEDs) in turn with poor efficacy served as add-on therapy group. The initial dose was 4-8 mg/(kg?d).The dosage was increased by one time every 2 weeks, and should not exceed 10 mg/(kg?d) in each time. The maintenance dose was 28-40 mg/(kg?d).With open-label autocontrol method, the efficacy and adverse events of OXC were analyzed during the first 6 months of treatment both in 2 groups. Results The effective rates were 85.4%,69.6% and 79.7%,in monotherapy,add-on therapy and total groups. The seizure free rates were 53.7%,17.4% and 40.6%.It showed that the seizure frequencies between 2 groups at 6 months after therapy were significantly difference(P0.05).The common adverse events were dizziness, headache, fatigue and nausea.Six patients had dropped out because of rashes, however, they all recovered after drug withdrawal and nonspecific therapy. Conclusion The efficacy of OXC is sustained with good safety and tolerability profiles on the treatment of children patients with partial epilepsy.
3.Research on platelet-derived growth factor and diabetic foot
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2016;23(15):2391-2393
Platelet -derived growth factor (PDGF)is an important factor of promoting cell growth which has a physiological role ranging from DNA synthesis, cell mitosis inducement, promotion on a variety of extracellular matrix accumulation as well as impact on the cell phenotype and growth.Studies showed that PDGF played an important role in growth and proliferation of vascular and nerve. It has a significant effect on accelerating tissue repair and promoting healing of chronic diabetic foot ulcers.
4.Research progress of the diagnosis and treatment of diabetic cardiomyopathy
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2016;23(11):1748-1750
Objective Diabetic cardiomyopathy is a heart disease that excludes coronary heart disease, hypertensive heart disease and other heart diseases, and patients with diabetes mellitus prone to cardiac structural and functional changes.Echocardiography is often the first choice of examination methods, and nuclear magnetic resonance and nuclear magnetic resonance imaging is a new method to observe the changes of myocardial fibrosis and myocardial metabolism. In the treatment, need to a variety of methods to intervene, such as blood glucose control, using statin lipid -lowering drugs, angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor, angiotensin receptor blocking agent, beta blockers, antioxidants, and traditional Chinese medicine etc.
5.Update on thyroid transplantation
Chinese Journal of Endocrinology and Metabolism 2016;32(8):704-706
[Summary] Transplantation of human cell, tissue or organ is an effective means to cure completely the disease. Animal experiments and clinical studies have demonstrated that the efficacies of transplantation are obvious in the treatment of hypothyroidism. In recent years, thyroid stem cell transplantation has drawn much attention, embryonic stem cells, bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells and adult stem cells had also made progress in clinical investigations. Especially the embryonic stem cell transplantation has been used successfully in animal experiments. It provided a new perspective for clinical thyroid transplantation, but it also faces many problems to solve.

Journal of Environment and Health 1993;0(01):-
Objective To screen and seperate nitrobacteria that could be used to treat nitrogenous compound pollution. Methods Autotrophic nitrite-oxidizing microorganisms were screened by enrichment culture from soil. After morphological and biological detection, primers were designed to detect the distinctive gene norB of nitrobacteria. The PCR production was se-quenced,and the homology was identified according to the sequence in Genbank. Results One strain of bacterium was screened that could oxidize nitrite. This bacterium was small,light-yellow bacilli. The expected-size DNA fragments could be amplicated by PCR.The sequence of a PCR production was blasted in Genbank and showed99%consistent with norB gene of N hamburgensis. Conclusion It was preliminarily confirmed that the microorganism screened in this study might be nitrobac-terium.

International Eye Science 2014;(8):1533-1534
AIM: To explore the surgical methods and clinical effects on young patients with congenital lower eyelid entropion.
METHODS: There were 27 patients ( 45 cases ) who suffered congenital lower eyelid entropion accepted the modified blepharosphincterectomy. The clinical effects and complications were evaluated.
RESULTS: After followed up for 6mo, 42 eyes were fully recovered, 3 eyes were unsuccessful and the cure rate was 93%, 5 eyes suffered minor lower eyelid skin folds, none had lower eyelid retraction and ectropion.CONCLUSION: Modified blepharosphincterectomy is an ideal cosmetic surgical treatment for young patients with congenital lower eyelid entropion. It is an effective surgical treatment with fewer complications.
