Promotion of outstanding people to head nurses is key to hospital nursing management.In view of the current shortcomings in the analysis of appraisal data and the interpretation of appraisal results,the analysis of means(ANOM)method is introduced to the process of hospital human resource management.The proposed method aims to solve the problem when the score differences between interviewers are great and the score differences between candidates are small.An example for head nurses' promotion appraisal in a hospital is offered to demonstrate that statistical tools can provide the decision support for hospital personnel selection.Finally,the application differences between ANOM and analysis of variance(ANOVA) in human resources appraisal are compared.

Objective To explore the relationship between the change of serum ferritin level and acute lung injury.Methods 192 cases living hospital patients with critical factor of acute lung injury were divided into two groups:acute lung injury group(study group,52 cases)and having critical factor of acute lung injury but not devel- oped acute lung injury group(control group,140 cases).50 people at the same time were selected as normal group. Abstract: Objective　To explore the relationship between body mass index (BMI), waist-hip ratio (WHR) and the risk of gout in Urumqi. Methods　A total of 516 male patients with gout in a third-class hospital in Urumqi from 2015 to 2019 were randomly selected as the gout group and 516 male healthy subjects in the same hospital as the control group. The relevant blood biochemical indexes were examined and analyzed. Blood pressure, waist circumference and hip circumference were measured. Body mass index and waist-to-hip ratio were calculated. Logistic regression model was used to analyze the relationship between overweight / obesity, waist-to-hip ratio and the risk of gout. The test level is α = 0.05. Results　Uric acid, glucose, urea nitrogen, creatinine, triglyceride, low-density lipoprotein, systolic blood pressure, weight and waist circumference in gout group were higher than those in control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05); There were no significant differences in age, height and diastolic blood pressure between the two groups (P<0.05). There was a positive correlation between BMI and WHR and the occurrence of gout (r=0.272, 0.345, P<0.05). There were significant differences in BMI, WHR and waist circumference between the gout group and the control group（χ2= 55.338, 54.928, 54.153, P<0.05）. After adjusting for age, aerobic exercise and other confounding factors, the results of multi-factor unconditional Logistic regression analysis showed that the odds ratio (OR) of gout in patients with BMI of 24.00-27.99 kg/m2 and ≥28.00 kg/m2 was 2.005 (1.337-3.006) and 2.677 (1.668-4.296) times higher than that of patients with normal BMI, respectively. The OR value of gout in patients with WHR≥0.90 was 1.668 times higher than that in patients with normal WHR, and the difference was statistically significant. The results of subgroup analysis according to age are generally similar. Conclusions　The BMI and WHR of man with gout in Urumqi are higher than those of normal people, and BMI, waist circumference and WHR are all associated with the incidence of gout. The risk of gout increases with the increase of BMI and WHR.

Membrane proteins are the main undertakers of biofilm function, and also the most important target group for innovative drug discovery and research. About 60% of drugs targets are membrane proteins. Due to the obvious aggregation and denaturation tendency of membrane proteins in aqueous solution, it is difficult to simulate the membrane like environment to maintain the correct conformation of membrane proteins in vitro, which results in the slower-growing research on the structure and function of membrane proteins and related ligand drugs than that of water-soluble proteins. Membrane protein stabilization technology is the premise of establishing high specificity, high sensitivity and high throughput drug screening methods for membrane protein ligands, which is of great significance. In this paper, some techniques for stable separation and purification of membrane proteins are reviewed, including detergents, artificial membranes, polymers, lentiviral particles and so on, as well as their specific applications in drug screening.

Panax notoginseng (PN) is one of the commonly used clinical medicines for cardiovascular diseases and possesses a variety of pharmacological effects. P. notoginseng saponins (PNS) are the most important bioactive components in PN. The purpose of this study was to explain the mechanism of PNS on molecular network level. 18 targets of the main medicinal ingredients of PNS were gained by virtual screening based on pharmacophores and data mining. A protein interaction network of PNS was constructed with 189 nodes and 721 interactions. By a graph theoretic clustering algorithm Molecular Complex Detection (MCODE), 14 modules were detected. Gene ontology (GO) enrichment analysis of the modules demonstrated that the roles of PNS played in cardiovascular disease related to multiple biological processes, which could represent the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) as a whole to regulate the disease. The results showed that the blood circulation and hemostasis efficacy of PN related with the biological processes such as positive regulation of cAMP metabolic and biosynthetic process, platelet activation and regulation of blood vessel size, regulation of T cell proliferation and differentiation and so on. Therefore, the module-based network analysis will be an effective method for better understanding TCM.

To explore the related risk factors and outcome in pregnancy- induced hypertension patients with Ⅲ phase of retinopathy.
●METHODS: A total of 105 pregnancy - induced hypertension patients with Ⅲ phase of retinopathy in our hospital from Januany 2012 to December 2013 were enrolled. Clinical date of them were collected to analyze.
●RESULTS: The occurrence of pregnancy - induced hypertension patients with Ⅲ phase of retinopathy were positively correlated with the course of the disease, blood pressure, proteinuria, and it was higher occurred in cold winter and spring, timely termination of pregnancy and appropriate hormone therapy can promote the recovery of vision, and improve outcomes of pregnancy.
●CONCLUSlON: The occurrence of pregnancy - induced hypertension patients with Ⅲ phase of retinopathy associated with season and disease severity. Timely treatment can restore normal vision, improve maternal and neonatal prognosis. Routine examination of fundus examination should be used as the pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome.

Objective To study the expression characteristics of Let-7 genes in breast cancer.Methods Twenty-eight patients with breast cancer were randomly selected,and their cancer tissue and adjacent normal tissue were collected.TRIzol was used to extract the total RNA and real-time quantitative PCR was used to detect the relative gene expression levels.Results The expression of precursor Let-7 in cancer tissue was (9.65 ± 2.31),which was lower than that in normal tissue (10.05 ± 2.81),P =0.048.Precursor Let-7 had dependence relationship with the long menstruation (b =0.816,P =0.029).The menarche age showed a positive correlation with precursor Let-7 in normal tissue (r =0.502,P =0.048) and a negative correlation in cancer tissue (r =-0.484,P =0.049) Conclusions The expression of precursor Let-7 in cancer tissue is lower than that in normal tissue.The period of menstruation is a protective factor to breast cancer.

Objective To analyze the equity of health human resource allocation in public hospitals of Zhaotong city during 2008-2012,and to provide theoretical basis for the reasonable allocation of health resources.Methods The statistical description was used to analyze the number of the medical health resource,and Gini coefficient and Theli index were used to analyze the equity of health resource allocation in public hospitals of Zhaotong city.Results The amount of medical health resource showed an increasing tendency with low speed,and gaps among different areas were still existed.From 2008 to 2012,Gini coefficients of three medical health resources including the doctors,nurses and health technicians were all under 0.3.And the fluctuant tendency of the Theli Indexes and Gini coefficients were accordant with no significant increase or decrease as a whole.The combination of differences within region and difference between regions leaded to the inequity of health human resource allocation in Zhao tong city,and within region in the contribution rate of the total Theil index was greater than the difference between regions.Conclusions The quantity of health human resource is not enough in Zhaotong.The equity fluctuation of three health resources has no significatnt change.The differences within region mainly cause the inequity of health resource allocation in public hospitals of Zhao tong city.
