Objective:To explore the application effect of Jiankuai psychosomatic active therapy in the elderly perioperative patients. Methods:From March 2018 to December 2019, 387 elderly patients in the urology department of the First People′s Hospital of Lianyungang City, Jiangsu Province were selected. According to the patients in two medical groups in the same ward, 193 patients in one medical group were divided into the experimental group and 194 patients in two medical groups as the control group. The experimental group was intervened by routine perioperative nursing combined with simple and fast psychosomatic active therapy, while the control group was only intervened by routine perioperative nursing. Self rating Anxiety Scale (SAS), Rosenberg Self-confidence Scale and General Self-efficacy Scale (GSEs) were used as the evaluation indexes before and after the implementation of the two groups. Results:The SAS score of the experimental group was 31.13 ± 3.64 and that of the control group was 48.45 ± 7.72 on the 7th day after operation. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant ( t value was 16.36, P < 0.05). The effective rate of self-confidence was 98.4% (190/193) and 94.8% (183/193) in the experimental group and 86.6% (168/194) and 85.1% (165/194) in the control group on the first day and the seventh day after operation, respectively. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant ( Z values were - 3.27 and 14.66, all P < 0.05). The GSEs score of the patients in the experimental group was 26.79 ± 2.17 and that of the control group was 16.86 ± 1.90. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant ( t value was 10.19, P < 0.05). Conclusions:The application of Jiankuai psychosomatic active therapy can effectively reduce the tension and anxiety of the elderly patients during the perioperative period, increase their self-confidence and self-efficacy, effectively improve the communication efficiency between doctors and patients, and promote rehabilitation.

Objective:To explore the application effect of situation comedy teaching combined with peer teaching in clinical practice teaching of undergraduate nursing students. Methods:A total of 96 undergraduate nursing students who practiced in a first-class hospital at grade 3 in 2019 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 48 nursing students in each group. The control group adopted clinical teaching mode, including group theory teaching and group operation demonstration. On the basis of this, the observation group additionally adopted the clinical teaching mode of situation comedy teaching combined with peer teaching. The differences between the two groups in the assessment of nursing knowledge and skills assessment, independent learning ability and teaching satisfaction were observed. SPSS 20.0 software was used for t-test. Results:After the implementation of clinical teaching, the scores of nursing comprehensive ability of nursing students in the observation group (87.71 ± 5.11) were higher than those in the control group (78.47±6.24) ( P < 0.05). The independent learning ability of nursing students in the observation group (98.80±10.61) was significantly higher than that in the control group (74.47±9.83), and the difference was statistically significant ( P < 0.05). The score of teaching satisfaction in the observation group (2.83±7.07) was significantly higher than that in the control group (50.17±6.75), and the difference was statistically significant ( P < 0.05). Conclusion:The application of situation domedy teaching combined with peer teaching in the clinical teaching of undergraduate nursing students can improve their independent learning ability and clinical practice ability. Meanwhile, the process of teachers and students participating in situational experience and peer analysis and discussion can increase the teacher-student interaction, and improve the satisfaction of nursing students with clinical teaching.

The technical combination of artificial intelligence (AI) and thoracic surgery is increasingly close, especially in the field of image recognition and pathology diagnosis. Additionally, robotic surgery, as a representative of high-end technology in minimally invasive surgery is flourishing. What progress has been or will be made in robotic surgery in the era of AI? This article aims to summarize the application status of AI in thoracic surgery and progress in robotic surgery, and looks ahead the future.

Objective To summarize the experience of minimally invasive anterior mediastinal tumor resection in our center, and compare the Da Vinci robotic and video-assisted thoracoscopic approaches in the treatment of mediastinal tumor. Methods A retrospective cohort study was conducted to continuously enroll 102 patients who underwent minimally invasive mediastinal tumor resection between September 2014 and November 2019 by the single medical group in our department. They were divided into two groups: a robotic group (n=47, 23 males and 24 females, average age of 52 years) and a thoracoscopic group (n=55, 29 males and 26 females, average age of 53 years). The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative thoracic drainage volume, postoperative thoracic drainage time, postoperative hospital stay, hospitalization expense and other clinical data of two groups were compared and analyzed. Results All the patients successfully completed the surgery and recovered from hospital, with no perioperative death. Myasthenia gravis occurred in 4 patients of the robotic group and 5 of the thoracoscopic group. The tumor size was 2.5 (0.8-8.7) cm in the robotic group and 3.0 (0.8-7.7) cm in the thoracoscopic group. Operation time was 62 (30-132) min in the robotic group and 60 (29-118) min in the thoracoscopic group. Intraoperative bleeding volume was 20 (2-50) mL in the robotic group and 20 (5-100) mL in the thoracoscopic group. The postoperative drainage volume was 240 (20-14 130) mL in the robotic group and 295 (20-1 070) mL in the thoracoscopic group. The postoperative drainage time was 2 (1-15) days in the robotic group and 2 (1-5) days in the thoracoscopic group. There was no significant difference between the two groups in the above parameters and postoperative complications (P>0.05). The postoperative hospital stay were 3 (2-18) days in the robotic group and 4 (2-14) in the thoracoscopic group (P=0.014). The hospitalization cost was 67 489 (26 486-89 570) yuan in the robotic group and 27 917 (16 817-67 603) yuan in the thoracoscopic group (P=0.000). Conclusion Compared with the video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery, Da Vinci robot-assisted surgery owns the same efficacy and safety in the treatment of mediastinal tumor, with shorter postoperative hospital stay, but higher cost.
