Along with the development of society,people pays more attention to health.Since water resources is increasingly missing with depravation,the water quality analysis technique gets a value increasingly,which promotes the development of portable water quality instrument.This paper expounds the present situation and future prospects of portable water quality instrument,puts forward its application in army,aquiculture and enviroment,and enumerates the main technique parameters of several instruments both here and abroad.

Processed by the MATLAB-based wavelet analysis,normal EEG signal is used as stimulating source to stimulate brain at proper points for insomnia treatment.This paper explains the design principle of the instrument as well as the hardware structure and the software implementation.

Iontophoresis possesses the unique superiority as an effective way for promoting the permeability in a therapy system which gives medicine through human' skin directly.It has been developing very quickly in recent years.The application of DC,pulse DC and the electroporation causes the flux greatly enhanced,especially the application of electroporation which can fast reduced the skin resistance and enhance the flux for its reversible function to the skin.What's more,there has been an improved way for iontophoresis now,which uses the AC with an offset of DC.This method can stabilize the skin resistance so as to stabilize the human epidermis membrane parameters,including the pore area,the pore distribution,the pore surface charge density,thus keeping the flux constant.

Objective To explore the effect of two different position fixing methods on position deviation of different directions and lesions in patients with lung cancer receiving radiotherapy .Methods 100 cases were randomly selected and divided into the two groups .Group A included 50 cases using thermoplastic membrane and group B included 50 cases using vacuum cushion .Position deviations of different directions and lesions of the two groups were observed and compared .Results The forward and backward directions′position deviation of group A was significantly lower than that of group B(t=3.67,P=0.00).The total position deviation of group A was significantly lower than that of group B(t=2.83,P=0.00).The position deviation in the middle of lung field of group A was significantly lower than group B(t =4.26,P=0.00).The repositioning cases of group A accounted for 30.00%(15/50)and group B accounted for 56.00%(28/50).The difference was significant (χ2 =6.90,P=0.00).Conclusion Using thermoplastic membrane as position fixing method in patients with lung cancer receiving radiotherapy can reduce position deviation .

Objective To explore the setup errors of two different position fixing techniques in radiotherapy for thoracic canc -er, and analyze and compare the accuracy and repeatability of the two different techniques .Methods Sixty four patients with thoracic cancer were selected in our hospital from December 2011 to June 2013 .All patients received radiotherapy .Patients were divided into two groups by means of random number table .Each group had 32 cases.The low-temperature thermoplastic membrane group used ther-moplastic membrane method to fix position while vacuum bag group with negative pressure fixed position by vacuum bag method .The setup errors in the right/left direction (X-axis), anterior/posterior direction (Z-axis), head/foot direction (Y-axis) and three dimen-sional directions ( I) were compared and analyzed between the two groups .Results The low-temperature thermoplastic membrane group was able to reduce the setup errors significantly in the Z-axis (1.13 ±0.33 /2.33 ±1.24, P <0.05).The differences of setup errors in X-axis, Y-axis and I between the two groups were not significant ( P >0.05).Conclusions Position fixing technique with low-temperature thermoplastic membrane can help to fix position in radiotherapy for thoracic cancer , reduce the setup errors in the Z-axis, and improve the setup accuracy .

Objective To investigate the changes of saliva biochemical parameters in the dynamic evolution of “normal constitution - kidney deficiency constitution - kidney deficiency syndrome”.Methods Totally 24 male and female SD rats of 3 months old (12 male rats and 12 female rats) were put in packet pair cage. Pregnant rats were randomly divided intoⅠ andⅡ groups, 6 rats in each group.Ⅰ group was without intimidation during pregnancy, with normal feeding, and then after the birth, 20 rats were randomly selected as normal control group and kidney deficiency syndrome model group, 10 rats in each group, half male and half female.Ⅱ group, from gestation day 2, was given intimidation until postnatal. 10 half male and half female rats were randomly selected as model group of kidney deficiency constitution. Rats in each group received normal feeding conditions for 6 weeks. The kidney deficiency syndrome model group was given intramuscular injection of hydrocortisone 25 mg/kg body weight every day, while normal control group and kidney deficiency constitution model group were injected with the same amount of normal saline for 10 consecutive days. The changes of salivary biochemical parameters were observed in each group of rats.Results Compared with the normal control group, salivary pH in the kidney deficiency constitution group and kidney deficiency syndrome group significantly increased (P<0.01). CK, ALT, AST, ALP levels in the kidney deficiency constitution group were reduced, but the contents of K, P, TP, AMY increased. The levels of CK, ALT, AST, ALP and LDH in the kidney deficiency syndrome decreased, while the contents of K, P, TP, and AMY increased (P<0.05,P<0.01). Compared with the kidney deficiency constitution group, the content of LDH in the kidney deficiency syndrome group decreased (P<0.05).Conclusion Rat saliva composition changes did occur in the kidney deficiency constitution group and kidney deficiency syndrome group.

ObjectiveTo summarize the method and experience of the model of rat heterotopic heart transplantation and to improve the rate of success of the experiment.Methods120 heterotopic heart transplantations were performed by Ono's way,including 60 prepared transplantations and 60 formal transplantations.ResultsRate of success of prepared transplantations was 45％,and formal transplantation was 85％.Mean time of formal operation was (74.3±17.1)min,removal time of the donor heart was (7.9±4.2)min,ischemia time was (29.6±10.3) min and the survival time of allograft was (11.1±5.7)days.5 of the recipients had a long-term survival,and the maximum weight was 740 g.ConclusionsGood surgical technique and rigorous perioperative management is very important in setting up the rat model of heterotopic heart transplantation.

Purpose To clarify the role of KAI1/CD82 in metastasis of nasopharyngeal carcinom and to evaluate the clinical efficacy of KAI1/CD82-expressing EPCs in the prevention of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Method Umbilical vein-derived EPCs were infected with KAI1/CD82-expressing lenti-virus to get a KAI1/CD82-overexpressing EPC cell line (KAI1/CD82-EPCs).A xenograft mouse model of human nasopharyngeal carcinoma was established,and KAI1/CD82-EPCs were injected through the tail vein.The effect of the KAI1/CD82-EPCs on growth and metastasis of the xenograft was observed.Results Time required for tumor formation was 14.70 ± 3.81,15.05 ±3.85,14.20 ± 3.55 days respectively for the EPCs,EPCs-NC,and KAI1/CD82-EPCs groups,with no significant difference among the three groups (P =0.771).Weight of the xenograft was (1.388 ±0.204) g,(1.487 ±0.223) g,(1.485 ±0.234) g respectively for the EPCs,EPCs-NC,and KAI1/CD82-EPCs groups,with no significant difference (P =0.274).Rate of lung metastasis was 55％,45％ and 10％ for the EPCs,EPCs-NC,and KAI1/CD82-EPC groups,and the difference was significant (P =0.005).Number of metastatic lesions was 34.27 ± 5.35,38.44 ± 9.63,17.50 ± 3.54 for the three groups,and the difference was also significant (P =0.007).Immunohistochemistry indicated positive KAI1/CD82 expression in metastatic lesion of the KAI1/CD82-EPCs group,but no KAI1/CD82 expression in the EPCs group or EPCs-NC group.Conclusion KAI1/CD82-expressing EPCs inhibits lung metastasis of the xenograft mouse model of human nasopharyngeal carcinoma.

Objective To investigate the mutation phenomenon of 20 autosomal STR loci in Henan Han population. Methods A total of 3011 parentage confirmed cases were collected to screen mutation events, ascertain the source of mutation, calculate mutation rate, analyze mutation rules and compare with the mutation condition of populations in different regions. Results 76 mutation events were observed in 19 STR loci, the average and accumulative mutation rate reached to 0.08% and 1.6629%, respectively. The ration of paternal versus maternal mutation was 8:1. Mutation rates of Penta E and D12S391 loci in Henan Han population were lower than the Han population of northern China(P<0.05); the mutation rate of CSF1PO locus were lower than Guangdong population and Yunan Han population(P<0.05); the mutation rates of D6S1043 and D12S391 loci were lower than Guangdong population(P<0.05). Conclusion STR mutation events were common in paternity testing. Region differences among mutation rate were significant.
