1.The effect of PARP in heart ischemia/reperfusion injury in rats
Journal of Chinese Physician 2012;14(8):1034-1037
Objective To investigate the effect of Poly (ADP-ribose) polymerase(PARP) in heart ischemia/reperfusion (I/R) injury in rats. Methods Forty - eight rats were divided into 4 groups randomly.3,4 -dihydro-5- [ 4- ( 1 -piperidinyl) butoxy ] - 1 ( 2H ) - isoquinolinone ( DPQ ),an inhibitor of PARP,was used to inhibit the expression of PARP in rat's heart. The expression of PARP,heart infarct size, heart function, and apoptosis of the cardiomyocytes were detected of different groups of the rats. Results The expression of PARP increased in rat heart I/R injury.Mter DPQ was used, the expression of PARP decreased significantly(5.04 ± 1.25 vs 2.33 ± 0.65,t =1.35,P < 0.05 ) ; inhibition of the expression of PARP improved the cardiac function; inhibition of the expression of PARP decreased cells apoptosis from (34 ± 6.2) % to (323 ± 3.8) % ( t =2.25,P < 0.05).Conclusions The expression of PARP increased in rat heart I/R injury.Inhibition of the expression of PARP could protect the heart from I/R injury.
2.Holistic Promotion of the Medical Staff in Rural Areas Based on the Innovative Mode to Foster the Qualified Medical Talents
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2003;0(04):-
Its'a principal task for the medical universities to foster advanced medical staff for the rural areas. Therefore, its’ a must for all the medical professionals to consider how to foster different kinds of qualified medical staff catering to the various needs from the rural areas. This article is to illustrate how to achieve this goal from the following aspects, such as forming new concept in fostering qualified medical talents, innovating the mode to foster the talents and establishing the base for fostering the medical talents. It will promote the level of the medical staff in the rural areas by means of the establishment of the clinical education base and the radiant influence from the base.
3.Molecular mechanisms of macrophage migration inhibition factor on hepatic cell carcinoma
Journal of International Oncology 2008;35(7):524-527
Many studies indicate that macrophage migration inhibition factor(MIF)is over-expressed in tumor cells, and is involved in the carcinogenesis and tumor development by multiple methods and ways. The complicated molecular mechanisms are not quite clear, and the studies about MIF in digestive tumors, especially in hepatic cell carcinoma become more and more.
4.A Correlation Study of Self-esteem and Coping Style on 268 Male Drug Addicts
Chinese Journal of Clinical Psychology 1993;0(02):-
Objective: To study the correlation of self-esteem and coping style of male drug addicts. Methods: 268 male drug addicts were tested with the Self-esteem Scale and Trait Coping Style Questionnaire, and the results were analyzed by t-test,F-test and LSD Multiple Comparisons. Results: Compared with healthy people, the male drug addicts were incline to adopt the negative coping style(P
5.Training doctors specifically for the suburban and rural areas
Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 1996;0(10):-
The cultivation of medical and health personnel in the rural areas is currently confronted with severe challenges: very few graduating students go and work in the poverty-stricken or mountainous areas and there is a shortage of rural medical and health personnel. An effective mechanism for solving the problem in a short time has been the establishment of medical and health personnel training centers that recruit students specifically from the mountainous and poverty-stricken areas and assign them back there upon graduation. It has promoted the development of unique curriculums designed specifically for the training of personnel specializing in clinical medicine from rural grassroots. The establishment of long-term mechanisms that ensure the support of the development of the rural medical and health cause by urban medical and health human resources strongly guarantees the development of rural in-service education and non-academic training.
6.Effect of Policy Circumstance on the Change from Barefoot Doctor to Village Doctor---A Case Study in Huairou County of Beijing
Chinese Medical Ethics 2015;(4):632-634
Policy circumstance plays a pivotal role in transformation of barefoot doctor to village doctor. The resources support fromregime and economic organizationmanagement system, the workpoint system for income from collective economy and politics culture of serving people under the policy circumstances of the People′s Com-mune, lay a firm foundation for rise and development of barefoot doctors. However, the village self-governance re-gime began with Household Contract Responsibility System changed all elements above and ultimately prompt trans-formation from barefoot doctor to village doctor.
7.Comparison study of emergency laparoscopic appendectomy and open appendectomy
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2012;(8):1176-1177
ObjectiveTo compare the efficacy of laparoscopic appendectomy(LA) and open appendectomy (OA) in treating acute appendicitis.MethodsThe clinical data of eighty patients admitted with acute appendicitis given LA or OA were setrospectively studied and the recovery condition after LA or OA of the two groups were compared.ResultsTime of gastrointestinal functional recovery and hospital day of the LA group were obviously shorter than the OA group[(15.1±7.2)d vs (28.0 ± 11.3)d,(4.2 ±1.9)d vs (5.5 ±3.2)d,all P <0.05].The rate of postoperative complications after LA was fewer too.ConclusionLA had advantages of faster function recovery, shorter hospital day and fewer complications, which had higher clinical application value.
8.Application of endoscopic ultrasonography in the diagnosis of early esophageal cancer
Journal of International Oncology 2021;48(3):176-179
Esophageal cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in clinic, and its morbidity and mortality are always high. Staging is the main basis for comprehensive treatment and prognosis evaluation. Accurate staging is essential for proper diagnosis, individualized treatment and good prognosis. Related technologies of endoscopic ultrasonography can determine the depth of tumor invasion and local lymph node metastasis, which makes the diagnosis of esophageal cancer more accurate, and plays an increasingly important role in the diagnosis and treatment of early esophageal cancer.

Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2016;39(8):724-726
Objective To investigate the clinical application value of ultrasound-guided catheter drainage and vacuum-assisted Mammotome system in the treatment of lactational breast abscess. Methods The clinical data of 46 patients with lactational breast abscesses were analyzed retrospectively. All patients were divided into control group (28 patients) and treatment group (18 patients). Homemade irrigation and drainage tube was used in control group, and vacuum-assisted Mammotome system was used in treatment group. The curative effect of 2 groups was compared. Results All patients were cured. The mean healing time in treatment group was (9.5 ± 1.3) d,in control group was (12.5 ± 2.2) d, and there was significant difference (P < 0.01). The rate of breast-feeding in control group was 57.1% (16/28), in treatment group was 13/18,and there was no significant difference (χ2=1.069, P>0.05). All patients recovered well without recurrence. Conclusions Ultrasound-guided catheter drainage should be employed as first line treatment of breast abscess with diameter greater than the 3 cm. If patient′s economic conditions are good and have high requirement on the beauty outcome, vacuum-assisted Mammotome system can be applied as treatment option.

China Medical Equipment 2015;(10):111-113
Objective: The paper endeavors to explore effective efficiency evaluation system for large-scale equipment in universities by considering status quo of large-scale equipment management. Methods: Existing efficiency evaluation systems of large-scale equipment are carefully examined in terms of current application, management and evaluation results. Based on comprehensive evaluation index system, specific evaluation standards are established, according to which evaluations are conducted. Results: Established based on large-scale equipment’ application, specific efficiency evaluation indexes and weights therefore could comprehensively and objectively reflect service efficiency of large-scale equipment. Conclusion:Comprehensive and objective efficiency evaluation can better reflect service efficiency of large-scale equipment and thus provide reliable reference for purchasers.
