Objective:To construct a multi-stage dynamic prevention and control model, establish a system of intervention points and prevention and control measures for the prevention and control of workplace violence in hospitals, so as to provide guidance for hospitals and medical staffs to effectively prevent and respond to such incidents.Methods:Based on the crisis management theory, a model for the prevention and control of workplace violence in hospitals was constructed, the intervention points and prevention and control measures were screened by the Delphi method.Results:A multi-stage dynamic prevention and control model of workplace violence in hospitals was constructed, and a system of intervention points and prevention and control measures for workplace violence in hospitals were established according to the model. The system was divided into three stages: the pre-event stage contained 10 intervention points and 48 countermeasures, the in-event stage contained 6 intervention points and 17 countermeasures, and the post-event stage contained 3 intervention points and 12 countermeasures.Conclusions:It is an effective way to avoid violence and reduce the damage degree of violent incidents by selecting different countermeasures for different intervention points and carrying out multi-stage dynamic prevention and control of workplace violence in hospitals.

OBJECTIVETo better understand the duplication of hepatitis B virus (HBV) in order to improve clinical diagnoses and treatments via quantitative measurement of HBV-DNA and comparison of correlation of HBV-DNA with HBeAg and anti-HBe.

METHODSFor 883 hepatitis B patients with positive HBsAg, HBV-DNA was measured by COBAS AMPLICOR HBV MONITOR reagent and COBAS AMPLICOR quantitative PCR instrument. Microparticle enzyme immunoassay analysis (MEIA) was then carried out with fully automatic enzyme immunoassay analysis instrument made by Abbott Axsym from the U.S. to measure HBeAg and anti-HBe. Correlation was analysed by SPSS.

RESULTS(1)Positive correlation between 690 HBV-DNA positive and HBeAg positive with r= 0. 505 (P< 0.01) was found with mean values as:HBV-DNA:7.12 x 10(12) copies/ml;HBeAg:218.31 S/CO. HBV-DNA:10(4) copies/ml, HBeAg: 104 S/CO; HBV-DNA: 10(5)-10(8) copies/ml, HBeAg: 112 S/CO; HBV-DNA: 10(9)-10(15) copies/ml, HBeAg: 252 S/CO. (2) No correlation was found between 193 HBV-DNA and anti-HBe + with r= -0.052(P= 0.477> 0.05) with Mean: HBV-DNA: 8.0x 10(10) copies/ml anti-HBe: 0.18 S/CO.

CONCLUSIONHBV-DNA and HBeAg appeared to have had linear correlation, showing that HBeAg> 100 S/CO,HBV-DNA> 10(4) copies/ml and hepatitis B virus were reproduced. However, HBV-DNA did not show linear correlation with anti-HBe as HBeAg negative and anti-HBe positive, the level of hepatitis B viral replication decrease slightly. But the virus load is still high. Infectivity can not neglect.

Hepatotoxicity induced by bioactive constituents in traditional Chinese medicines or herbs,such as bavachin(BV)in Fructus Psoraleae,has a prolonged latency to overt drug-induced liver injury in the clinic.Several studies have described BV-induced liver damage and underlying toxicity mechanisms,but little attention has been paid to the deciphering of organisms or cellular responses to BV at no-observed-adverse-effect level,and the underlying molecular mechanisms and specific indicators are also lacking during the asymptomatic phase,making it much harder for early recognition of hepatotoxicity.Here,we treated mice with BV for 7 days and did not detect any abnormalities in biochemical tests,but found subtle steatosis in BV-treated hepatocytes.We then profiled the gene expression of hepatocytes and non-parenchymal cells at single-cell resolution and discovered three types of hepatocyte subsets in the BV-treated liver.Among these,the hepa3 subtype suffered from a vast alteration in lipid metabolism,which was characterized by enhanced expression of apolipoproteins,carboxylesterases,and stearoyl-CoA desaturase 1(Scd1).In particular,increased Scd1 promoted monounsaturated fatty acids(MUFAs)syn-thesis and was considered to be related to BV-induced steatosis and polyunsaturated fatty acids(PUFAs)generation,which participates in the initiation of ferroptosis.Additionally,we demonstrated that mul-tiple intrinsic transcription factors,including Srebf1 and Hnf4a,and extrinsic signals from niche cells may regulate the above-mentioned molecular events in BV-treated hepatocytes.Collectively,our study deciphered the features of hepatocytes in response to BV insult,decoded the underlying molecular mechanisms,and suggested that Scd1 could be a hub molecule for the prediction of hepatotoxicity at an early stage.

Objective:To develop the children′s postoperative health-related quality of life scale for thyroid cancer and to test its reliability and validity.Methods:The first draft of the scale was developed through literature search, focus group meetings, and a pre-survey, and 116 children (76 for testing and 40 for external validation) with thyroid cancer attending Beijing Children′s Hospital of Capital Medical University were selected to answer the scale, to screen and categorize the questions and to form the final scale with multiple dimensions.Results:The children′s postoperative health-related quality of life scale for thyroid cancer contained 5 dimensions and 29 questions. Exploratory factor analysis showed that the cumulative variance explained by the 5 factors was 64.343%. Confirmatory factor analysis showed correlations between the questions and dimensions of this scale, fair convergent validity for the scale, and good discriminant validity. The validity of the validity scale showed that there was a existing correlation between the questions and the validity scale of this scale. The item-dimension correlation coefficients showed that the questions in each dimension were well differentiated. The total Cronbach′s α coefficient of the scale was 0.930, the folded half reliability was 0.843, and retest reliabilities at 2 weeks, 1 month, and 3 months after the initial test were respectively 0.936, 0.922, and 0.910.Conclusion:The developed children′s postoperative health-related quality of life scale for thyroid cancer has good reliability and validity and can be used to assess the health-related quality of life of children after thyroid cancer surgery.

Objective:To investigate the effect of Huayu Jiedu prescription （HYJDP） on gut microbiota and fecal metabolites in mice with endometriosis. Method:Normal female C57BL/6J mice were divided into normal control group （CO）， endometriosis group （EM） and Chinese medicine Huayu Jiedu decocotion group （CM）. CO and EM groups received normal saline and CM group received HYJDP by intragastric administration. Untargeted metabolomics method was used to detect metabolites in fecal supernatant of mice， and receiver operating characteristic （ROC） analysis was used to screen the differential metabolites， 16S rRNA high-throughput sequencing was used to detect the gut microbiota， and Spearman correlation coefficient was used to represent the degree of correlation between differential metabolites and intestinal flora. Lipopolysaccharides （LPSs） in intestinal wall tissue， serum and peritoneal lavage fluid were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA）. The expression of Vimentin and E-cadherin in ectopic lesions was detected by immunohistochemistry. Result:HYJDP alleviated the disorders of fecal metabolites and gut microbiota in EMS mice， especially with the recovered levels of homoveratric acid， melilotoside C and physapubescin in fecal supernatant. In the comparison of these three factors between EM group and CO group as well as between EM group and CM group， the variable important in projection （VIP） value was both above 2， and AUC in ROC analysis was both >0.9. As compared with EM group， HYJDP restored the abundance of species such as Lachnospiraceae_NK4A136_group， Lactobacillus and Blautia （P<0.05）. In addition， the level of LPS in peritoneal fluid supernatant of EM group was significantly higher than that of CO group （P<0.05） and CM group （P<0.05）. The protein expression of vimentin and E-cadherin in endometriosis decreased significantly （P<0.05）. Conclusion:HYJDP which can improve the intestinal environment and reduce the level of LPS in mice with endometriosis， is an effective drug for the treatment of endometriosis.
