Objective To observe the effect of extracts from Flos Lonicerae inhibiting influenza A virus FM1 strain. Method Use the method of hemagglutination test, determine the hemagglutination inhibition titer that extracts from Flos Lonicerae inhibiting influenza A virus in vitro and in embryonated egg. Result Compared with the control group, the hemagglutination inhibition titer of extracts from Flos Lonicerae group were degraded. The depressant effect kept on from 1 hour to 24 hour, and the depressant effect were degraded with the stepping down of the concentration. At the concentration of 100, 50, 25 mg/mL, extracts from Flos Lonicerae had the preventative effect and therapeutical effect on embryonated egg infected by influenza A virus (P

Objective:To investigate the current status of emotion regulation self-efficacy and self-esteem,to explore the influencing factors and the correlation among middle school students, thus to provide reference for mental health education to schools. Methods:A sample of 995 junior middle school students was selected from 2 middle schools in Yanta District,Xi'an City.A questionnaire survey was conducted using the Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale and Emotion Regulation Self-Efficacy Scale.Data was analyzed using SPSS 22.0 software. Results:Both self-esteem (29.2 ± 4.7) and emotional regulation self-efficacy (44.1 ± 8.8) were at the medium level. The influence factors of self-esteem included academic performance, mother's education level, whether parents quarrel, and personality type (P < 0.05),while the influencing factors of self-efficacy included academic performance, mother's education level, whether parents quarrel, and personality type, study and living type (P <0.05).Self-esteem and emotion regulation self-efficacy was positively correlated (r =0.412,P <0.05).Conclusion:The overall level of self-esteem and emotion regulation self-efficacy of middle school students is not high.Academic performance, mother's educational level, whether parents quarrel, personality type affect self-esteem and emotion regulation self-efficacy at the same time, which should not been ignored in mental health education.

Objective To explore the application value of near infrared spectrum (NIRS) in the detection of epidural and subdural hematoma in clinic. Methods Thirty-four patients with subdural and epidural hematomas (study group) confirmed by CT or MRI and 14 healthy volunteers (contrast group) were selected. The NIRS equipment which was produced by Institute of Automation of Chinese Academy of Sciences were used to assess the intracranial hematomas.Taking CT or MRI results as the golden standard, the diagnostic efficiency of NIRS for subdural and epidural hematomas were evaluated. Results For the diagnosis of subdural and epidural hematomas, the sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, positive predictive value and negative predictive value were 91.18%(31/34),71.43% (10/14),85.42%(41/48),88.57%(31/35) and 76.92% (10/13),respectively.Conclusion NIRS is a good device to predict intracranial subdural and epidural hematomas with high sensitivity and positive predictive value, which is helpful for early diagnosis and therapy in clinic.

Objective To investigate Aβ42 and P-tau levels in cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) of patients with mild cognitive impairment (MCI). Methods CSF of 25 cases of MCI and 14 cases of cognitively normal (CN) were investigated. The CSF levels of Aβ42 and P-tau were detected by ELISA method. Correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between P-tau level and MMSE score in MCI. Results The CSF level of Aβ 42 was higher and P-tau was lower in MCI than CN group(P<0.05). P-tau level in MCI was also negatively correlated with MMSE score (P<0.05). Conclusion Aβ42 and P-tau levels in CSF may be valuable biological markers in the diagnosis of MCI. P-tau level in CSF of MCI may be related to the severity of cognitive impairment.

Objective:To investigate the incidence and the influencing factors of school bullying among middle school students in Xi'an,thus to provide evidence for strengthening the prevention of school violence. Methods:Using Chinese version of School Bullying Experience Questionnaire (C-SBEQ),a survey was conducted among 995 middle school students selected from 2 middle schools in Xi'an.The data was analyzed using SPSS 22.0.Results:The incidence of school bullying in one year was 42.0%,approximately 36.8% of the students suffered from verbal bullying, while 5.8% of the students suffered from physical bullying. As for perpetrating,19.0% and 5.4% of the students were the perpetrators of verbal bullying and physical bullying, respectively. The influencing factors of school bullying included gender, mother's education level, study type, playing video games, smoking and drinking (P <0.05).Conclusion:School bullying among middle school students in Xi'an was at a high level. The occurrence of school bullying was related to personal behavior, family, school and other factors. Thus, targeted prevention measures should be taken to prevent school bullying.
7.The diagnostic value and misdiagnosis reasons analysis of MRI in benign and malignant prostatic transitional zone lesions
Journal of Practical Radiology 2024;40(6):948-951,1010
Objective To analyze the diagnostic value and misdiagnosis reasons of MRI in benign and malignant prostatic transitional zone lesions. Methods A total of 147 patients with prostatic transitional zone lesions were selected. The diagnostic value and misdiagnosis reasons of MRI in benign and malignant prostatic transitional zone lesions were analyzed. Results The accuracy rate of MRI diagnosis was 78.23%,and the misdiagnosis rate was 21.77%.MRI had high consistency with the pathological diagnosis results(Kappa=0.816,P<0.001).MRI had high diagnostic value in benign and malignant prostatic transitional zone lesions, and the area under the curve(AUC)was 0.767.The shape, signal uniformity, boundary condition, capsule condition, diffusion weighted imaging(DWI)signal intensity, apparent diffusion coefficient(ADC)value, and time-signal intensity curve type of the lesion were all independent risk factors for misdiagnosis of benign and malignant prostatic transitional zone lesions using MRI(P<0.05).Conclusion MRI has high diagnostic value in benign and malignant prostatic transitional zone lesions. The causes of misdiagnosis are lesion shape, signal uniformity, boundary condition, capsule condition,DWI signal intensity,ADC value, and time-signal intensity curve type.

Objective To understand and evaluate the quality of life of patients after heart transplantation and analyzing its influence factors, so as to provide reference for improving the quality of life of patients after heart transplantation. Methods A total of 63 patients 3 months after heart transplant were investigated by concise health examination survey scale (SF-36).Results Patients after heart transplantation mainly concentrated in 30-60 years old ( 80%) , male ( 60%) , 60% with complications. Compared with norm, patients after heart transplantation in physiological function (PF), physiological function (RF), body pain (BP), social function ( SF), emotional function ( RE) had low scores ( P<0. 05); single factor variance analysis found that the differences in the different educational degree, family income, ways of medical payment and whether the complications influenced the quality of life of heart transplantation patients significantly had statistical significance. Conclusions The main influencing factors of quality of life include family income, whether happen complication and ways of medical pay.
