2.Congenital anti-candida of human vaginal epithelial cells
Journal of Peking University(Health Sciences) 2004;0(02):-
Objective: T o further investigate pathogenesis about vulvovaginal candi diasis (VVC). Methods: Human normal vaginal epithelial cells in vitro were cultured by tissue cultur e and keratinocyto serum-free medium. Passaging epithelial cells were coculture d with candida albicans medium in separate wells for 0, 3, 6, 12, 24, and 48 h. C ontr ol epithelial cells were cultured alone in separate wells. For examination o f cytokines and chemokines, at each time point, the coculture supernatant and th e control culture were collected. ELISA was applied to detect the levels of HBD -1, HBD-2 and SP-A protein expression in the vaginal epithelial cells (HBD-1 :F= 62.784,P=0.001; HBD-2: F=5127.984, P=0.000; F=542.210, P=0 .000). Also, we colle cted the vaginal doughing water of VVC patients and healthy women, and detected the levels of SP-A, then analysed the data. Results: In the tra il of human vagin al epithelial cells, in contrast to the control group, the medium group induced the epithelial cells to secrete more HBD-1, HBD-2 and SP-A at h48, which was co nsidered to be significant (P

5.Determination of Plasma Sex Hormone Levels in the Male Patients with Gynecomastia
Acta Medicinae Universitatis Scientiae et Technologiae Huazhong 2001;30(1):36-38
In order to study the relationship between sex hormone and gynecomastia, the levels of plasma sex hormone in the male patients with gynecomastic were determined by using radioactive immune assay. Seventy-eight gynecomastic patients were regarded as the experimental group which was divided into 3 subgroups: the youth group with the age ≤30 years old, the middle-aged group with the age ranging from 30 to 60 years old and the old-aged group with the age ≥60 years old in the light of age and 24 normal men served as control group. The results showed that the levels of E2 and E2/T in the gynecomastia patients were much higher than in the control group (P<0.05, 0.01);In the experimental group, the ratio of T reduction in the old-aged group was much higher than in the youth group or the middle-aged group(P<0.05). In conclusion, gynecomastia was related to the dysfunction of the level of sex hormone, to a large extent, with the increasing of estrogen. In addition, senile gynecomasti was closely related with the decreasing of male hormone.
6.The characteristics and clinical manifestation of 120 subjects with non-specific pattern of pulmonary function tests
Chongqing Medicine 2015;(2):177-179
Objective To analyze the characteristics of pulmonary function and the clinical significance of non‐specific pattern (NSP) ,and provide basis for the clinical research .Methods A total of 120 pulmonary function tests of adult patients from January 2013 to June 2014 were selected and divided into NSP group(n=20) and normal lung function group(n=100) according to their lung function behavior .The pulmonary function test results ,clinical diagnosis and radiological manifestations were analyzed .The relevant factors affecting NSP occurred were selected and logistic regression analysis was used to analyze multiple factors .Results The FEVl ,VC ,TLC ,FVC ,MVV and FEVl/FVC in normal group were significantly higher than that of NSP group and the RV/TCL was lower than NSP group ,the difference was statistically significant (P<0 .05) .Patients in NSP group were with obstructive and (or) restrictive clinical manifestations .There were 9 patients were without lung disease .Univariate analysis showed that age , BMI ,smoking history ,smoking ,obstructive diseases ,and restrictive disease in NSP group were significantly higher than that in nor‐mal group ,the difference were statistically significant (P<0 .05) .Multivariate analysis showed that age ,BMI ,history of smoking , obstructive diseases and restrictive disease were independent risk factors for NSP (P<0 .05) .Conclusion Old age ,smoking and o‐besity could increase the incidence rate of NSP .The clinical characteristics include obstructive and restrictive ventilation defects ,and need to be identified positively .
7.Effect of Phlebitis Mixture on Complications after Endovenous Laser Treatment for Varicose Great Saphenous Vein
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2009;15(9):863-864
Objective To investigation the effects of Phlebitis Mixture, a Chinese medicine, on the complications after endovenous laser treatment for varicose great saphenous veins. Methods 62 patients after endovenous laser treatment for varicose great saphenous veins were divided into the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group was administered with Phlebitis Mixture. The control group was treated with convention therapy. Results The incidence of very effective was 62.5% in the treatment group and 40.33% in the control group respectively (P<0.05). More in the treatment group released from pain, local heat, etc. than in the control (P<0.05). Conclusion The Phlebitis Mixture is helpful for the recovery from endovenous laser treatment for varicose veins.

Chinese Journal of Forensic Medicine 1987;0(03):-
Objective This research aimed to study if the cerebral vascular injury can be caused by the positional asphyxia. Method The brain tissue sections were studied immunohistochemically (SABC method) by using the anti-human von Willebrand Factor (vWF) and anti-human albumin as the first antibody. Results No positive expression of vWF and albumin was found in the cerebral blood vessels of control group. The vivid positive expression of albumin and vWF were observed in the positional asphyxia group. Conclusion The results indicate that the positional asphyxia can result the expression of the vWF in the cerebral vessels and it seems one of the injury markers in the cerebral blood vessels and can be used to probe the mechanism of positional asphyxia.

Chinese Pharmaceutical Journal 1998;(2):80-
To investigate the protective effects of OLA-PENa on experimental hepatic injury in rats and compare it with OLA in the dose-response relationships. METHODS: Biochemical indexes and histopathological examination of hepatic injury in rats caused by toxicant chemicals [D-galactosamine (D-Galn) and CCl4] were determined. RESULTS: OLA-PENa obviously inhibited the rising of serum alanine transaminase (ALT) caused by D-Galn and CCl4 and dramatically decreased liver fat storage as well in a dose-dependent manner. Histopathological examination showed that OLA-PENa can evidently alleviate the condition of the degeneration of hepatic cells and that of necrosis. CONCLUSION: The protective effects of OLA-PENa on experimental liver injury in rats, all the mentioned effects, are more powerful than those of OLA with the same dosage.
