Objective:To repair the bone defect from gunshot wounds immediately with iliac bone graft with muscle pedicle or vascular pedicle. Methods:Fifteen bone defects of femur shaft from gunshot wounds of 15 patients have been repaired immediately with iliac bone graft with sartorius mus- cle pedicle or ascending branch of lateral femoral circumflex artery pedicle since 1985.There were 13 male patients and 2 female patients with an age range of 18 to 50.Of the 15 fractured,12 were classified as Winquis-Hansen type Ⅲ and 3 were type Ⅳ.Results:All of the patients were followed up for a period of 3 to 24 months and had a excellent bone union. The mean time to bone union was 16 weeks. The mo- tion range of knee was 100 to 132;with an average of 125.Conclusion:Iliac bone graft with sartorius muscle pedile or ascending branch of lateral femoral circumflex artery pedicle could be resected easi- ly.The vascularized iliac bone with independent blood supplies filled up the defected area of bone and improved the blood supplies of the local regions, thus accelerating bone union.

Objective To explore the relationship between predictable ocular motor control and cognitive function in Parkinson's disease(PD). Methods Videonystagmography was used to examine 24 patients with idiopathic PD(PD group) and 24 healthy controls(control group) on predictable ocular motor control. The accuracies of saccade were compared between two groups. The correlation among accuracy for predictive saccade(latency

Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 1993;0(05):-
Many factors can result in X ray film overthick and overthin in medical X-ray radiation. In order to ensure the correctness of diagnosis and the focus can be presented at the proper time,it is very im- portant for the overthick and overthin film to be processed and corrected. It has been proved through the test that the satisfied result can be reached through the proper regulating measure such as making a copy of a film.

Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a kind of chronic, progressive, multiple, invasive autoimmune disease with two chief cclinical manifestations arthrosynovitis and ex-arthrosis, easy to occur in middle-aged women, also occur in children and the elderly, is characterized by progressive and break out repeatedly. RA pathogenesis is complex, there is no special treatment, used in treatment of R drug varied, new drugs and new therapies also emerge in endlessly, main including non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), slow action anti-rheumatism medicine (SAARDs), glucocorticoids (GCs), biological agent, traditional Chinese medicine and traditional Chinese medicine preparations, domestic market for rheumatoid main drug treatment are NSAIDs, SAARDs, GCs, traditional Chinese medicine and traditional Chinese medicine preparations. Traditional Chinese medicine and traditional Chinese medi- cine preparations for the treatment of RA have its unique advantages, show the characteristics of overall adjustment, multi-level and multiple targets, and also can alleviate and against side effects of western medicine. In recent years, more and more get people's atten- tion. This paper reviewed the research progress and treatment features of commonly used therapeutic agents for the treatment of RA in recent years, which provides reference and basis for future medicine anti-RA.

Dietary surveyis a method to evaluate whether dietary intake meets body requirements by recording food consumed during a certain period.Widely-used dietary survey methods include:24 h dietary recall, dietary record, food frequency questionnaire and dietary history questionnaire.Since each method has its own advantages and limitations, researchers need to choose appropriate methods according to research purposes, accuracy requirements, availability of resources, etc.Obese children who are the focus and the major difficulty in dietary survey,it is important to choose an appropriate survey method. This article reviews widely-used dietary survey methods and evaluates them in the study of obese children related dietary surveys.

Objective To investigate the expression pattern of tropomyosin receptor kinase(Trk)after focal cerebral ischemia in rat,and to explore the relationship between ischemia and the pattern of Trk expression. Methods(The model) of focal cerebral ischemia was built by middle cerebral artery occlusion.Immunocytochemistry staining was used to observe the dynamic changes of Trk expression at different time of acute stage of ischemia, and the patterns at different regions of the striate and hippocampal were detected. Results Trk immuno-positive neurons widely expressed in the normal brain. The number of Trk immuno-positive neurons was decreased abruptly in the necrosis core of the focal cerebral of ischemia, while increased obviously in the penumbra region and the DG area after 6 h of occlusion(P

Objective To explore the effects of chronic levodopa treatment on characteristics of N-methyl-D-aspartate(NMDA) receptor subunit 1(NR1) on the neurons of striatum in rat models of Parkinsonism related motor complications. Methods Rat models(n=25)of Parkinsonism related motor complications were established and were randomly divided into solvent treatment group(n=5,intraperitoneal injection with vitamin C),levodopa chronic treatment group(n=10,intraperitoneal injection with levodopa for 23 d) and MK-801 treatment group(n=10,intraperitoneal injection with MK-801 on d 23 after intraperitoneal injection with levodopa for 22 d).Another 5 rats were served as controls(sham-operation group,n=5).Locomotion changes of rats in MK-801 treatment group were recorded, and NR1 phosphorylation in the other three groups was detected by Western blotting. Results After chronic treatment with levodopa methylester for 1,8,15 and 22 d,rats in MK-801 treatment group displayed shortened rotational duration and increased peak rotation.Compared with d 22,MK-801 both prolonged rotational duration and reduced peak rotation(P0.05).The expression of NR1,phosphorylated NR1S890,NR1S896 and NR1S897 in striatal membranes in levodopa chronic treatment group was increased compared with that of solvent treatment group(P
