Cervical cancer is women's common malignant tumor. With the extensive application of screening and early surgery, cervical cancer incidence declines year by year, but no decrease mortality trend. The patient died of cancer metastasis and recurrence.E-cadherin is the central link of intercellular adhesion, and junction complex has been confirmed by a large number of literature and closely associates cervical cancer development. This review summarizes the relevant research between E-cadherin and the occurrence and development of cervical cancers.

Objective To investigate the value of DNA-image cyt-ometry (DNA-ICM) in the diagnosis of urothelial cell carcinomas (UCC). Methods Totally 162 voided urine specimens (92 cases from urothel-ial car-cinomas patients and 70 cases from benign urinary system diseases patients ) were detected with DNA-ICM and liquid-based cytology (LBC), respectively. Results The sensitivity and specificity of DNA-ICM were 65.2%and 100% respectively in the diagnosis of UCC but those of LBC were 27.2% and 98.6%, respectively. The sensitivity of DNA-ICM was significantly higher than that of LBC in the diagnosis of UCC (P < 0.01). The sen-sitivity of DNA-ICM in upper urinary tract urothelial cell carcinomas (UTUC) were 77.1%, which was much higher than that in bladder urothelial cell carcinomas (57.9%) but no statistical significance was found (P >0.01). Conclusion DNA-ICM, which improves the positive rate of urinary cytology, has great application value in the diagnosis of urothelial cell carcinomas and it is an effective screening method for urothelial cancer in diag-nosis and follow-up.

Objective To establish a model of malignant transformation of human cells in vitro to study the lung cancer induced by radon and cigarette smoke. Methods The immortalized human bronchial epithelial cells BEAS-2B were divided into control group( C ), radon group ( Rn), cigarette smoke group (Sm) and combined group (Rn-Sm). Cells were planted onto transwell membrane one day before exposure and were directly exposed to radon and cigarette smoke pumped in a gas inhalation box. After the exposure cells were trypsinized into dishes for further growth and malignancy transformation phenotype was detected in order to compare the effects due to radon and cigarette smoke exposure. Results BEAS-2B cells showed malignantly transformed phenotype by exposure to radon and cigarette smoke. A series of sequential steps emerged among transformed cells, including altered growth kinetics, resistance to serum has changed from 0. 31 ± 0. 18 to 1.92 ± 0. 27,2. 03 ± 0. 14,2.95 ± 0. 60, and anchorage-independence growth increased from (0.01 ±0.02)% to (4.89 ±0.30)%,(8.36 ±0.50)%,(11.74 ±0.69)%.After being subculture for 20 generations, cell apoptosis of the fifth generation cells exposed to radon, cigarette smoke and both was significant decreased from ( 11.76 ± 0. 17 ) % to (4. 62 ± 0. 42 ) %、 ( 8.63 ±0. 15 )%、 (3.68 ± 0. 33 )%. Conclusions BEAS-2B cells could be malignancy transformed by radon and cigarette smokein vitro, which could be used as a cell model in lung bronchial carcinogenesis.

Objective:To discuss the efficacy and safety of stereotactic electroencephalography (SEEG) in epileptogenic foci excision in pediatric patients with drug-resistant epilepsy. Methods:A total of 126 pediatric patients (<18 years old) with drug-refractory epilepsy who received SEEG-guided epileptogenic foci excision in Epilepsy Center, Aviation General Hospital from January 2015 to March 2022 were selected. The clinical data and efficacy were retrospectively analyzed, and prognoses of these pediatric patients were evaluated by Engel grading 1 year after resection.Results:(1) A total of 1289 electrodes were implanted, with a mean of (10.09±2.92) electrodes per pediatric patient; 55 pediatric patients had unilateral implant and 71 had bilateral implant. Mean EEG monitoring time was (8.69±5.71) d, ranged 3-28 d. Epileptogenic focus could be located in 114 pediatric patients (90.5%) after initial implantation under SEEG monitoring, and secondary implantation for accurate positioning was given in 12 pediatric patients (9.5%). (2) Lobectomy was performed in 27 pediatric patients (21.4%), multi-lobectomy or tailored cortical resection in 36 (28.6%), tailored cortical resection on single lobe in 60 (47.6%), and tailored cortical resections on single lobe or hippocampal amygdala resection combined with corpus callosotomy in 3 (2.4%). Minimally invasive exploring hemostasis under SEEG was performed in 13 pediatric patients (17 electrodes) and postoperative CT was normal. A little asymptomatic epidural, subdural or cerebral parenchymal hematoma spontaneously absorbed was noted in 4 pediatric patients after implantation under SEEG monitoring. No perioperative infection, CSF leakage, death or severe disability was noted. (3) Mean follow-up was performed for (26.1±7.26) months; 66 (52.3%) pediatric patients reached Engel grading I, 33 (26.2%) reached Engel grading II, 21 reached Engel grading III (16.7%), and 6 (4.8%) reached Engel grading IV. Thirteen pediatric patients with failed resection received SEEG-guided epileptogenic foci excision for the second time: 8 (76.9%) had Engel grading I and 2 had Engel grading II 1 year after follow-up, accounting for 76.9% totally.Conclusion:SEEG-guided epileptogenic foci excision is safe and effective in drug-refractory epilepsy; for pediatric patients with poor initial results, SEEG can be used to relocate the epileptogenic focus, and a second resection of epileptogenic focus can also obtain good results.

Objective To understand and evaluate the quality of life of patients after heart transplantation and analyzing its influence factors, so as to provide reference for improving the quality of life of patients after heart transplantation. Methods A total of 63 patients 3 months after heart transplant were investigated by concise health examination survey scale (SF-36).Results Patients after heart transplantation mainly concentrated in 30-60 years old ( 80%) , male ( 60%) , 60% with complications. Compared with norm, patients after heart transplantation in physiological function (PF), physiological function (RF), body pain (BP), social function ( SF), emotional function ( RE) had low scores ( P<0. 05); single factor variance analysis found that the differences in the different educational degree, family income, ways of medical payment and whether the complications influenced the quality of life of heart transplantation patients significantly had statistical significance. Conclusions The main influencing factors of quality of life include family income, whether happen complication and ways of medical pay.
