Objective To investigate the diagnostic value and feasibility of PTC diagnosis on pancreaticobiliary maljunction (IBM), and to summarize the PTC radiological characteristics of PBM. Methods Clinical findings and cholangiopancreatographic results were analyzed retrospectively for a group of consecutive 363 patients with obstructive jaundice receiving the PTCD therapy. Meanwhile the standard selected for cases and diagnostic conditions were established. The length and diameter of pancreaticobiliary common duct, the diameter of pancreatic duct and common bile duct and the confluence angle were measured respectively. The t test and rank sum test were used to analyze the result statistically. Results Thirty-eight cases were radiologicaUy diagnosed as PBM owing to the reference standard and the detection rate was 10.5% (38/363). The length of common duct was (12.6±7.9)mm. The significant difference existed between it and normal value (6ram) (t=5.15 , P <0.05). The site of duodenal papilla had influence on the length of common duct. The diameter of common bile duct, pancreatic duct and common duct near the confluence are (3.7±1.9 ) mm, (2.4±1.3) mm, (3.3±1.4 ) mm, respectively. There was no statistical difference between them and the normal value (t=1.79,2.85,5.72, P>0.05). Fifteen patients' duodenal papilla located the middle of descending duodenum. The length of common duct was (10.6±9.1)mm , the confluence angle was 51.1°±28.0°, the number of the duodenal papilla locating in the inferior 1/3 of descending duodenum, juncture , horizontal part of duodenum was 10, 8,5, respectively. The length of common duet were (9.9±3.7), ( 18.6±8.9), ( 13.9±3.5 ) mm, respectively. The confluence angle were 54.0°±18.6°、48.7°±12.6°、74.4°±18.5°, respectively . The site of duodenal papilla had significant influence on the length of common duct(X2=14.51, P <0.05). Conclusion PTC is a safe, feasible, method to diagnose PBM, and it demonstrates the characteristic findings of PBM.

Objective To prepare B-lymphoblastoid cell lines of HLA novel allele B*5610 in a family for further study and identification . Method Isolate mononuclear cells under aseptic conditions from the peripheral blood. After infection with Epstein-Barr virus, the cells were cultured in 20% FBS, 2?g/ml CsA RPMI 1640. Results Immortalized B-lymphoblastoid cell lines of five B *5610 carriers in a family were achieved, and the new genes were inherited stably. Conclusion Our work is important for storing and breeding the precious material of biomedicine because the B *5610 genes in the immortalized B-lymphoblastoid cell lines were inherited stably.

Objective:To evaluate the effects of different enamel conditioners in combination with an adhesive on the shear bond strength and the adhesive remnant index in vitro. Methods:One hundred and eight permanent healthy premolars from orthodontic patients and fresh saliva from a healthy young volunteer were collected. The teeth were cleaned, dried and etched by phosphoric acid, polyacrylic acid or Transbond plus SEP respectively(36 teeth for each agent). Then the teeth were bonded to brachet by RMGICs with the presence of water, saliva on the tooth surface or without any of them respectively(12 teeth in each group). After bonding, all samples were tested on a testing machine of Instron.Shear bond strength and adhesive remnant index were recorded. Results:Highest mean shear bond strength was observed in the group of teeth etched by Traspond plus SEP and bonded by RMGICs with the presence of saliva.Higher mean shear bond strength was obtained with the presence of saliva or water on the tooth surface than without any of them. Conclusion:Transbond plus SEP conditioning followed by RMGICs bonding may produce high shear bond strength between moistured tooth surface and brachet.

Gambogic acid-loaded polylacticacid nanoparticles (GA-PLA-NPs) were prepared by modified emulsification solvent diffusion. The shape of nanoparticles was observed by transmission electron microscope (TEM).The size distribution and mean diameter were measured by laser particle size analyzer. The entrapment efficiency and content of drug loading were determined by Ultraviolet Spectrophotometer after ultracentrifugation. GA-PLA-NPs release behavior in vitro was carried out. The acute toxicity were carried out to study the security of GA-PLA-NPs. The preparation process adapted to the formulation was as follows: the volume ratio of the aqueous and organic was 2∶1(v/v), the surfactant concentration in aqueous was 0.5%,the drug concentration in organic was 0.1%(w/v), GA∶PLA was 1∶4(w/w). The mean diameter was 51.36nm for the nanoparticles prepared by above conditions. The entrapment efficiency and content of drug loading were 98.87 % and 13.3 %. The release behavior of drug in vitro showed an initial burst effect with subsequently a slower rate stage. The LD50 value of GA-PLA-NPs on mouse was 26.3 mg/kg. The results showed that the GA-PLA-NPs were well prepared with stable quality and high dispersion. PLA-NPs might be used as a new carrier for gambogic acid.

Myofascial pain syndrome (MPS) is a common skeletal muscle pain and dysfunction, characterized by the presence of myofascial pain points (MTrPs).At present, the main method of locating MTrPs is palpation which has lower intra-rater reliability, and lacks an objective evaluation approach for therapeutic effects. Therefore, the research on objective evaluation of the characteristics of MPS has been receiving great attention. These studies involve stiffness of trigger points, fascia thickness, surface temperature and other aspects through various methods, such as ultrasonic imaging, magnetic resonance imaging, infrared thermal imaging. In this paper, the research progress and methods of MPS in imaging were surveyed, which can provide the basis for the clinical diagnosis and objective evaluation of therapeutic effects.
