In view of the special disadvantageous conditions in battlefield, a portable pneumatic gas -control cardiopulmonary resuscitator is developed for the critical wounded care in battlefield, which satisfies the requirements of medical physiological parameters.

Objective To realize high efficient and modern management of hospital library.Methods PowerBuilder programming language and SQL Server2000 database were used to construct the system.Results The system provided a convenient management platform with high efficiency,and preliminarily realized the information-based management of library.Conclusion The use of this system accelerates the information-based construction of our hospital library,and offers new approach and idea.

A pneumatic and electrically controlled cardiopulmonary resuscitator is developed for automatic closed chest cardiac compression.Oriented to closed chest compression,artificial ventilation,synchronous defibrillation and early advanced life support,this resuscitator is as excellent as foreign like products and is postured for first aid of pre-hospital and hospital patients with cardiac and respiratory arrest.

High frequency ventilators(HFV) are introduced in such aspects as its contribution to the development of the ventilation, phylogeny, working principle in the physiological field, the advantages over normal-frequency ventilation, three common HFV modes and their application to medical therapy. The present situation of HFV is analyzed as well as it's developing trends and prospects.

Objective To establish a basic information database of hospital medical records management and improve the management process.Methods The system was developed with C# programming language,basic information from Oracle 10g databases of HIS and electronic medical record system (EMRS),which stored corresponding information during the process into SQL 2005 database and generated early warning information based on statistical analysis on medical records.Results The system realized standardized filing of medical records,synchronized filing of electronic medical record and the first page of medical record,normalized lending of medical record,auto generation of statistical reports,auto alarming in case of standard-exceeded information and etc,which could be used as a platform for medical record management.Conclusion The system enhances the efficiency and management of medical record section,and thus is worthy promoting practically.

Objective To evaluate the performance of the Sysmex XE-5000 analyzer for analyzing atypical lymphocytes ,baso-philic granulocytes and their abnormalities warnings .Methods A total of 197 specimens with both atypical lymphocytes and baso-philic granulocytes warnings and 914 specimens with single warning of atypical lymphocytes indicated by Sysmex-5000 blood cell analyzer were collected and inspected by microscope simultaneously .Results Using microscopic examination as a standard ,baso-philic granulocytes within the normal range ,the coincidence rate of samples with both atypical lymphocytes and basophilic granulo-cytes warnings was 64 .9% ,while the coincidence rate of samples with single warning of atypical lymphocytes was 72 .5% .The for-mer was significantly lower than the latter(P<0 .05) .Conclusion When Sysmex XE-5000 indicates atypical lymphocytes and baso-philic granulocytes simultaneously ,there is interference between each other .It should be combined with microscopic examination in order to reduce the probability of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis .
