Objective To explore the conditions for construction of human-to-swine hematopoietic chimera and its specific immune tolerance.Methods The human cord blood CD34+ cells (5?105/Kg) were transplanted to neonatal swine through intraperitoneal injections. The experimental swine, injected with human SCF (50ng/Kg.3d) and EPO (100U/Kg. 3d) simultaneously, and swine without injection were defined as transplantation group 1 and group 2, respectively. The swine, injected with saline, were taken as the control group. Peripheral blood (PB) was collected on day 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, and 60 after injection. The human CD71+cells in the chimera PB were quantitated by FACS and the genus-antibodies of PB were detected by blood group gel card. Electromagnetic blood flowmeter (EBF) and polygraph system were used for measuring the coronary blood flow (CBF), left ventricular systolic pressure (LVSP),mean aortic pressure (MAP ), heart rate respectively in anesthetized dogs. In group 1 (6 dogs ), after opening the chest,the left coronary artery was surrounded by a fitting flow prob of EBF and ploygraph system was connected with dogs. morphine (2mg. kg-1 ),morphine plus naloxone were intravenously injected into dogs respectively. It showed that CBF was increased 56. 8% with morphine, while the LVSP and MAP decreased, HR not changed. The effect mentioned above were partly antagonized by naloxone (0. 4mg/kg). In group 2(3 dogs) using same methods, HR.CBF. LVSP and MAP were decreased with high dose fentanyl (100ug/kg ). The results suggested that in clinic the use of high dose fentanyl should be careful during anesthesia for the patients with cardiopathy. However, the effect of morphine in increasing CBF may be beneficial for the patients with myocardial ischemia.

The status quo of American informatics nurses investigated 4 times by US HIMSS from 2004 to 2014 was analyzed.The following characteristics of American informatics nurses were summarized in terms of their educa-tion level, income, qualification authentication, occupation satisfaction, work experience and duties, including high education level and interdisciplinary background, high income and occupation satisfaction, necessary clinical background, and systematic professional development, which may provide reference for nursing staff in China to have a better understanding of informatics nurse.

Objective To investigate the image quality differences of clinical conventional contrast injection solutions and personalized injection program in 64 -slice spiral coronary CT angiography (CTA),thus to obtain the CTA optimum contrast agent injection protocol.Methods 64 patients who needed to receive CTA angiography,were randomly divided into observation group and control group,32 cases in each group.The control group underwent rou-tine clinical angiography contrast agent injection protocol,the observation group received personalized contrast injec-tion solutions,the image difference of the two groups was compared.Results Compared with the control group,the right ventricular (RV)and pulmonary CT value of the observation group increased significantly[(272.4 ±72.3)HU, (372.1 ±78.2)HU],the differences were statistically significant (t =3.827,3.921,all P <0.05).CT values of left ventricular (LV),ascending /descending aorta had no significant differences between the two groups (P >0.05). Compared with the control group,the advantages of septal imaging of the observation group was significant (control group 3 points in 20 cases,29 cases of the observation group),the difference was statistically significant (χ2 =16.023,P <0.05).Conclusion In CTA angiography,personalized contrast injection speed can effectively improve the enhancement degree of right heart,so that the right ventricular septal has clearer image,provides a great conven-ience for clinical diagnosis and prognosis,it is worth further clinical application.

ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical features of Chinese dysgraphia and then probe into its mechanisms in a patient with semantic dementia(SD).MethodsThe patient with SD finished the writing part of the Aphasia Battery of Chinese (Aphasia Battery of Chinese,ABC) and the Chinese agraphia battery (Chinese agraphia battery,CAB ) in addition to a series of other neuropsychological tests.Results( 1 ) On the Wechsler Adult intelligence scale,the patient performed poorly on information and vocabulary with scores of 6/29 and 8/80,respectively.He spoke out only 11 names totally on the category fluency test within 1 minute,while 25 names or more than were normal.Semantic features test showed he made 37 right answers of 60 questions,with scores of 8/20 on category,7/20 on function and 8/20 on nature features.(2)The writing disorder exhibited Chinese aphasia agraphia with obvious difficulty in forming characters,wrong characters of the same pronunciation or the same form or unrelated errors,and grammatical impairments.Its damage from serious to light occurred in picture writing( 6/40),writing sentences to convey meaning(1/10),dictation(11/40) and automatic writing(35/40).The transcription was relatively preserved (40/40 ). (3)He scored 20 and 19 points on MMSE and MoCA.Executive function was damaged significantly,while recent memory was preserved relatively.ConclusionThe patient with SD shows an impoverished store of general knowledge and poor comprehension of single-word.The nature of SD's dysgraphia presents Chinese aphasia agraphia,undoubtedly due to progressive deterioration in semantic memory.More importantly,its error types and distribution show apparent discrepancy from that of alphabetic script.Presumably because Chinese writing system is logographic in nature and the pathway of comprehension concerning syllable-orthography-morphemes mapping,while alphabetic writing system follows a principle of mapping graphemes on-to phonemes and letters themselves dont stand for any meaning.

Objective:To study the characteristics of stress faced by and coping style of patients with tempormandibular disorder (TMD). Methods: Thirty patients with TMD and thirty normal controls participated in the study. All subjects were asked to answer the psychological rating questionnaires, including life events scale (LES) and trait coping style questionnaire (TCSQ). The muscle electricity were also measured when the subjects were exposed to an acute stress situation. Results: There were significant difference in LES, TCSQ and response to acute stress. Patients with TMD encountered more life events than normal controls. They also used more negative coping styles and less positive ones. The responses evoked by acute stress situation were more intense and lasted longer than normal controls. Conclusion: Stressful life events, coping style and responses evoked by acute stress may play a significant role in etiology of TMD.

Objective Hepatocellular carcinoma with bile duct tumor thrombus (BDTT) is rare,and surgical treatment is currently considered as the most effective treatment.Whether resectional surgery should be carried out on these patients remains controversial.Therefore,this Meta-analysis aimed to find out the long-term survival after resectional surgical treatment.Methods We conducted a literature search on PubMed,Embase and Web of Science from inception to September 2016.11 studies were included which involved 5295 patients.Each study was evaluated using the Newcastle-Ottawa Scale.The pooled effect was calculated and the associations between BDTT and overall survival (OS) or disease-free survival (DFS)were reevaluated using Meta-analysis with hazard ratio (HR) and 95％ confidence interval (CI).Results The HR for OS and DFS was 2.34 and 1.81,the 95％ CI were 1.26 ～ 4.36 and 1.17 ～ 2.78,respectively.Conclusion HCC patients with BDTT had a bad prognosis after hepatic resection or liver transplantation.
