Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 2013;38(2):161-165
Objective To observe the effects of systematic mental intervention, with combined centralized teaching, group interview and individual consulting, on mental health, personality and coping style in recruits, and explore an optimal intervention model for recruits' mental health. Methods Two thousand and sixteen recruits in one unit were involved in the present study, among them 1064 were allocated to study group, and the remaining 952 to control group. Recruits in study group received centralized teaching with battalion as a unit, and received group interview in squad or platoon as a unit, and meanwhile individual interview was conducted. Symptoms Checklist-90 (SCL-90), Eysenck Personality Questionnaire (EPQ) and Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire (SCSQ) were filled one month after they were enlisted in the army and 3 days before the training ended. Recruits in control group undertook the same tests mentioned above only 3 days before the training ended. Results The total score and factor scores except hostility in SCL-90 test were significantly lower after than before systematic mental intervention (P<0.05), the hostility score was slightly higher than before intervention but with no statistical significance (P>0.05). The total score and factor scores except paranoia in SCL-90 test were significantly lower in study group than in control group after intervention (P<0.05). Scores of extraversion-introversion tendency and nervousness were significantly lower after than before intervention (P<0.001), the scores of psychoticism and social lie were slightly higher but with no statistical significance (P>0.05), the score of active coping was significantly higher (P<0.001), and of negative coping was significantly lower (P<0.001) after than before intervention. The ratio of the score over 2 and above declined obviously (P<0.05) in neurosis, SCL-90 abnormality, SCL-90 total scores, number of positive items, somatization, obsession, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, hostility, phobia, paranoid, and psychotic factor after than before intervention in recruits. Conclusion Systematic mental intervention, which consisted of combined centralized teaching, group interview and individual consulting, may promote the mental health, personality and coping style in recruits.

Result The clinical effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group, with a statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Cupping plus Chinese medicinal fumigation can enhance the expectoration in patients with COPD due to phlegm-heat obstructing the lung.
6.Research of Ginsenoside on proliferation inhibitory of cultured tumor stem cells of human rectal carcinoma in vitro
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2015;(15):2244-2246
Objective To observe inhibitory effects of Ginsenoside on the proliferation cultured stem cells of human rectal carcinoma in vitro. Methods Tumor stem cells of rectal carcinoma in human were cultured in vitro and divided into saline water group, reltitrexed group(3mg/mL),and Ginsenoside(25μg/mL)plus reltitrexed(3mg/mL) group, with dosage of qd and for 2 weeks.Cells growth was observed under the microscope, and immunofluorescence staining was used to detect CD +133 expression of rectal carcinoma cells.MTT colorimetric method was taken to measure inhibitory of Ginsenoside on proliferation of tumor stem cells of rectal carcinoma.Apoptosis of tumor stem cells of rec-tal carcinoma lead by Ginsenoside was observed by DAPI staining. Results Part of cells were growing up like ball and CD +133 immunofluorescence staining was positive.Inhibitory role of Ginsenoside plus reltitrexed on CD +133 cells of rectal carcinoma appeared on the first day, which was bigger than that of retitrexed by MTT method (P =0.03).Com-pared with the retitrexed group,Gisenoside combined with reltitrexed reduced CD +133 cells expression of rectal carcino-ma,in which optical density and area density of CD +133 cells were obviously decreased with statistical significance (P =0.007,P =0.006,respectively).Conclusion Gisenoside plays the remarkably inhibitory role on proliferation of CD +133 cells of rectal carcinoma.
7.Research progress of magnetic resonance technology in investigating the role of cerebellar in the pathophysiology of obsessive-compulsive disorder
Journal of Shanghai Jiaotong University(Medical Science) 2017;37(5):708-711
Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) is a chronic disabling mental illness with thecore symptoms of obsession and compulsion, while its pathological mechanism has not yet been fully understood. In recent years, magnetic resonance (MR) technology has been used in the study of mental illness, because of its nonradiative and non-invasive advantage, etc. Many MR studies have found that OCD patients havecerebellar changes in structure and function, and these changes have contact with the incidence of OCD. This paper reviews the cerebellar's role in the onset of OCDapplying MR technology.
8.Non-invasive monitoring of acute rejection after heart transplantation
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2003;0(11):-
Heart transplantation(HT) has been an effective method to treat end-stage heart disease, one main factor affecting the long-term survival rate is acute and/or chronic rejection after HT. Trans internal jugular endomyocardial biopsy(EMB) has been the "gold standard" to judge the rejection after HT, but it is also limited. Electrocardiogram ,echocardiogram, immunological monitoring and imaging monitoring can judge the rejection after HT and induce the EMB.
9.Progress on Optical Imaging of Functional Brain With High Temporal and Spatial Resolution
Progress in Biochemistry and Biophysics 2006;0(05):-
Techniques for functional brain imaging are critical to analyze the information processing of brain and to reveal the advanced functions in brain. These techniques are the hot topics of international research. Great success has been obtained with neuroimaging techniques in the fields of neuroscience research and clinical diagnosis. Existing brain functional imaging such as magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI),positron emission tomography (PET),electroencephalogram (EEG),magnetoencephalography (MEG) and so on,have been successfully used to study brain function. However, these methods have some limitations unavoidably in the temporal or spatial resolution at present. Comparatively, the optical imaging technologies of brain function show their unique charms. Laser speckle imaging (LSI) and intrinsic optical signals imaging (IOSI) stand out because they offer a superior combination of spatial sampling, spatial resolution and temporal resolution; on the other hand, they have no need to use exogenous contrast agents. Great developments also have been obtained in both techniques and applications of brain optical imaging, and they have become powerful tools for in vivo studying functional architecture and pathophysiology in cerebral cortex by monitoring hemodynamics. However, the two optical imaging techniques are confronted with some challenges.
10.Regulation of transforming growth factor-beta 1 on expression of tumor necrosis factor alpha and interleukin 1 beta in rats following lung ischemia-reperfusion injury
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2007;0(50):-
BACKGROUND:When leucocytes were activated in the process of lung ischemia-reperfusion,various cell factors will be released, including tumor necrosis factor ?(TNF-?) and interleukin 1?(IL-1?),which lead to ischemia-reperfusion injury.Recent research demonstrates that transforming growth factor-?1 plays a protective role in ischemia-reperfusion injury after lung transplantation OBJECTIVE:To investigate the level changes of TNF-? and IL-1?after interfered with transforming growth factor-?1 after lung ischemic-reperfusion injury DESIGN,TIME AND SETTING:The randomized controlled experiment of animal was performed in the Cardiothoracic Surgery Laboratory of Changhai Hospital,Second Military Medical University of Chinese PLA from August to October 2007.MATERIALS:Thirty Sprague-Dawley rats with clean grade, were randomly divided into the sham operation,ischemia-reperfusion and transforming growth factor?1 groups, with 10 animal in each group. The transforming growth factor?1 was phuchased from Peprotech INC.METHODS:The left lung of rat in the ischemia-reperfusion and transforming growth factor?1 groups was prepared for to ischemia-reperfusion model by blocking pulmonary circulation with hilar vessels ligation for 60 minutes, followed by reperfusion for 2 hours.Animals in the sham operation group were crossed hilar with 10# silk thread.Heparin was administered intravenously through vena cervicalis at 15 minutes before ischemia in each group.Concurrently,10 ?g/kg transforming growth factor?1 was administered in transforming growth factor?1 group.MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES:After 2 hours of ischemia-reperfusion,the tissues of left lung were removed, histomorphological changes,wet-dry weight ratio, the index of histological lung injury and the content of TNF-?and IL-1?were determined by light microscope,enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),respectively.RESULTS:A total of 30 animals were enrolled in the result analysis. There was no obvious pathological change of lung in the sham operation group.Visible tissue edema and neutrophil infiltration could be found in the ischemia-reperfusion group, while, there was mild tissue edema and little neutrophil infiltration in the transforming growth factor?1 group. The wet-dry weight ratio and index of histological lung injury in the ischemia-reperfusion group was obvious greater than that of the sham operation group(P
