Journal of Cellular and Molecular Immunology 2001;17(4):346-347
Aim To explore the mechanism of the immune tolerance induced by the auto-islets in the intermingled skin grafting. Methods The mixed epidermal cell and lymphocyte culture (MELC) was established, in which auto-keratinocytes were added to mimic the effect exerted by the auto-islets in vivo. Results Auto-keratinocytes could inhibit the lympho-proliferation induced by alloantigen. Conclusion The immune tolerance induced by auto-islets may be related to the function of auto-keratinocytes as antigen presenting cells.

Chinese Journal of Medical Instrumentation 2016;40(1):75-76
OBJECTIVETo compare the cleaning effect of automatic cleaning machine and manual cleaning on coupling type surgical instruments.
METHODSA total of 32 cleaned medical instruments were randomly sampled from medical institutions in Putuo District medical institutions disinfection supply center. Hygiena System SUREII ATP was used to monitor the ATP value, and the cleaning effect was evaluated.
RESULTSThe surface ATP values of the medical instrument of manual cleaning were higher than that of the automatic cleaning machine.
CONCLUSIONCoupling type surgical instruments has better cleaning effect of automatic cleaning machine before disinfection, the application is recommended.

Breast cancer is a multistep process with abnormalities of some biomarkers.Knowledge of biomarkers can provide prognostic information in addition to the clinicopathologic factors, and is useful to carry out the indiviual treat- ment.In this review,we summarized the most recent work in the field of biological markers used for the prognosis, such as Her-2/neu,P53,BRCA1,Angiogenesis,LOH,et al

Objective To carry out hand hygiene(HH) quality control circle(QCC) activity by using WeChat group, improve HH compliance of health care workers(HCWs), and enhance the circle members' ability to solve problems. Methods In June 2015, 11 healthcare-associated infection control professionals in a hospital created HH WeChat group by using cellphones, activity cycle was once every two weeks, professionals analyzed the existing problems, and formulated countermeasures as well as implemented methods by group chat form, circle members introduced and implemented strategies to HCWs in their departments, so as to achieve the implementation effect. Results After the creating of WeChat QCC, HCWs' HH compliance increased from 56.71% before activity to 85.94% after activity, difference was statistically significant (X2=61.928, P<0.05);QCC members' responsibility, self-confidence, enthusiasm, harmony degree, team cohesiveness, quality control technique, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skill were all significantly improved. Conclusion Application of WeChat QCC activity can improve HH compliance of HCWs and the ability of circle members.

Leaves of Chrysanthemum morifolium were potential medicinal resource. The present study aims to estimate the main bioactive components: total flavonoids (TF), galuteolin (GA), quercitrin (QU), chlorogenic acid (CA) and 3 ,5-O-caffeoylquinic acid ( CQ), which were considered to be the main effective components, in leaves of C. morfolium cultivars in China. The TF content was estimated hy UV-VIS spectrophotometry, while GA, QU, CA, and CQ were quantitatively determined by HPLC. The highest TF content (7. 13% w/w) was found in cultivar Wan Cong (Shexian county). Cultivar Da Bo ( Bozhou county) had the highest GA content (33. 45 mg - g-1); Cultivar Hong Xin (Sheyang county) contained the highest QU content (29.25 mg · g(-1)); Cultivar Chang Ban (Sheyang county) had the highest CA content (13.14 mg ·(-1)). The maximum CQ content (7.35 mg · g(-1)) was observed in culti- r Da Yang ( Tongxiang county). Different cultivars of C. morfolium had significant difference in components, but the leaf and capitulum of C. morifolium. were found to possess similar chemical compositions. The high content of bioactive components in several cultivars suggested the potential utilization of C. morifolium leaves.
