Chinese Journal of Sports Medicine 2010;(3):295-298
Objective To study the expression character of CKMB and cTnI presented in long-time in vitro hypoxic myocardial cells, and provide theoretical consult in understanding the mechanism of highly expressing CKMB and cTnI induced by hypoxia in hearts. Methods The myocardial cells were sampled from newborn Wister mice.Two-step RT-PCR and Western Blotting were applied to detect the consecutive expression variation of HIF-1α and CKMB.cTnI both in the supernatant and inner of incubating cells after 40-minute hypoxia intervention. Results There had CKMB appeared in the supernatant within 15min after hypoxic stimulation.with slow increasing along the time. The intracellular CKMB expression got its peak point within 1h,and then descended.1k intracellular CKMB concentration was significantly higher than that of the supernatant of hypoxic myocardial cells within Omin-24h(P<0.05).The cTnI concentration of supematant steeply increased after 1 5min,reaching the peak point within 24h.The intracellular cTnI concentration reached the peaK point within 45min.The significant differences always existed for the cTnI expression between intra-and extra-myocardial cells within 15min-48h(P<0.05),and their increasing tendencies nearly showed synchronism. The intracellular cTnI concentration was lower than that of supernatant 24h later. Conclusion The single persistent hypoxic stimulation could induce the intensive intracellular expression and delivery of CKMB and cTnI in vitro myocardial cells.and the latter probably was caused by the leakage of cell membrane originally provoked by hypoxia.

The phenomenon of recessive absence was initiated by many malpractices in current medical educational system. In this article we try to analyze this phenomenon, speculate the subjective and objective reasons, propose countermeasures such as improving teachers quality, reforming traditional teaching mode, strengthening medical ethics education, enriching teaching means and addressing student-centered lectures.

OBJECTIVE To investigate the feasibility of determining the maximum comfortabl level by using the acoustically evoked stapedius reflex threshold via cochlear implant. METHODS Eleve cases of Nucleus C124 cochlear implant recipients operated in our hospital were selected(8-39 years old, who can decide TIC value by themselves with the postoperative time ranging from device initiation to 1 year after operation),of those four cases were diagnosed as bilateral large vestibular aqueduct syndrome,1 case as common cavity dysplasia,.neural response telemetry of these five patients with inner ear dysplasia were very high or barely measurable.Real-MCL level and acoustically evoked stapedius reflex threshold under activated condition were measured respectively. The stimulating sound was 110dB of white noise.RESULTS The two group values of ASRT and real-MCL were found to be consistant .There is no significant difference statistically (P>0.05). The thresholds of ASR increase with the increasing of real-MCL at the beginning of device initiation. CONCLUSION The acoustically evoked stapedius reflex threshold may reflect (ASRT) the maximum comfortable stimulation level under activated conditions in patients with cochlear implants.it is simple, reliable and may be used to determine the MCL of child cochlear implanted patients.

Objective To explore and analyze the application and problems of esophageal cancer radical opera-tion by thoracoscopy combined with laparoscopy. Methods From July, 2011 to December, 2014, clinical data of 40 patients undergoing esophageal cancer radical operation by thoracoscopy combined with laparoscopy were analyzed retrospectively. Results Except 2 cases being relayed to assisted small thoracic incision because of 1 case with clear tumor invading to trachea and 1 case with obvious tumor invasion to thoracic aortic artery, the remaining 38 cases were successfully completed operation. There were 2 cases with postoperative anastomotic fistula in the neck, 2 cases of anastomotic stenosis and 1 case of hoarseness, there was no perioperative death. Follow-up was within 36 months, 2 patients died 10 months and 24 months after surgery respectively, due to tumor local recurrence. 1 patient with supraclavicular lymph node metastasis underwent local radiation therapy. The remaining was all survival with re-lapse-free. Conclusions Esophageal cancer radical operation by thoracoscopy combined with laparoscopy is a good method with safety and reliability, minimal invasion, fast recovering, and satisfied recent curative effect. It is worthy of applying clinically.

Journal of Kunming Medical University 2016;37(8):51-54
Objective To explore the expression and significance of galectin-3 in COPD and lung cancer. Methods Sixty female SD rats were randomly divided into three groups:COPD group, lung cancer group and the control group with 20 rats in each group.COPD group was given tracheal injection of lipopolysaccharide and exposed to daily cigarette to establish the model.Lung cancer group was injected with 3,4-benzopyrene-corn mixture. The control group was fed normally. After 20 weeks, plasma galectin-3 concentration was assessed in each group using ELISA method. Results The galectin-3 average concentrations of COPD group, lung cancer group and the control group were (8.63 ± 0.46) ng/mL,(9.15 ± 0.69) ng/mL and (4.47 ± 0.51) ng/mL.The average concentrations in COPD and lung cancer groups were higher than that of the control group with a statistically significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion As expressed in COPD and lung cancer,galectin-3 may own a great significance to the occurrence, development and prognosis of COPD and lung cancer.

Breast cancer is a multistep process with abnormalities of some biomarkers.Knowledge of biomarkers can provide prognostic information in addition to the clinicopathologic factors, and is useful to carry out the indiviual treat- ment.In this review,we summarized the most recent work in the field of biological markers used for the prognosis, such as Her-2/neu,P53,BRCA1,Angiogenesis,LOH,et al

Objective To investigate the clinical value of non-invasive atherosclerosis detection technology for the early diagnosis of young type 2 diabetic patients with lower extremity vascular disease .Methods 78 young patients with type 2 diabetes( T2DM group) and 80 cases in the healthy control group were detected some indicators , including upstroke time(UT)%,mean artery pressure(%MAP),the pulse wave speed(baPWV) and ankle-brachial index(ABI) by Omron arteriosclerosis detector. Those items were comprehensively used to evaluate the diabetes patients of lower extremity vascular disease .Results There were statistically significant differences in UT ,%MAP, baPWV and ABI between the T2DM group and the control group(t=4.218,8.798,-3.392,5.136,all P<0.01). ABI of 6 patients was less than 0.9.Moreover,five of these 6 patients examined by color Doppler ultrasound had arte-rial plaque formation. As to patients of ABI >0.9,2 cases of them were promoted lower extremity arterial stenosis and occlusion, and then they were certified by color Doppler ultrasound .Conclusion Non-invasive atherosclerosis detec-tion technology has better accuracy to the diagnosis of young type 2 diabetes patients with atherosclerosis ,and may find patients with blocked arteries earlier ,provide better value for early clinical intervention .
