Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2017;37(8):38-41,44
Objective Study the effect of Shuxuetong combined with Shenmai injection on serum CPR, SOD and MDA levels in elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction after PCI, and to analyze the main adverse cardiovascular events. Methods Chose 88 patients with PCI from June 2015 to June 2016 in our hospital, they were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 44 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional drug therapy before PCI. On the basis of this, the observation group was treated with Shuxuetong combined with Shenmai intravenous injection before PCI. The treatment of the two groups continued to one week after PCI. Compared the levels of serum malondialdehyde (MDA), superoxide dismutase (SOD) and hypersensitive C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) between the two groups before and after PCI, and compared the levels of coagulation factor, dynamic electrocardiogram, Left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) and myocardial infarct size, and compared the incidence of arrhythmia and major adverse cardiovascular events after PCI. Results The levels of serum MDA and hs-CRP in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05), the level of SOD was significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05); The level of coagulation factor in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The myocardial infarct size, the number of ischemic attacks, the decrease of ST segment and the descending time of ST segment were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.01). The incidence of MACE was significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Conventional treatment combined with Shuxuetong combined with Shenmai injection can effectively prevent ischemia-reperfusion injury in elderly patients with AMI, improve cardiac function and reduce the main adverse cardiovascular events after PCI, which reflects the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine Advantages, worthy of clinical use.

Objective To analyse the detective rate and significance in diagnosis of cerebral and meningeal metastases by MR.Methods 115 cases with cerebral and meningeal metastasis were proved by operation and pathology. There were male 86 and females 29 ranged in age from 17-77 years old, plain MR scan and enhanced MR scan were performed in all cases. Results In this group included 46 cerebral metastases(40.0%),33 meningeal metastasis(28.7%),36 both cerebral and meningeal metastases(31.3%). Different degree of enhancement was showed on enhanced MRI in all cases, "mouse tail signs"or"target signs" were appeared in which cerebral metastasis with the adjoining meninges involved. Conclusion MRI is a good method for diagnosing cerebral and meningeal metastasis.Enhanced MRI has an important value.

International Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2008;29(9):801-802,805
Objective To investigate the difference in complete blood count (CBC) within the defined time among 28 hospitals with different grade in Urumchi City, explore its influencing factors, offer the countermeasures, and further to provide scientific evidence for the mutual recognition among different medical institutions. Methods Totally 28 laboratories with different grade were enrolled in the investigation. Three fresh blood samples were employed to perform complete blood counting, in-cluding normal and pathological specimens. The measuring time and turn around time (TAT) were de-fined. Results According to the literature report on biological variability of testing results, the per-missible deviation of CBC was tentatively prescribed as follows: WBC 15% ;RBC 6% ;HB 7% ;HCT 6 % ;PLT 25 %. Qualification decision was based on the external quality assessment (EQA) criteria of Clinical Laboratory Centre of the Health Ministry. Qualification: the total score of five measured items is higher than or equal to 80%;disqualification: the total score of five measured items is lower than 80%. For the first and second sample, 26 laboratories (92.86%) were qualified;for the third sample (only 21 laboratories enrolled), 14 laboratories (67%) were qualified. Conclusion 28 laboratories par-ticipated in this test. The results of five items are congruent for the first and second sample (normalspecimens) in 28 laboratories, and the measured results are comparable. By contrast, the comparative result is unsatisfactory for the third sample (pathological specimen), mainly due to the narrow linear range of equipment. Meanwhile, the laboratory quality management should be strengthened.
