A cardiac stimulator for rapid atrial pacing animal model was designed in this paper. According to the needs of clinical research, output pulse parameters of the cardiac stimulator can be designed. The cardiac stimulator will be controlled through magnet. Efficiency of the cardiac stimulator was validated by animal experiments.

Objective To investigate the effect of jejunal infusion of amino acids on secretion of gastrointestinal hormone in healthy dogs.Methods Six healthy adult dogs were treated with jejunal fistulas and femoral vein intubation.Twenty-four hours after the operation,solution of 8 different amino acid monomers (experimental group) or normal saline (control group) were infused into the jejunum of the dogs every 24hours.The levels of cholecystokinin (CCK),motilin,and gastrin in the peripheral plasma were measured using radioimmunoassay at the start of infusion (0 minute),and 30,60,90,and 120 minutes after infusion.Results Compared with the control group,the serum CCK level in the phenylalanine group was significantly higher 30 and 60 minutes after infusion [(1.25 ±0.19) ng/L vs.(0.66 ±0.14) ng/L,(1.23 ±0.12) ng/L vs.(0.80 ± 0.03) ng/L,both P ＜ 0.01],while that in the tryptophan group was significantly higher 30 minutes after infusion [(1.08 ±0.26) ng/L vs.(0.66 ±0.14) rig/L,P ＜0.01].The other measurement results showed no statistically significant differences.Conclusions Jejunal infusion of phenylalanine or tryptophan may stimulate the secretion of gastrointestinal hormone to some extent.Aromatic amino acids (phenylalanine and tryptophan) is more potent in triggering the release of CCK than aliphatic (leucine,isoleucine,and methionine) and charged amino acids (aspartic acid,arginine,and glutamate).The mechanism may be related to the properties of the amino acids.

Objective To realize the actuality and analyze the problem of the hospital medicine preparation in Beijing,then to discuss its developing methods.Methods By summarizing questionnaire of the hospital medicine preparation and combining with the problem showed in daily supervision,we analyzed the main existing problems and reasons for hospital medicine preparation and put forward the developing methods.Results The main existing problems of hospital preparation are the decreasing variety of medicine preparation,insufficient infrastructure and software.Conclusion Therefore we should enhance the input on the infrastructure,set up the software,improve the quality of the staff,and consummate the regulation means and system.

Objective To investigate the clinical significance of detecting mammaglobin in sentinel lymph nodes(SLN) of breast cancer. Methods In 32 breast cancer patients, methylene blue was injected around parechyma of breast cancer to locate the SLNs, and nested RT PCR(reverse transcriptase polgmecane chain reaction) was used to examine the expression of mammaglobin mRNA. OBJECTIVE To identify the antibiotic resistance,homology and the carbapenemases determinants of imipenem-resistant strains of Acinetobacter baumannii isolated from elderly in the Zhejiang Hospital.METHODS All 142 strains of A.baumannii were isolated from Zhejiang Hospital through Jan 2005 to Jan 2007.K-B method was used to screen imipenem-resistant strains.The MICs of imipenem-resistant strains to 14 antimicrobial agents were determined by agar dilution method.The homology of these isolates was analyzed by pulse-field gel electrophoresis(PFGE).The coding genes of carbapenamases and the gene environments were investigated by PCR,clone,and sequencing.RESULTS Ninety-seven strains of imipenem-resistant A.baumannii were isolated from 142 strains.All of the strains of carbapenem resistant A.baumannii belonged to 4 epidemic PFGE-clones.Ninety carbapenem resistant strains contained OXA-23-like carbapenemase gene and 91 isolates were positive for OXA-51-like gene. OXA-23-like gene of 86 strains was just on the down-stream of insert sequence ISAba1.OXA-51-like gene of 6 strains had an ISAba1 sequence just on the up-stream.CONCLUSIONS All imipenem-resistant strains of A.baumannii are pan-resistant isolates.Clone dissemination is the most important style of strains spread.No OXA-24-like,OXA-58like,IMP-like,and VIM-like gene are detected.OXA-23-like and OXA-51-like gene are the most popular carbapenemases coding genes of these strains in the Zhejiang Hospital.ISAba1 has close relationship with OXA type carbapenemases genes in Zhejiang Hospital.
