Objective To study the effect of climate change on physiological indexes of elderly people.Methods From January,2006 to January,2007,30 elderly couples were selected and blood pressure,pulse,body weight were investigated.The weather data was collected.Results The lowest value of body weight appeared in February in normotensive subjects,in September in hypertension subjects.The lowest value of body temperature in two groups appeared in February and March.The lowest value of pulse appeared in March and April in normotensive subjects,in September in hypertension subjects.The curve of blood pressure change(SBP and DBP) presented"V"in two groups.The lowest value appeared in summer(July-September).The highest value appeared in winter(December-February).The blood pressure in winter was higher than that in summer(P

ObjectiveTo assess right ventricular diastolic function in patients with essential hypertension using tricuspid valve flow spectrum and tricuspid annulars motion dectected by echocardiography. MethodsAccording to Ganau′s categories, 124 patients with essential hypertension were enrolled,which were divided into four groups:normal left ventricular configurational group (group Ⅰ, n =32 ), centripetal reconstruction group (group Ⅱ, n =30), centripetal hypertrophy group ( group Ⅲ, n =32), eccentric hypertrophy group ( group Ⅳ, n =30 ). Control group consisted of 35 normal subjects pulsed wave Doppler(PW) data and tissue Doppler imaging(TDI) data were acquired from tricuspid and its' annulus respectively on apical four chamber view. ResultsEPA > 1 was observed in control group as well as group Ⅰ and Ⅱ ,while E/A < 1 in group Ⅲ and group Ⅳ ,there were significant differences between them. Em/Am < 1 was observed in all of patients with hypertension,there were significant differences among them( P < 0.05 ) .ConclusionTissue Doppler imaging was more sensitive than pulse Doppler in evaluating decreased right ventricular diastolic function in patients with essential hypertension, and the decrement of the function was different in degree based on variant left ventricular configurations.
3.Study on reducing red blood cell transfusion mechanism of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objective:To explore the Chinese medicine to reduce red blood cell transfusion mechanism, anemia treatment and provide a theoretical basis for patients with severe hypoxic ischemic symptoms.Methods: in our hospital from 2012 May to 2013 May in our hospital were severe anemia in 96 cases, according to the order of admission, were randomly divided into study group(48 cases) and control group(48 cases), study group was treated with Chinese medicine Yiqi Buxue cream treatment, the control group using sugar iron injection treatment, treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Results: the treatment group the total effective rate was 97.9% in treatment group, the total effective rate was 87.5%, and there was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05). Study group Hb after treatment was (106.43±13.08) g/L, the control group after treatment Hb(98.69±14.25)g/L, there was significant difference between two groups(t=13.26,P<0.05). After treatment, study group MCV, MCH, MCHC improvement, compared with the control group with statistical significance; the two groups in the improvement of red blood cell morphology were obvious effect, and the study group was better than control group. Statistical significance of group SF after treatment and the control group at the same time difference(t=11.28,P<0.05). The control group had 10 cases of gastrointestinal discomfort, study group 1 cases of no adverse reaction.Conclusion: TCM symptoms of Chinese medicine Yiqi Buxue cream treatment can significantly improve the syndrome of blood deficiency of iron deficiency anemia, reduce the number and the number of red blood cell transfusion, clinical curative effect, less adverse reaction.
4.Study on correlation between homocysteine and diabetes mellitus

Objective To explore the correlation between homocysteine(Hcy),lipids amd type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). Methods The laboratory test results of 533 cases of patients with T2DM(T2DM group)and 362 cases of healthy individuals (healthy control group)were retrospectively analyzed.Results The serum levels of Hcy and rates of abnormal serum cholesterol (TC),triacylglycerol(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)levels in the T2DM group were higher than those in the healthy control group,had statistically significant differences(P <0.05).Conclusion The high serum level of Hcy and abnormal lipid metabolism are correlated with T2DM,which might be risk factors of diabetes mel-litus and cardiovascular disease.
5.Study on nonlinear dynamic characteristic indexes of epileptic electroencephalography and electroencephalography subbands.

Electroencephalogram (EEG) is the primary tool in investigation of the brain science. It is necessary to carry out a deepgoing study into the characteristics and information hidden in EEGs to meet the needs of the clinical research. In this paper, we present a wavelet-nonlinear dynamic methodology for analysis of nonlinear characteristic of EEGs and delta, theta, alpha, and beta sub-bands. We therefore studied the effectiveness of correlation dimension (CD), largest Lyapunov exponen, and approximate entropy (ApEn) in differentiation between the interictal EEG and ictal EEG based on statistical significance of the differences. The results showed that the nonlinear dynamic char acteristic of EEG and EEG subbands could be used as effective identification statistics in detecting seizures.

6.Perioperative nursing for patients with combined endoscopic nephroureterectomy

Objective In order to know the operative key points of combined endoscopic nephroureterectomy. Methods Retrospective analyzed 16 patients with combined endoscopic nephroureterec-tomy, and then summarized perioperative nursing points. Results All the patients had successful operation without any complications. Conclusions Careful perioperative nursing are the guarantee for successful oper-ation, which can effective promote the rehabilitation for patients.
7.Total flavonoid extracted from Sophara japonica buds with assistant of laccase from endophytic Fusarium sp. C-8

Objective To study the application of extracellular laccase from endophytic fungi to total flavonoid extraction. Methods The extracellular laccase vitality of an endophytic Fusarium sp.C-8 from Artemisa annua reached 36.1 U/mL when the fungus was cultivated in revised PDA medium with initial pH 7.0 at 20℃ on a rotary shaker incubator for 6 d. The crude laccase from the cultural medium was applied for extraction of flavonoid from the buds of Sophara japonica. The optimization on the ratio of dry buds to crude enzyme liquid,temperature,time,and pH value was carried out during the process of laccase-assistant treatment. Results After incubation with 40∶1 of crude enzyme (pH 7.0) at 20℃ to dry buds for 1 h,the extraction rate of total flavonoids was 11.4 %,a more increase of 28.7 % than that in regular extraction process. Conclusion The results present a practical method of laccase-assistant extraction process on total flavones in S. japonica buds.
8.Comparison of radiobiological models for evaluation of radiotherapy treatment planning of breast cancer

Objective To find an appropriate r3diobiological model for analyzing the biological effect of the radiotherapy for breast cancer by comparing different results computed by various types of radiobiological models. Methods DVHs database simulating breast conserving radiotherapy was set up,based on clinical DVHs data of the heart.the lung and PTV of 22 patients with early breast cancer given conventional tangential radiotherapy.Two models assessing NTCP of radiation pneumonitis and cardiac mortality and four models assessing TCP were compared by analyzing the effects of the parameters and DVH database input methods on the results. Results When mean irradiation dose of the whole lung was 30 Gy.the incidence of radiation pneumonitis was 32%and 54%predicted by NTCP-RSM model and NTCP-Lyman model,respectively.When 1%cardiac mortality of radiation was assumed,28 Gy and 40 Gy isodose should cover the heart assessed by the two models.The mean TCP were 21.1%.80.8%.38.4%and 41.0%when assessed by LQ-Poisson-TCP,Zaider-TCP,Poisson-TCP and Logit-TCP models,respectively.Setting various differential DVH(dDVH)bins had very few effect on the NTCP/TCP results in a certain model.Adopting physical dose or LQED2 affected the results with greater resu]ts for physical dose.Variation in α or β value,tumor cell density and D50 had significant effect upon TCP results in LQ-Poisson-TCP(P:0.000). Conclusions NTCP-Lyman model is better for predicting the incidence of radiation pneumonitis while NTCP-RSM model is better for predicting radiation-induced cardiac mortality.LQ-Poisson-TCP is the best TCP model for clinical application.Parameters selected for model can significantly affect the results.It is imporrant to understand the distinct characteristics of different models.
9.Review on Research of Compatibility Mechanism of Chemical Ingredients in Prescriptions with Radix et Rhizoma Rhei

According to present reports, researches on herbal compatibility mechanism were mainly fo-cused on the comparison of content changes of active ingredients before and after. In oder to provide references, this review was made on researches of compatibility mechanism of prescriptions and paired drugs for ingredients of Radix et Rhizoma Rhei from research actuality.
10.A study of deformable image registration of high-dose-rate brachytherapy CT image to intensity modulated radiation therapy CT image

Objective To study a novel method for the high-dose-rate brachytherapy (HDR) CT image to the intensity modulated radiation therapy (IMRT) CT image deformable image registration and dose accumulation.Methods The applicator in the HDR CT image is first segmented and removed,then a deflation step is performed on the applicator-free HDR CT image by solving the Navier-Stokes equation.Demons algorithm is utilized to register the deflated HDR CT image to the IMRT CT image,along with the HDR dose.The deformed HDR dose is then added on the IMRT dose and yield the final accumulated dose.Results The HDR CT image and IMRT CT image,as well as the corresponding dose distribution,from five cervical cancer patients are used for evaluation of the proposed algorithm,the results show that the proposed method can effectively get rid of the influence of the applicator and produce an accurate accumulated dose.Conclusions Dose accumulation and supervision is an important step in adaptive radiotherapy for accurate dose delivery and treatment plan re-optimization.The proposed method in this study can effectively accumulate the HDR dose to the IMRT dose domain,and the accuracy is proved to be sufficient for clinical needs.
