0.05).The two-week administration of Jianpi Recipe decreased the bloodglucose of diabetic mice.Normal saline had no obvious influence on it.Time-choosing recipe administration could adjust the circadian rhythm of bloodglucose concentration.Administration at 6am was more effective in adjusting bloodglucose rhythm. Conclusion Spleen-reinforcing therapy can decrease the bloodglucose of diabetic mice, and the effect tend to be more obvious with the administration prolonging.Administration at different time exerts different effect on circadian rhythm of bloodglucose concentrations. There exists different effect in different time administration in spleen-reinforcing therapy.

Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 1989;0(01):-
The reverse problem of Electrical impedance tomography(EIT) is a highly ill-posed problem. It is concluded that spatial prior information could improve the final image quality. This paper proposes a new method for obtaining prior information.By this method, the inspected cross-section contour and internal structure for EIT can be achieved.

Objective To investigate the intestinal pathogens in pneumonia children with antibioticassociated diarrhea (AAD).Methods The etiological data of 208 pneumonia children with AAD were analyzed retrospectively. Results The results dictated there were 46 A and/or B toxin-positive samples of Clostridium difficile(CD),and after culturing there were 122 Candida,107 Escherichia coli,42 Staphyloccocus aureus,28 Clostridiurn perfringens,21 Klebsiella oxytoca,18 Enterobacter cloacae,12 Klebsiella pneumoniae,8 Pseudomonas aeruginosa in the fecal specimens of 208 pneumonia children with AAD.Conclusions The pathogens are complicated in pneumonia children with AAD,the highest detection rate are Candida and Escherichia coli. The antibiotic use time of treatment of CD infection AAD and the hospital stay time are the longest,AAD treatment should be made according to different pathogens situation.

Chinese Journal of Integrated Traditional and Western Medicine 2005;25(3):259-262
The clinical thinking modes of "integrative disease and Syndrome" and "integrative macroscopical Syndrome-differentiation and microscopical Syndrome-differentiation" formed in the past half century were merely the primary train of thought and methodology of integrative traditional Chinese and Western medicine. In order to develop them to a higher level, stress should be put on the unity and holism of disordered organism and unity of function, structure and metabolism. It has long been ignored that a parallel and correlated relationship exists between the TCM Syndrome and pathological process of Western medicine, which is a common, set-formed and regular pathophysiological changes with certain development phase, presented in various diseases. Both have common features as that the same pathological process can be seen in different diseases and several pathological progresses can present in one disease, the same Syndrome also can be seen in different diseases and several Syndromes can present in a disease. Moreover, they have the compatible connotation and denotation. The author deduced that pathophysiological basis of main Syndrome is indeed the basic pathological process. Essence of Syndrome is the related pathological processes including abnormal changes in function, metabolism and morphological structure.

Objective To analyze the expression profile of long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) in the lipopolysaecharide (LPS)-induced inflammation of monocyte-derived macrophages. Methods Peripheral blood mononuclear cells were derived from healthy donor and induced into macrophages. The macrophages were divided into blank control group and LPS (1 mg/L) stimulated 12 hours group. Culture supernatants and cell pellets were harvested in each group, enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to assay the production changes of interleukins (IL-1β and IL-6), and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) in the supernatant. The technique of lncRNA microarray was used to test the lncRNA expression profile in LPS-induced inflammation of macrophages and control macrophages. The raw data of lncRNA were pretreated for normalization. Five lncRNA expressions were validated by real-time quantitative reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR). Furthermore, qRT-PCR was used to detect the expression of NR_028034 in macrophages after LPS-induced inflammation. Results ① The contents of IL-1β (ng/L:562.93±61.17 vs. 59.74±15.68), IL-6 (ng/L: 702.46±92.31 vs. 71.66±18.25) and TNF-α (ng/L: 794.50±63.89 vs. 85.12±22.07) in the LPS group were significantly higher than those in the blank control group (allP < 0.01). These results indicated that the inflammatory model of human macrophages was constructed successfully. ② Compared with blank control group, and 1479 lncRNA which have more than 2 folds variation and significant difference (P < 0.05) by statistical analysis was defined as lncRNA with differential expression. Among these lncRNA, LPS group showed 953 up- regulated and 526 down- regulated genes by 2 folds and 49 up- regulated and 35 down- regulated genes by 5 folds. ③ qRT-PCR results were generally consistent with the microarray data. ④ The expression of NR_028034 was increased by (4.41±0.65), (11.56±2.04), (18.58±1.36) folds compared with blank control group at 3, 6, 12 hours after LPS stimulation (allP < 0.01).Conclusions These data show a significantly altered lncRNA expression profile in the LPS-induced inflammation of monocyte-derived macrophages, suggesting that lncRNA may be involved in regulation of macrophages inflammatory response.

Aim To test the skin healing and repairing efficacy and the mechanism of Hibiscus rosa-sinensis L bud extract by using the animal models. Methods KM mice were randomly divided into three groups:the model group, the positive control group, and the n-bu-tyl alcohol extract ( HrBN) group. Using the boils and carbuncles model, the healing condition of all the animals were observed. KM mice were kept in the SPF condition room and divided into five groups: the model group, the positive control group, and the low, middle, high dose groups. Using the full-thickness loss model, the repairing results of all the mice were ob-served. Through the antimicrobial test, the results of MIC and inhibition zone were obtained. The carbon clearance test was used to collect the blood at the time 5min and 15min, and get the liver and spleen, and the results of K andαwere obtained. Results In vivo ex-periments showed there was significant difference be-tween groups;the HrBN extract had the outstanding ef-ficacy in healing and repairing skin boils and full-thickness loss models. It had higher recovery rate than other ethanol extract, such as ethyl acetate extract and chloroform extract. In vitro experiments showed that the HrBN extract, ethyl acetate extract ( HrBE) ,AB-8 macroporous resin 30% alcohol part and 60% alcohol part had obvious antimicrobial efficacy. The carbon clearance test showed HrBN had a good effect in im-proving immune function, and it can increase the K and α. Conclusion HrBN in animal models exerts good skin healing and repairing efficacy, which might be related to its antibacterial activity and immunologic enhancement function.
