Objective To study the effects of rehabilitation training on the regeneration of nerve cells in rats after intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH).Methods A total of 75 male SD rats were randomized into a training group,a control group and a sham operated group,25 rats/group.The ICH models were induced by stereotactical injection of collagenase type Ⅶ into the globus pallidus.The training group was trained with grasp,balancing and rotating exercise every day,the control group was restricted to their cages,and the sham operated group received normal saline injections.Each group was further subdivided into 1,4,7,14 and 28 day subgroups.Neurological function was measured in each group.Bromodeoxyuridine (BrdU) was used to label S phase cells,immunohistochemical single and double staining with antibodies against BrdU,microtubal-associated protein (MAP) and neuronal nuclei (NeuN) were used to determine neuronal proliferation,migration and differentiation in the subventricular zone ( SVZ ) and subgranular zone (SGZ) in the training and control groups.Results The motor function scores of the animals in the rehabilitation group were significantly lower than those of the control group.Proliferative BrdU + cells of the SVZ and SGZ in the control group rats were clearly less than those in the rehabilitation training rats at all time points.The results of the immunohistochemical double staining indicated that one week after ICH BrdU +/MAP + cells in the SVZ had increased significantly in the training group compared to the control group,and then decreased two weeks later.At the same time,BrdU +/MAP cells were found in the striatal boundary on the hemorrhage side,in numbers up to 8 times that in the control group.In the rehabilitation group striatal neuron differentiation on the hemorrhage side was 2 to 3 times that in the control group.Conclusion Rehabilitative training can enhance nerve cell proliferation,regeneration and neuron migration after ICH.

Objective To detect the expression of E-cadherin and ?-catenin in breast carcinoma and analyze the relationship between E-cadherin and ?-catenin and the clinicopathological features. Methods The expression of E-cadherin and ?-catenin in breast cancer, paracarcinoma breast tissue, simple mastoplasia and atypical mastoplasia were detected by immunohistochemical method and the results were compared. Results The abnormal expression rates of E-cadherin and ?-catenin in breast cancer tissue were 51.9% and 61.1 %,respectively. Abnormal expression of E-cadherin was significantly correlated with histological grade. Abnormal expression of ?-catenin was significantly correlated with TNM staging, axillary lymph nodes metastasis and postoperative distant metastasis. COX multiple factor analysis showed that neither E-cadherin nor ?-catenin expression was an independent indicator for the prognosis of breast cancer. Conclusions Abnormal expressions of E-cadherin and ?-catenin are correlated with occurrence and development of breast carcinoma. Abnormal expressions of E-cadherin and ?-catenin are good indicators to judge invasion and metastasis of breast carcinoma.

Abstract: Objective　To explore the relationship between body mass index (BMI), waist-hip ratio (WHR) and the risk of gout in Urumqi. Methods　A total of 516 male patients with gout in a third-class hospital in Urumqi from 2015 to 2019 were randomly selected as the gout group and 516 male healthy subjects in the same hospital as the control group. The relevant blood biochemical indexes were examined and analyzed. Blood pressure, waist circumference and hip circumference were measured. Body mass index and waist-to-hip ratio were calculated. Logistic regression model was used to analyze the relationship between overweight / obesity, waist-to-hip ratio and the risk of gout. The test level is α = 0.05. Results　Uric acid, glucose, urea nitrogen, creatinine, triglyceride, low-density lipoprotein, systolic blood pressure, weight and waist circumference in gout group were higher than those in control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05); There were no significant differences in age, height and diastolic blood pressure between the two groups (P<0.05). There was a positive correlation between BMI and WHR and the occurrence of gout (r=0.272, 0.345, P<0.05). There were significant differences in BMI, WHR and waist circumference between the gout group and the control group（χ2= 55.338, 54.928, 54.153, P<0.05）. After adjusting for age, aerobic exercise and other confounding factors, the results of multi-factor unconditional Logistic regression analysis showed that the odds ratio (OR) of gout in patients with BMI of 24.00-27.99 kg/m2 and ≥28.00 kg/m2 was 2.005 (1.337-3.006) and 2.677 (1.668-4.296) times higher than that of patients with normal BMI, respectively. The OR value of gout in patients with WHR≥0.90 was 1.668 times higher than that in patients with normal WHR, and the difference was statistically significant. The results of subgroup analysis according to age are generally similar. Conclusions　The BMI and WHR of man with gout in Urumqi are higher than those of normal people, and BMI, waist circumference and WHR are all associated with the incidence of gout. The risk of gout increases with the increase of BMI and WHR.

Objective:Osteoprotegerin (OPG) is a key molecule negatively regulating osteoclast differentiation and activation; and the conserved mycobacterial heat shock 70 (HSP70) peptide p111-125 has also been found to inhibit inflammation reactions in chronic arthritis. BaculoDirectTM baculovirus expression system was selected to express recombinant OPG-HSP70 in insect cells.Methods:The human functional fragment (p22-194) of OPG and functional fragment (p111-125) of mycobacterial HSP70 gene were cloned into the transfer vector pENTRTM/SD/D-TOPO. The recombinant plasmid was performed an LR reaction with the BaculoDirectTM Linear DNA to generate recombinant baculovirus DNA. The cultured Sf9 insect cells were directly transferred with the recombinant baculovirus DNA,and the pure recombinant baculovirus was obtained. Then recombinant baculovirus was infected Sf9 insect cells again to express the OPG-HSP70 gene.Results:The target protein was detected at the time of 48h post infection,reached at highest yield at the time of 72h post-infection. A 28kDa protein immunostaining band was detected by Western blotting from lysate of those cells.And the purified protein was obtained by using Ni-NTA system. Metastatic epidural compression of the spinal cord is a significant source of morbidity in patients with systemic cancer. With improvment of oncotheray, survival period in the patients is improving and metastatic cord compression is en- countered increasingly often. Surgical management performed for early circumferential decompression for the spinal cord com- pression with spine instability, and spine reconstruction performed. Patients with radiosensitive tumours without spine instabili- ty, radiotherapy is an effective therapy. Spinal stereotactic radiosurgery and minimally invasive techniques, such as vertebro- plasty and kyphoplasty, percutaneous pedicle screw fixation, radiofrequency ablation are promising options for treatment of cer- tain selected patients with spinal metastases.
