Objective To study the protective effect of Ginger Transderm Scopolamine on cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury.Methods The animals (rats) were divided into three groups randomly:normal contrast group,cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury group,Ginger Transderm Scopolamine treatment group.The rats of Ginger Transderm Scopolamine group were given by oral gavage once a day.NO,SOD,MDA in brain and cerebral homogenate water content were determined.Results Compared with ceremal ischemia reperfusion group Ginger Transderm Scopolamine could increase the activity of SOD and decrease the level of MDA in brain tissue and brain water content(P ＜ 0.01).Conclusion Ginger Transderm Scopolamine might have a protective effect against the damage of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury.
