Two lipase active fractions Lip1 and Lip2 were purified from the cell extract of Rhizopus chinensis CCTCCM201021.Both gave a single band on SDS-PAGE after using ammonium sulfate precipitation、Phenyl-Sepharose FF、DEAE-Sepharose FF and Sephadex G100 gel filtration chromatographies.The molecular masses of two lipases were 59.2kD and 39.4kD respectively.Lip1 and Lip2 showed optimal pH at 8.0 and 8.5 and their optimal temperatures were 40℃ and 35℃ respectively.The substrate specificity of the two lipases was obviously different.Lip1 was more specific to long chain fatty acid of p-nitrophenyl esters while Lip2 had a preference for the hydrolysis of short chain fatty acid of p-nitrophenyl esters.Lip1 had 1,3-position specificity for triacylglycerols hydrolysis while Lip2 had nonspecific position.Both lipases were stimulated by Ca 2+、Mg 2+ while SDS had strong inhibition on their activities.Lip1 and Lip2 had good stability in cyclohexane、hexane、heptane and isooctane(30% V/V).

The expression of specific genes in sex chromosomes is the basis of sex-specific membrane protein in mammalian spermatozoa. The gene expression products are shared among spermatozoa through intercellular bridges, however, the phenomena of male transmission-ratio distortion and sex ratio distortion proved that differential proteins exist between X and Y spermatozoa. In addition, the existence of sex-specific proteins was confirmed by the separation experiment of X/Y chromosome bearing spermatozoa and the detection result of sex specific proteins. At the same time, it was also confirmed that the difference of the sex-specific protein is weak . The advance of separation techniques as well as the integration and optimization among these techniques has made it possible to separate sex-specific membrane proteins in mammalian spermatozoa.

Mongolian folk medicine resource is the origin of Mongolian medicine development, even more important of which is the specialized Mongolian folk medicine resources with regional and high medicine quality, it processes distinctive national characteristics with irreplaceable important position in traditional Mongolian medicine. Nevertheless, due to the serious destroy of ecological environment and sharp increase of demands, etc. A lot of specialized Mongolian folk medicine resources were endangered, and there still existed some problems in the protection and exploitation and utilization. This paper intends to provide comprehensive insight into the species protection and exploitation and utilization states of specialized Mongolian folk medicine resources. The application and protection status and the existing problems were reviewed, and the development strategies of Mongolian folk medicine resource were analyzed.

Objective To investigate the effect of tea polyphenols (TP) on renal damage in rats model induced by D-galactose. Methods Rats were injected with D-galactose (150 mg/kg?d),ip for 8 w,to induce renal damage. From the 3rd week,TP (150,75,37.5 mg/kg?d),aminoguanidine (150 mg/kg) and vitamin E (150 mg/kg) were administered with D-galactose for 6 w. After treatment,fasting blood glucose and 2 h blood glucose in oral glucose tolerance test were measured. The levels of HbA1C and fructosamine in serum,the activity of aldose reductase and content of advanced glycation end products (AGEs) in plasma and in kidney tissues and the activity of SOD,GSH-Px,and the contents of MDA in kidney tissues were measured,and 24h urinary protein,blood urea nitrogen (BUN) and serum creatinine (Cr) were detected. The apoptosis of renal cells were detected by flow cytometer. Results After treatment of D-galactose for 8 w,2h glucose level in oral glucose talerance test was increased significantly,the activity of aldose reductase and the content of AGES were increased significantly in blood. The levels of AGEs and MDA in renal tissues were also enhanced significantly. However,the activities of SOD and GSH-Px decreased. Additionally,the contents of 24h urine protein,BUN,Cr and the apoptotic rate of renal cells were increased significantly. High and middle dose of TP could can decrease the activity of aldose reductase in red blood cells,and inhibit the formation of glycation products in model rats induced by D-galactose. Also,TP could enhance the antioxidative activities and decrease the contents of AGEs and MDA in renal tissues. Mesnwhile,24h urine protein,BUN and Cr and the apoptotic rate of renal cells were increased significantly. Conclusion TP can inhibit glycation reaction induced by D-galactose and then protect renal from damage caused by glycation.

OBJECTIVETo explore the correlation between hand and face-mouth, so as to provide nerve reflex basis for the theory "Hegu (LI 4) regulates face and mouth".

METHODSSeven hundred and sixty-three participants who met the inclusive criteria were divided into different age groups. The skin around participants' thenar eminence was gently scraped to be observed whether there was an involuntary movement around the face or mouth, which was palmomental reflex. The results of palmomental reflex were recorded.

RESULTSThe total occurrence rate of palmomental reflex was 46.26%. For those who were 0 to 1 years old, the palmomental reflex was all positive; for those who were 21 to 36 years old, the positive rate was 20.45%, which was the lowest; for those who were 65 to 85 years old, more than half of them were positive. The majority of those who were 0 to 2 years old were bilateral positive palmomental reflex, while the majority of those who were 65 to 85 years old were unilateral positive palmomental reflex.

CONCLUSIONThere is a certain connection between hand and face-mouth. The occurrence rate of palmomental reflex changes from high to low over age increasing, and then changes from low to high with the aging, presenting a "high-low-high" U-shaped curve, which is possible related to the growth and recession of nervous system.

AIM:To evaluate the recovery about the visual cortex function of stereopsis in anisometropic amblyopia after regular amblyopia treatment 6, 12 and 18mo with blood oxygenation level dependent - function magnetic resonance imaging techniques ( BOLD-fMRI) .
METHODS: In this study, self-controlled study before and after treatment was used, and blocks-designed fMRI was performed on 11 children which was the first phase of research for amblyopic treatment. Functional MRI data were processed by using SPM8 which based on the Matlab 7. 12. 0. 635. Through the hypothesis drive method, the differences range of activated area in each group were compared by before and after amblyopia treatment matched t-test.
RESULTS: The functional area that was left occipital lobe (BA18), middle occipital gyrus (BA19), limbic lobe (BA19), lingualis gyrus of the right occipital lobe (BA17) and the bilateral parietal lobe ( BA7 ) expanded after amblyopia treatment 6, 12mo, compared those treatment phase, mean t value was 1. 5762, 1. 6856 respectively (P<0. 001). However, the difference of activated intensity was lower after 18mo, mean t value was 1. 1473 (0. 001 CONCLUSION: In children anisometropic amblyopia, the speed of function reconstruction about visual cortical functional mediating stereopsis increase slowly after amblyopia treatment 1a.

Objective To investigate the expressions of nerve growth factor(NGF)/TrkA in pancreatic cancer and evaluate their association with perineural invasion and pain in patients with pancreatic cancer. Methods Twenty-eight patients with pancreatic cancer were divided into group A wim pain(n=14)and group B without pain(n=14),and in all the patients the expressions of NGF/TrkA in the pancreatic CanCel tissue were detected by Northern blot analysis and immunohistochemistry.The molecular findings were analyzed in relation to the perineural invasion scores and pain scores.Results Perineural invasion scores in group A were significantly higher than that in group B (P＜0.05).Northern blot analysis revealed significantly higher NGF/TrkA levels and NGF/TrkA immunoreactivity in group A than in group B (P＜0.05).Immunohistochemistry showed that NGF was strongly expressedin the cytoplasm of the pancreatic cancer cells but TrkA Was localized in the perineurinm of the pancreatic Berve.NGF and TrkA mRNA expressions in the tumors were found to positively correlate to perineural invasion of the tumors(r=622,P＜0.05,and r=0.681,P＜0.05,respectively)and the pain scores(r=0.624,P＜0.05;r=0.632,P＜0.05).The immunohistochemical scores of NGF and TrkA expressions in the tumor were also positively correlated to perineural invasion of the tunlor(r=0.602,P＜0.05;r=0.551,P＜0.05)and the pain scores(r=q).603,P＜0.01;r=0.612,P＜0.01).Conclusions The NGF/TrkA system might play important roles in nerve infiltration by the tumor cells and pain sensation in pancreatic cancer patients.
