1.Classification and evolutionary analysis of pollen allergens
Chinese Journal of Microbiology and Immunology 2010;30(1):56-59
Objective To classify all the plant pollen allergens, each allergen sequence available was compared with protein family database. After that, the appearance and taxonomic distribution of each protein family could be known. When made reference to evolutionary analysis, a regular rule of the distribu-tion of all plant pollen allergens could be concluded. Methods Protein family memberships of each allergen were assigned by comparing the sequences with the Pfam database. Representative members of the most a-bundant pollen allergen families were compared with the Uniprot database using the BLAST server. Acces-sion number of all the interesting homologous could be obtained and all the sequence information could be ac-quired by Batch Entrez. Finally, the evolutionary trees were drawn with the help of MEGA4.0 software. Re-sults One hundred and sixty-eight pollen allergens were classified into 26 protein families. Profilins, pollen _allerg_1 and EF hands constituted the most abundant pollen allergen families. Profilins and EF hands oc-curred in almost all allergenic plant families, whereas allergenic Expansins, FAD_binding proteins, Amb_V allergens and Thaumatins were confined to single taxon. Conclusion It is concluded that the highly con-served sequences of allergens families such as Profilin may be one of the most important reasons of the cross reactivities in allergic diseases. The classification of pollen allergens may be helpful to clinical practice and basic research.

3.Therapeutic Observation of Cupping plus Chinese Medicinal Fumigation for Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Due to Phlegm-heat Obstructing the Lung
Shanghai Journal of Acupuncture and Moxibustion 2016;35(6):650-652
Objective To observe the effect of cupping plus Chinese medicinal fumigation on expectoration in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) due to phlegm-heat obstructing the lung. Method Eighty-two patients with COPD due to phlegm-heat obstructing the lung were randomized into a treatment group and a control group, 41 cases in each group. The control group was given regular Western medications, while the treatment group was intervened by cupping plus Chinese medicinal fumigation in addition to the treatment given to the control group, once a day, 5 d as a treatment course. The therapeutic efficacies were observed after 2 treatment courses. Result The clinical effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group, with a statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Cupping plus Chinese medicinal fumigation can enhance the expectoration in patients with COPD due to phlegm-heat obstructing the lung.

5.A Prospective Study of Preventive and Therapeutic Effects of Enalapril on Diabetic Nephropathy
China Pharmacy 2001;0(07):-
OBJECTIVE:To prospectively investigate the effects of enalapril in decreasing ACE activity, renal function protection in diabetic nephropathy(DN)patients and prevention of deterioration from DN METHODS:62 DN patients were divided into two groups,31 in each group, the sex, age, disease duration and condition were comparable In treatment group, patients received enalapril 10mg/d in addition to routine anti-hyperglycemic and anti-hypertensive agents,in control group, patients had only routine treatment The observation lasted 18~36 months(mean 26 months) The BP,blood sugar and renal functions were compared between two groups before and after treatment RESULTS:In treatment group, blood sugar,BP and renal functions were significantly improved after treatment of enalapril(P0 05) CONCLUSION:Enalapril can lower ACE activity and protect the renal function, these effects do not depend on it’s anti-hypertension result
6.Treament for the Postopertive Gyno-pathy of a Complete Cutting off of the Womb with Traditional Chinese Medicine
Journal of Chinese Physician 2002;0(S1):-
Objective To explore the effect on the neural endocrine and gastro intestinal functions when using Chinese traditional medicine in the treatment after the gyno-pathy operation of the wond's complete cutting off. Methods To compare 86 postoperative cases of gyno-pathy (womb's complete cutting off) being treated partly with Chinese medicine wiht the same 75 cases treated during the same period without Chinese medicine in order to investigate the different effect on the recovery of their neural endocrine and gastric intestinal functions. HZ Results The result shows that the patients in the tested group can recouer quickly while the neural endocrine and the gastro intestinal functions of the opposite group cannot recouer or recover very slowly in a long time. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine is rather helpul for the recovery of thd postoperative gyno-pathy patients if it is correctly used .
7.On the Optimization of Extraction Conditions of Tetrandrine and Demethyltetrandrine from Fourstamen Stephania (Stephania tetrandra)

The optimum Condition was eight hours steeping, in 33.3% ammonia in absolute alcohol for four hours under ultrasonic agitation. Tctrandrine aud demethyltetrandrino were detected by HPLC. The contents were 0.678% and 0.616%, the detection limits were 3.87?10-3and 0.48?10-3 mmol/L respectively.
8.Studies on the Resistance of seed of Ural Licorice(Glycyrrhiza uralensis)
Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 1994;0(01):-
Several resistant characteristics of Glycyrrhiza uralensis seeds were studied. The results showed that hard seed can resist attack from fungi or bacteria. It can endure high temperature for 4h at 80℃ and 10 min at 100℃, but when at 100℃ for 1 h it loses its germinating power. The seeds stored for 4 years do not reduce viability. After long period storage for 13 years, about 60% of the seed still retains its germinating power.
9.Effect of PRL on the expression of CD154 in Jurkat cells
Chinese Journal of Endocrinology and Metabolism 1985;0(01):-
Expression of PRL receptor mRNA in Jurkat D1.1 cell line was confirmed by RT PCR. CD154 expression of Jurkat cells was significantly increased when these cells were incubated with PHA and recombinant human PRL, suggesting that binding of PRL to its receptor promotes CD154 expression which plays a role in immune regulation.
