1.Drug Use in 1250 Patients with Community Hypertension

OBJECTIVE:To explore the comprehensive model for the prevention and treatment of community hypertension.METHODS:By questionnaire survey,the community hypertension target population was screened and the drug use in hypertensive patients was analyzed statistically.RESULTS:Of the 65 000 community residents investigated,1 250 were found to be hypertensive patients,with a total treatment rate of 80.0%;only 32.8% were treated with at least 2 kinds of drugs,and the overall blood pressure control efficacy was poor.CONCLUSION:The program of prevention and treatment for community hypertensive patients is conducive to patients' long term adherence to medication,scientific and rational drug use and effective and stable control of blood pressure.
2.Effect comparison of levamlodipine and amlodipine in treatment of hy-pertension

Objective To investigate effect of levamlodipine and amlodipine in treatment of hypertension. Methods A total of 115 cases of hypertension from May 2012 to January 2014 in our hospital were collected, and were randomly divided into control group (n=57) and observation group (n=58). The control group was given amlodipine besylate tablets treatment, while the observation group was given levamlodipine besylate tablets treatment. Adverse reaction, the change of blood pressure, the total curative effect of two groups were compared. Results After treatment, SBP and DBP levels of control group and the observation group had no significant difference (t=0.378, P=0.706; t=0.187, P=0.352). The effective rate of observation group was 84.5%, while the control group was 80.7%, and there was no significant dif-ference between two groups (χ2=0.286, P=0.593). The adverse rate of observation group was 5.2%, which was lower than that of control group 21.1%(χ2=6.392, P=0.012). Conclusion Levamlodipine and amlodipine has a similar treatment ef-fect for hypertension, but the levamlodipine has lower adverse reaction and higher security.
